However, this would be better handled when she requested for assistance during her booking process. The crew should've anticipate her needs and booked an aisle seat, or even be the ones to ask me or another passenger if I would be willing to trade. I was placed on the spot and no courtesy was shown to me. My legs were completely swollen and in pain because I wasn't able to stand periodically. I too booked my flight early and requested my seats appropriately for my health needs."

I am a Diabetic and needed it for circulation. I did not say anything but, the stewardess should have made one of the people go back to their seat as he was wedged near the window and sitting on the floor. It made my 13.25 hours trip very uncomfortable. They had a child with them so, I didn't wish to complain while on board."

There was a priority line, but for some reason I didn't get in it, although I fly business. The line was not that long but it just did not move. And the a/c was not working. Worst boarding experience ever and I've been flying for over 40 years. When I boarded finally I asked if I could give a review and although they said yes- nothing. So I hope someone who cares sees this."

Even when going through the check and security points I used to go in a special route especially for the handicaped but going with all other normal travelers lines with such amount of time waiting and crowdness is completely inconvenient. what happened through the trip was quit different , going with the travelers or after when they are boarding the craft make it very hard and time consuming , Wish you take care of it, as it's a very important handicaped service. Negativ: "The trip was scheduled to depart at 18:30. Arrived Airport around 16:30 to be shocked that the flight was delayed to 01:50 next day (i.e. seven and half hours). The ground staff advised that the flight was rescheduled to the new timing two days before. RJ ground staff claims that they informed all travel agents of the new timing. I verified with my company and the travel agent and they advised that RJ did not contact them at all. The irony is that I am an RJ Royal Plus Gold Frequent flyer member and RJ has all my contacts details and send me emails and messages all the time, but they fail to alert me at such critical and urgent situation. Most annoying that the ground staff did not even apologize for me and the other passengers specially the European old man in a wheelchair. Instead of arriving Amman at a civilized 19:30 we arrived the nest day at 04:00 next morning. Big blunder Royal Jordanian."

After we reserve the hotel, we had to wait 3 hours until the big lazy boy to come over and escort is to the hotel shuttle. Over all, was the worst experience for me and I will NEVER EVER try this airlines again."

As soon as I entered the flight it had an urine like odor through out the flight. I travel a lot in this airline and this is the first flight that had that odor. I will fly again and if that continues I will consider changing the airline."

Negativ: "Check-in in the Cairo airport: different lines led to large differences in processing time ... our line also processed business class which led to us taking over one hour for check-in (basically being the last one) and having to run through security even when we arrived rather early. No initiative by the check-in attendants to balance between the lines. When they opened two more counters to process check-in they only processed the 'fast' line. Pro tip: avoid the (economy) check-in line next to the business counter. This probably led to the second problem ... they gave us separate seats when traveling with a young child."

We departed hours later with still no concrete information, we just had to follow the people on our flight."

Disappointingly there were no (extra) snacks such as chocolates or nuts ) available for sale during the flight."

Positiv: "You know i have never had a bad experience on any airline until till today at 2:15pm on September 29, 2017 while boarding the plane for flight number 4244 on easyjet airlines when i was told that i had to take my backpack that served as my purse for my last two weeks of travel and put eveything in my backpack, which included my wallet, passport, ipad, phone, meds, and ereader in my other regular size carry on. My son and i each had a carry on suitcase that met the requirment when I flew to Rome last friday on the exact same size plane. I was told I was NOT to have two types of carry on bags i was only ALOWED ONE and was NOT given the option of putting it under my seat. They were more than willing to charge me another 50 Euro to check my carry on bag. But first she asked to see my ticket to see if i was even allowed another checked bag. She DID NOT look at my ticket but immediately flipped my passport and saw that i was from the US AND TOLD ME I WAS ALLOWED ONLY ONE CARRY ON BAG! Yet this awesomely nice Canadian couple (they spoke to me after the flight landed in Paris and were shocked i was made to do this given what they carried on the plane) who had checked and paid for 3 bags and then turned around and carried on a cloth canvas bag for him, a black purse for her, a shopping bag bigger than her purse with items in it and two backpacks. What happened to being able to carry on a carry on suitcase and a purse for women or a lap top size bag, which in some cases is larger than my backpack?I have never hated anyone in my life but I am really tired of the world judging ALL AMERICANS under the same umbrella. I spent my hard earned money in Italy and to be treated with such disrespect on the way out of the country completley floored me! I will not ever fly back into Rome, Italy on any airline! These people are rude and do not care who they offend but Americans are supposed to kiss eveybody's butts! Sorry but I am mad and have written to the airline and i am sure nothing will happen."

There were many samll backpacks and purses in overhead bins that should have been on the floor in front of the petson carrying them. My bag or nobody else's bag should have to ne put at the back of the plane while my seat is damn near at the front if the plane. They were not afraid to offend me but people from countries other than the US they wouldn't even make them put the bag under the seat in front of them."
Negativ: "Due to a late arrival in Mykonos by Eastjet caused me to miss my next Easyjetflight to Berlin. This left me stranded in Gatwick for 24 hours and I had to pay a fare increase on top of it! That's total BS! I had to stand in line at customer service for over 45 mins only to be told that there was nothing they could do. Gatwick is freezing cold and I was forced to put on many layers of my clothes just to prevent freezing. It was suggested that I get a hotel room. I was on a tight budget and couldn't afford a hotel, so I was forced to sleep in the terminal. I had a hotel reservation in Berlin for the night that I slept in the airport and lost a day and a half of mt vacation that I can't recover. All in all it cost me an additional 70 euros to re-book as well as $150 for my hotel room and 20 euros on cheap airport food. Im really pissed!"

Positiv: "The flight was late but no announcements were made. Staff did not understand or speak French. Nuts were 2:50 euro. It said cashews but only included peanuts. Boarding was long and inefficient."
Negativ: "Their check in system is not clear.. We have a reservation for 2 passengers, and in the system I paid for an extra luggage... considering the price I paid I didnt realize that that was only an extra piece only for one passenger, so we had to pay 57 euros for the additional piece of the second passenger at the counter... considering the total ticket for 2 passenger was 120 euros, that increased the total price for almost 50%... Not even in Mexico the ticket for these kind of low budget airlines are so confuse and "tricky"."

Positiv: "The crew and the pilot were exceptionally kind and accommodating- I got to see the inside of a cockpit!"
Negativ: "A 1 1/2hr delay with no explanation (in fact, the check in agent told me there was a 20m delay when she obviously knew very well it would be an hour+ since the plane left Gatwick an hour+ behind schedule). Then being herded like cows onto the plane only to discover we'd have to wait another 1 1/2 hrs on the tarmac so that if we could get an earlier departure time we could take it and EasyJet wouldn't have to refund our tickets for wasting 4hrs of our lives."
Negativ: "We missed our flight due to a customer service line that had about 20 people there right from the start. Afterwards, the crew didn't do as much as lift a finger to help us find another flight. We had to pay an extra $850 for a one way ticket on top of what we already paid. I understand things happen and people miss flights but the fact they had no intention on dealing with our dilemma especially after their customer service team kept us there 45 min to start with makes me not want to do business with them ever again. Save yourself a hassle and do business elsewhere."

I had meetings this morning that I had to cancel; Transportation into London is very challenging at 2:30 in the morning - we were supposed to arrive before midnight; and now one day, of my THREE day trip is pretty rough because I couldn't get into London until 04:30."

Positiv: "Der Hinflug war pünktlich und ohne Vorfälle. Leider war der Rückflug verspätet, was ich aber erst am Flughafen erfahren hatte und so eine (1) Stunde länger auf den Abflug warten musste. Somit haben sich auch die anderen Abfahrten verzögert und ich bin gut zwei (2) Stunden später am Zielort eingetroffen. Schade. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und auch die Gepäckausgabe funktionierte optimal, d.h. zügig und ohne Schaden."

Negativ: "When we arrived at the check-in counter we checked in together with my husband. I told the check-in counter personnel that we would like to sit together. My husband was put in seat 1F and I was put in 2F. We didn't look at the boarding passes until we reached the plane and saw this. The row where my husband sat was empty (row 1) so I don't know why i was put on row 2 when we could have sat together on row 1. This is very bizarre. Furthermore I had to walk half way down the aisle to put my suitcase because all the overhead lockers were full. The flight attendant who was overseeing all this was very rude and kept telling me that I need to walk all the way down to find a space to store the luggage. She could have offered to have a look with me and try to squeeze it somewhere closer than half way down the plane."

Negativ: "Angenehmes Sitzen für eine Person mit einer Körpergröße 190+ ist fast unmöglich. Alle Passagiere sollen mit Handgepäck reisen, aber es mangelt an ausreichendem Platz. Lächerlich ist, dass Damen ihre Handtaschen in die Bordkoffer verstauen müssen. Ok verständlich bei Handtaschengrößen wie Boardtrolleys, aber bei Normalgröße nicht nachvollziehbar und der Kommandoton des Bodenpersonals ist unverschämt. Egal wie hoch der Preis für den Flug war, man ist immer noch zahlender Kunde und zahlt damit ihre Gehälter."

Positiv: "ich bin Vielflieger bei drei Airlines aber EasyJet war dennoch auffallend "easy". Gibt keine negative Kritik von mir. Als Tipp: verwendet die EasyJet app und verzichtet auf den Boardkaren-Ausdruck!"
Negativ: "Zuerst hies es 1.5 Stunden Verspähtung, beim nächsten mal stand last call auf dem Bildschirm, sodass alle Passagiere zum Gate laufen mussten, wo man dann doch wieder 20 Minuten warten musste. Viel Aufruhr für nichts."
Negativ: "In Budapest ist das Gate in einer großen Baracke! Man steht die ganze Zeit und wartet ewig lange, bis man ins Flugzeug kommt. Die Sitze im Flugzeug sind zu eng. Es gibt noch nicht einmal ein Getränk gratis an Bord."

Completely unreliable if you fly for work and have to be somewhere at a certain hour."
