Die 737-900 ist sehr eng. Unterhaltung oder Catering ist auf dem kurzem Flug nicht. Pünktlich angekommen, Koffer gab es schnell. Alles gut!
In der Economy erstaunlich viel Platz. Für den kurzen Flug wurde eine A330 benutzt mit zwei Klassen Konfiguration (lie flat in C). Es gab noch nicht einmal eine Flasche Wasser, aber sonst war alles tadellos im ausgebuchten Flieger. Viel Platz im Overhead Bin, weil ein Koffer immer gratis dabei ist. Klare Empfehlung!
The crew were great the food was just ok
Was a quick flight less than an hour. He gave me two packs of gold fish. Which is fine but of course compared to my other flights, well no comparison, but the flight was less than an hour.

We scrambled to get an emergency passport, however by the time it was received we had already missed our flight. Korean air is not willing to aknowledge this as a fault in their system and is instead suggesting this is a kayak issue for allowing us to purchase these flights. I would like the total flight cost refunded as this should never have been allowed to be purchased if Korean air knew at the time of purchase when checking in there would be an issue."

The transfer process is all new to me and not really easy to understand until the first experience. The Arrival and departure boards rotate airline information which was initially difficult to understand. The headsets were a problem in reference to fitting, volume and quality of tone."

The entertainment was okay, the only 2 things I wanted to watch was John Wick 2 and Guardians of the Galaxy 2, but the movies change every month so it was probably a bad batch. Also free toothbrushes and toothpaste available on the plane and a self service snack area. Overall it was great."

Flying is very stressful for me, and I want the staff to make it as stress-free as possible. As for boarding, I wasn't allowed into the gate until an hour before. What really bothered me was that they had already let some people into the gate and shut some other people out. Either let people in or don't. Don't follow the rules halfway because then they won't mean anything. I was very shocked by this and have never experienced this at any airline before. All I wanted to do was sit down and relax at the gate before boarding. If this ever happened to me again, I would not fly with the same airlines. To think that this was a JAL flight, with such a high reputation of customer service, makes me even more wary of booking a flight with JAL. I didn't appreciate being treated that way, and I will not tolerate it if it happens again."

Positiv: "The crew was fantastic. I was not well throughout the entire flight and they went out of their way repeatedly to make sure I was as comfortable as possible, including giving up two of their own crew seats to me for most of the 14 hour flight from Taipei to New York. The crew also made sure that the bathrooms were kept stocked and cleaned. This is something you don't see enough of in other airlines where the bathrooms become disgusting by around mid-flight on long-haul flights. The entertainment systems are modern and designed well for practical use, unlike some other airlines that still have many or all controls situated on the armrests. They use quality touchscreens which control everything including the overhead light and attendant call button. I also like the fact that I could check 2 bags and select my seat without any fees unlike too many other airlines are doing today."
Negativ: "While the entertainment systems themselves are great the entertainment choices are not. They have very few New Releases and don't seem to update them at the beginning of the month compared to many other airlines, such as Cathay Pacific. On long flights this is one thing that should be given more attention."

Also poor communication during the boarding process with the delay: didn't communicate the delay until after the scheduled boarding time and provided no firm rescheduled time until right before boarding actually happened. Poor planning all around."
