Corporate greed drives jamming in as many seats as humanly possible to ensure that you know how a sardine in a can feels. I am not sure why Air Canada feels justified in charging extra money for a bulkhead seat just so a customer can have a "normal" experience travelling. I would recommend every Air Canada exec goes for a ride on a Rouge Cattle Car to see how enjoyable it is."

I passed through customs only to be sent back into Canada after having crossed through security because the staff decided to close. We were told by other staff members that it was up to them to decide when they were done and to talk them. I ran through the whole airport with about 7 other people to make it. Why make us cross through security only to send us back? There was no one there to guide us on what to do. I had to go through the whole thing again the following day only to have my face cream taken away (it is technically cream, not a liquid) and then be detained. None of this happened AT ALL the day before. I'd give more details but it was a complete mess."

But on the day of flight, Air Canada refused their boarding, stating that they did not have Canada visas, the fight would transfer in Montreal which needs Canada visa. I had never heard about it and it was never mentioned when I booking the tickets. I called the first customer service who was rude and not helpful. Finally, I found out that my parents had to transfer to Toronto, which does not need a visa. But in order to make the change, I had to pay Air Canada extra $1180, which were more expensive than the tickets self. At that time, I had no other choice. I am really upset. I want to warm all Chinese who don't have green card or Canada visa that do not buy tickets from Air Canada. Their customer service told me that they did not have the obligation to list this kind of information on their website. So if you choose Air Canada, you lose your money and deal with all the hassles by yourself. I will never use Air Canada in my whole life again."

Another flight attendant comes after us and moves us to the middle where are 4 seats between the isles. I would recommend to ask what seats you are getting before boarding. I had picked two seats next to each other but in the meantime they sold the window seat to somebody else and moved me one seat away from my 9 year old daughter plus an isle between us. Will NEVER fly them again. I felt very uncomfortable and honestly like criminal while waiting for them to decide about my seating arrangements after paying additional $600 on the top of the regular fare. This was a flight from Paris to Montreal."

The seats seem impossible to get comfortable in. I'm 6 feet tall and 175 lbs and the seat is too narrow to try to do anything that sit up straight. The angle of the seat to the bottom of the seat in front make it difficult to find a comfortable position. Once I got my legs under the seat in front of me my own seat pad pushed into my thighs limiting the blood flow. The flight attendants on the flight there and the flight back seemed like they hated their job. Never cracked a smile and seemed to be trying to make it through their chores. They ALL seemed unhappy and stressed. The food was the worst we've ever had on any flight, domestic or international. The sandwich for lunch was TERRIBLE. Out of 5 people none of us finished it. We tore most of the puffy odd bread off of it which left the meat which lacked any discernible flavor - making it taste fake. Having visited a couple of 3rd world countries on this flight we felt more at risk of eating bad food on the airline than on the streets of Hanoi. First and last time we'll fly Air Canada."
