Wrote in the previous message. Poor. Delayed flight and lost working day. 4.5h together to rebook the flight, get the hotel voucher, get to the hotel and check in. Insanely slow.

Worst airline ever. Pilot strike and bankruptcy was the best part of the experience. The website didn’t work to purchase specified seats, no one answered the phone, and I couldn’t even enter any birthdate on their website for anyone born on the first of a month without getting an invalid date error. If any airline ever deserved what to go bankrupt it’s this one. And after booking 9 people to take a once in a lifetime trip for my 90 year old father to travel back to his homeland we will likely never see the $12,000 we spent on tickets. Then because of the late cancellation we had to pay $16,000 for less convenient flights with another airline.
Not much time to transit in ARN, and info on next gate was hard to find. No food offered in flight, only water

Unless you were the couple at the other end of the counter - they were rebooked just fine. What do we do? SAS agent says, "Not my problem." So we have to stay an extra day. We ask - will you be putting us up in a hotel? Agent told us every hotel was sold out. "What do we do?" SAS agent: "Not my problem"."

Also, the flight was delayed by about 2 hours, and they didn't make an announcement until we were about an hour late. Not fan of Air Canada. Only two things they ever serve for in-flight food. Chicken or Pasta. I traveled many times with them , never heard about anything else from their mouth for food. I call them "cheap chicken pasta airline".

One flight has delayed, but connecting flight ( the same company) has another plan for us. And left TO TLL. Instead Finnair.Who waiting pax from BRUSSELS. GREAT EXAMPLE OF COOPERATION. 👍

Negativ: "There are no queues. A free for all to load and unload the plane. If you are looking for Swiss order, look elsewhere. Nothing is free, not water (1.5 euro) or any other beverages or anything else. We paid double what the flight should cost to not even be offered water. The seats were lightly padded to maximize seats. There was a small amount of leg room but some. No power outlets, wifi or media. The worst aspect is I bought a flight on Baltic Air from Tallinn to Riga and had the price from Riga to Paris on the next tab on kayak. I bought the ticket from Tallin to Riga then flipped to buy Riga to Paris only to learn it was a bait price. The price was actually $200 more. Baltic would not refund the first flight (within minutes) so we were stuck to either walk away from our 2 tickets to Riga or pay the bait and switch rate. We begrudgingly paid 400 (200 each) euro MORE than the initial price shown so we could fly out of Riga back to Paris (to be back in Paris by Jan 7). A non alcoholic beverage, a small snack, and power access would be helpful. Ground crew helping with order would be helpful. I was shoved and run over trying to get onto and off the plane. It is the wild west of flying except the plane is new...oh, and it is 30 euro if you do not check in online ahead. But you will still need to stand in line to check a bag (where they can issue you a boarding pass)."

We explained at the checkpoint that we had a few minutes, but they controlled us several times until we had to throw several liquid items. In St. Petersburg they had already controlled us, without problems. In short: a sad experience in Riga, which does not speak well of this country: Latvia."

We got there 10 minutes before take off, and the gate has already closed. Furthermore, we got to the Air Baltic counter, we were given 5Euro meal vouchers even though we will be staying at the Riga airport for 9 hours. Also they gave us terrible customer service attitude, which we definitely do not deserve after being delayed, and causing so much trouble on their behalf. Definitely do not recommend flying with Air Baltic again. I've never been this angry with any air line."

Negativ: "on the website i ordered and payed for a meal, and automatically it went to the last and the shortest leg of the flight. it did not ask which leg i was interested in. so i phoned their customer service to get this fixed, they said they cannot fix it and closed the phone on me. on the website is said that from israel you cannot do advance internet checkin, and when i arrived at the checkin they said that i should have done this advanced check in, and since i didn't i need to go to their ticket office and pay a penalty of 35$ per passenger. there also was no warning on the website of any such penalty. i will never fly with them again if i can help it."

The only solution that they can offer me was to travel from Riga to Moscow and than to Tel Aviv. It become 12 hours traveling across 4 countries ( we arrived form Stockholm) instead of 5 hours flight as it was supposed to! I'm not recommending to travel with that company it can not be trusted!"

I always travel through Europe with layovers and never have this issue before. I had to buy another ticket straight to Moscow and wait in the airport for 8 hours. I ask to reimburse me half of the price of this ticket."

One of the flights Crew has moved my Handbags and changed its location without asking me or asking for my permission and i was sitting just underneath the Capine (seat 14 B) and after that has been pretending to be asked before and she did a seen out of it

We arrived almost an hour late. That was not good.
Flight delayed for almost three hours
Flight delay, to be on time!
They considered my small backpack as a second piece of luggage and made me pay 45 euros as an extra charge. I had a small bag (40x25x20) and this small backpack, which was like a handbag. In the first flight they accepted this without any extra charge. On this flight they did not. I had to pay and now they should send me an invoice by mail. Please can you look after this? I need the invoice, for my re-imbursement. This policy by RyanAir is unfair. They say one price, but then it is another, and much higher!

The crew were professional to the tee, just right for the short flight between the two cities
Cheap price ticket and understandable that they charge extra for everything including choosing seats but for 99.5% of all other airlines that default to assigning you a free seat if you don’t pay… they always seat you with you together if you’re a pair. Ryanair literally played musical chairs with everyone. Everyone was spending time moving around and asking if people were willing to switch so they could sit next to their friend. Wow way to make a point that you must pay or else.
The plane had a delay of over one hour. We were boarded and until they fixed some technical error we were in the plane without air conditioning, in Catania with an outside temperature of 38 Celsius. So everyone can imagine that we were boiling in the airplane. 🙁
Negativ: "Nachdem ich über Swoodoo gebucht habe, hat mich Ryanair nicht online einchecken lassen und ich musste 2 Stunden Früher am Flughafen sein1 es gab auch keine Information darüber und die Seite gibt auch keine Information! Das ist eine Frechheit und gibt es sonst bei keine anderen Airline! Ryanair versucht mit allem extra Geld zu machen. Wäre ich später am FLughafen gewesen hätten sie mich 55 Euro zahlen lassen."

Positiv: "Seats on the plane are really, really, really uncomfortable. I usually try and avoid using Ryanair because of this. at 6' tall the leg room is only just possible, there is no neck support as the seat back does not cater for tall people and seating being non reclining means that it is impossible to shift the my weight during the flight, bearable for shorthaul, but at 5 hours plus it is a penance. Like I said, I'd fly with any other carrier to avoid this, circumstance meant it had to be ryanair."

Positiv: "Die Crew war nett . Und der Pilot war bemüht die Verspötung wieder wett zu machen. Rückflug war alles planmäßig ."
Negativ: "Leider kann man die Sitze nicht verstellen."
Positiv: "Alles schnell und unkompliziert. Toller Flug."
Negativ: "Ryanair pricing / baggage is so rapacious but it does keep ticket prices down...."

Negativ: "- keine Extrakosten für Mitnahme von Standardhandgepäck - keine Extrakosten beim OnlineCheckIn bei Platzauswahl (Passagiere werden absichtlich weit weg platziert, um zusätzliche Gebühren abzukassieren) - Handgepäckkontrolle (viele reisen mit großem Rucksack + Trolley)"
Positiv: "Der Flug war pünktlich, allerdings stand der (Flughafen-) Bus erst ca. 15 -20 Minuten nach der Landung bereit. Sonst alles ok."
Positiv: "Alles schnell geklappt. Perfekt. Flug gut. Nettes Personal."
Negativ: "Es war sehr unsauber. Der Sitz total versaut und der Tisch genauso. Man konnte nichts darauf abstellen weil vom Vorgänger noch alles darauf versaut war. Nicht so schön."
Positiv: "Grundsätzlich erstmal billig, nicht günstig. Gefallen eigentlich nichts wirklich."
Negativ: "Diskussion beim Check in. Plötzlich geht das bezahlte Gepäck nicht in die Kabine. Wird aber wohl nur als Stichprobe gemacht. Andere dürfen mitnehmen. Wir durften extra zahlen. Dann war es plötzlich kein Problem mehr. Komfort im Flieger Fehlanzeige. Freundlichkeit Fehlanzeige. Nur Diskussionen um noch ein paar Euro zu bekommen. So schnell nicht wieder!!!"
Negativ: "Chef-stewardess hat sich furchtbar wichtig genommen und ihre Kolleginnen andauernd kritisiert, und dass vor der Kundschaft. Eigentlich ein No-Go. Die Frau gehört abgemahnt."
Positiv: "Pünktlicher Abflug und Landung, Personal war freundlich. Gepäck war zügig da."
Negativ: "In Frankfurt langer Weg bis zum Flugsteig, daher sollte man nicht zu lange mit dem einchecken/boarding warten, denn man muss dann noch mit dem Bus zum Flieger. Wir waren länger beim Anflug im Sinkflug, ich weiß nicht, ob der Druckausgleich nicht richtig war, aber wir hatten regelrechte Schmerzen in den Ohren und den ganzen Urlaub über Probleme mit dem Gehör. Das hatten wir bei noch keinem Flug so erlebt."
Negativ: "I will never fly Ryanair again. They harass you by email on a regular basis to upgrade this and upgrade that. They also do it when you open their app. Terrible, terrible marketing."
Negativ: "40min delayed flight"

Negativ: "Keinen Losverkauf!!! Kam mir vor, wie auf einer Kaffeefahrt"

Positiv: "Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Pünktliche Ankunft."
Positiv: "Left absolutely on the dot. Everything very clean and comfortable, crew very friendly and professional. That includes the Ryanair people in the airport who guided me (first time flying alone) to make sure I was doing everything right."
Negativ: "It would be amazing to get 30 minutes without trying to sell something and constant use of the microphone for useless promotions. I don't really get on flights so I can buy a watch, a perfume or a scratch card, no need to spend 5 minutes trying to sell it."
Negativ: "Flights are always late."
Negativ: "Nach dem wir mit über einer Stunde Verspätung gestartet sind, wurde es (auch schon während der Wartezeit im Flieger) extrem kalt. Es habe fast alle dicke Pullis oder Jacken angezogen. Nach der Landung wurden dann nur eine keine Menge Koffer ausgegeben und wir mussten mit allen anderen über 1 Stunde auf unsere Koffer warten. Eine Auskunft konnte nicht gegeben werden und telefonisch erreicht haben wir auch niemanden."
Positiv: "Trotz der Verspätung - keine kostenlose Angebote. Auch für Wasser müsste man zahlen"
Negativ: "Alle Passagiere waren wegen Verspätung müde. Trotzdem hat man Licht vollständig eingeschaltet um etwas zu verkaufen."
Positiv: "Landing at Liverpool to get off the plane"
Negativ: "A 3 hour delay. Unruly passengers."
Positiv: "Die Tische an Board waren alle schief, so dass man alles festhalten musste. Keine ablagemöglichkeit wie z. B. Ein Netz am Sitz des Vordermann...."
Positiv: "Flugpersonal sehr nett und aufmerksam"
Negativ: "unbequeme Sitze wie eh und je"
Positiv: "sonst war auf dem Flug selbst alles in Ordnung"
Negativ: "ca. eine halbe Stunde nach der ursprünglichen Boarding-Zeit kam ein anderer Passagier und teilte mit, dass der Flug um 17h weiter geht (Abflug war um 16.25). Um 17h wurde erst mit dem Boarding begonnen. Leider kam keinerlei Durchsage. Sehr ärgerlich."
Negativ: "We are senior travelers and were unable to check in early due to tecnology issues. So we we went to the airport early. We arrived a half hour before the check in deadline ended. There were not enough agents at the booth and we waited and waited. By the time we finally got service we were past the two hour deadline, and we were charged an additional 220 euros. This was not due to an error on our part. We want afull refund. If we donnot receive some sort of satisfaction, rest assured we will never fly your airline again. Nor will we recommend it."
