Flug hatte Verspätung, nächste Flug verpasst

Gepäck kam leider nicht an und wir wurden erts nach langem warten informiert. Swissport team hat aber einen fantastischen Job gemacht und unsere Lost&Found Formulare mit uns ausgefüllt.

Wie beim Hinflug auch beim Rückflug Verspätung von fast einer Stunde. Auf Nachfrage zunächst keine Informationen und unfreundliche Antworten. 50 Minuten im Flieger warten müssen bevor der Start erfolgte. Erst auf Nachfrage gab es zur Überbrückung ein Wasser. Schade, dass man als Gast immer darauf Selbstverständlichkeiten aufmerksam machen muss. Dabei möchte LH angeblich immer ein Wohlgefühl an Board vermitteln. Das behaupten sie zumindest immer in der Durchsage. Enttäuschend.

Leider hatte die Lufthansa nicht genug Verpflegung an Board. Dies war schon auf dem Hinflug der Fall. Bereits ab Reihe 19 konnten die vegetarischen Speisewünsche nicht mehr bedient werden. Sehr schade bei einem 3,5 Stunden Flug, wenn man das Essen gedanklich eingeplant hat.

Exzellenter, professioneller Service.

Boarding und Deboarding völlig unkoordiniert. Keine klaren Ansagen der Crew.

Auf die Frage in der Business Class, ob es ein bisschen wärmer gemacht werden könnte, da es von unten kalt zieht, nur die lapidare Antwort, das käme wahrscheinlich von der Aussentür und die Temperatur wurde nicht höher gestellt. Also ein Flugzeug, wo es durch die Tür zieht. Na, ja, schlimmer geht's eigentlich kaum noch.

Liegt ungünstig, wenn man mit Auto oder Bus an-/Abreist, weil erst der ganze Flughafen umfahren werden muss. 8kg Handgepäcksregelung ist echt nicht zeitgemäß und eine schickane. Mit Laptop, Tablet, Rasierer, Ladekabel und 1x Wechselkleidung knackt man das ganz schnell. Lufthansa Group ist bei manchen Flügen penibler als Ryanair! Es müssen ja keine 23kg sein, aber selbst KLM bietet 12kg."

Seats are not uncomfortable, which is different from some airlines we’ve been on, and we really like the adjustable headrest where the sides can be flipped up to keep your head from rolling around while snoozing. We like that the silverware is actually metal instead of plastic!"
Negativ: "The screen that folded out of the armrest was so small that watching a movie on it gave us a headache. The furst meal/lunch was so-so. Personally I would prefer a mixed fresh salad with a little bit of ham or chicken on top instead of the attempt at a hot mushy entree. The second meal/dinner was Similar to a hot pocket. The bread and the filling was pretty tasteless. Why not just have a healthy fruit bowl? Would have liked to see some English language reading material in the seat back pocket – it appeared to be only German language. Alternatively, it would be great if the flight attendants could offer non-German language reading materials upon request."

Negativ: "The food was not up to par for Lufthansa (plane food). The choice was barbecue chicken or vegetarian pizza. I asked for vegetarian pizza. Not sure what I had, as it did not taste like BBQ chicken, and it did not look like the food my neighbor had (which looked like 2 mini pizzas). I chose not to complain about my food. It appeared passengers were keeping the cabin crew very busy. By taste, I could not tell what it was and I could only eat half. Not usual for Lufthansa food."

Negativ: "There were 7 families each with multiple young children who screamed and misbehaved the whole trip. After complaining, the staff did nothing. Bad trip!"

4 hour delay. Plus they used the same excuse they used early in week saying a plane was broken and occupying the gate so we waited almost an hour stopped in the plane waiting to deboard. Air Canada needs to get better organized and stop telling lies. Be honest with us. Some of us fly 4-5 times a week and we’re tired of being told the same lie over and over and over again

Person behind me was kicking me during flight. Breakfast was terrible. Need fresher croissants. Dinner good. Bread terrible. Stale. Boarding extremely slow.

+ Es war ein angenehmer Flug trotz Verspätung. - Die Toiletten waren gehen Ende des Fluges absolut ekelerregend aufgrund von Unfähigkeit mancher Fluggäste anständig auf die Toilette zu gehen.

When getting off the plane in the rain umbrellas should have been provided, the cost is next to nothing and means a good customer service.

We were stuck on the tarmac for an hour. The seats were too crammed together and very uncomfortable for a 4+ hour flight. Food service did come through, but they were out of most things. It’s advertised you can buy a meal/snack/drink combo but the drinks did not come through at the same time and that was a mess. There didn’t seem to be any air vents above the seats so the flight was very stuffy. We will never fly Rouge again."

Es lag also auf der Hand, dass sehr viele Fluggäste deutsch als ihre Muttersprache haben. Das störte die Flugbegleiterin aber nicht. Sie sprach ein so schnelles und undeutliches Englisch, dass sie nicht bis gar nicht zu verstehen war."

Many of the movies were recent releases and lots of award winners. The earbud sound was awful, but I may have just gotten a dud pair. The only way to watch movies was on a smart phone or electronic device through their app. My poor old fashioned dad, didn't bring his phone so he would have just sat there for seven and a half hours if I didn't let him borrow mine. AirCanada's alternative is to rent an iPad from them, just another way for airline companies to get money out of us. The movie choices on their app were bad and older. International flights usually have new movies to so it is less likely passengers have seen them already."

And I lost 2 full days because of the airlines' delayed flights."

I got my bags on the day I was scheduled to leave. They had no way to track my bag and offered me $50. I had over $7000 of gear in the bag and I lost my $2600 deposit for the hunt. Not to mention the time a way from work where I just sat around in the bush doing nothing. On the way home, they lost my bag again. No one ever came to customer service desk and I had to call a number to India who was zero help. Terrible experience. Never fly Air Canada!!!!!"

Negativ: "Would have liked more info as to how to work the gizmos - had to ask how to recline my seat and never did get to grips with the entertainment. The Fast Pass specificaly said it was for disembarkation at London and so I did not realise I could have used it to get through security for ongoing flight"
Positiv: "Flight was fast."
Negativ: "The plane was not clean, there was debris on all the seats. It was hot and smelly. I'm not sure if passengers brought food but very overpowering and gross. I wanted to vomit the entire flight."
Negativ: "Very rude staff, my flight from Dublin was delayed for three hours on the runway why they fix the leak for the restrooms. Once we landed I had to clear customs in Canada and get to the new flight. They told me when I finally had to make through the airport and through customs that I need to manage my time better and understand and give myself plenty of time to make the flight.. REALLY??? It wasn't my fault that their crappy plane wasn't working right wasn't my fault we were delayed but I need to manage my time better I think they fell and bumped their head!!"
Negativ: "The flight was delayed by 2 hours. After boarding, it was another hour before the flight took off. I was seated next to a family with 2 cranky children. I chose this flight just because it was supposed to arrive in Miami at a decent time. Ended up sleep deprived at work the next day."
Positiv: "Plenty of leg room, friendly crew, everything was clean"
Negativ: "Entertainment system didn't work for me or my wife (and a few others that I could see from looking around) even after they tried to reset/restart the monitors three different times..."
Negativ: "Delays,multiple gate changes, poor waiting areas for express flights!!!"
Positiv: "Smiley and kind crew. Smooth take off and landing in both ways. Clean and organized craft. Being on time. Could not be better. Thank you Air Canada"
Negativ: "I am disappointed that all air lines cut the meals"
