After I complained about a possible problem with cleaning and the possibility that the stain would stay, no reaction, only sortiere and the Recommendation from him was to use soda water which was actually not at hand and took him more then 10min to bring it. 3. I requested for the supervisor. She was very friendly and took my email address to write a report on this. I am now waiting for reaction and possible refund for cleaning or more. Another drink was offered but that was all until now. So I am curious about the reaction from Emirates. Overall it seemed like Emirates has a bad standing in BKK: - Bus boarding on B777 - No clear information about gate - Bad quality of material (cups) - For Emirates under average food quality Additional remark: The following connection flight from DXB to DUS, was very good, overall quality as expected from Emirates, food and staff was very good. So the above review from BKK -> DXB might have been an exception."

As prepared for departure, blankets and pillows were distributed amongst the passengers. Once in flight, dinner and in the morning, breakfast. And, throughout the night, the flight attendants attended to passenger requests for beverages and snacks. The plane was clean and, maybe I need to compliment my fellow passengers also, for the washrooms were clean and well maintained. We arrived on time and the trip seemed rather short with the entertainment of movies, news and inflight updates. When the flight is changed by airline for their convenience, they would have given preferential treatment to the passengers involved. We had to bare the cost of food and make us comfortable on our own due to the delay in transit."

My wife and I both had incidents of people pushing in front in every queue from boarding (lack of control by ground staff as random people joining First/Business/Gold line as moving first) to bathrooms (myself and two others waiting patiently before a woman pushed into bathroom before person even got out, then blocked our passage in to let her family member in), hitting us with bags when disembarking and then completely blocking walkways with no consideration for other passengers. We have now agreed that we will fly through any other city/route to avoid this terrible experience being repeated."

But the crews answer was we cannot provide food since we have only some boxes and if we give it to you then we may not have sufficient food left for everyone else. I asked them when is the next meal. They said in few minutes but it took one hour and that meal was also just bread. What kind of airline doesn't provide food for kids when they are hungry. I am very disappointed and I would not recommend Etihad airlines for anyone traveling with children as they won't provide you food when your kid is hungry. Our seat lights were not working and when you press assistance button the crew came after 15minutes."
