Took forever to find out where the tour was only to find out we needed Visas. The airport staff was not helpful. The bus tour is promoted on their website, and it sounded like it was easily accessed as soon as we were off our flight from Johannesburg. Not so."

Negativ: "According to the menu we were supposed to have a choice of chicken or eggplants. When it was my turn - it turned out that there was no chicken left. Fine. Eggplants with some kind of lasagna. This lasagna was just old! Old and dry. And cold. It was definitely not fresh. I asked to warm it up. Got another one. Which was not better actually. That was really annoying. Only after one more complaint I was offered some kosher (and now really good) meal instead."

So I wonder why the crew cannot travel earlier to airport taking into account potential traffic jams. Knowingly I trvaelled to the airport about 2.5h before departure and made it perfectly on time to the airport, even though working in the morning, whereas the crew couldnt make it. maybe Lufthansa should change their crew hotel policy in particular for towns with notorious traffic jams like Kiev.."

Passengers could not believe it. Tight seats for an overseas flight."

So they're more interested in making money then making a customer comfortable."

I will never fly with Lufthansa internationally again.not because of the crew, because their head office insists on squeezing every inch out of their planes without regard for passenger comfort."

We were the last to board and all very stressed out. The staff seemed not to care the least in our troubles."

I purchased my ticket in October 2015 (before the Zika outbreak and before being pregnant) and I will still be pregnant in October 2016 so that voucher is completely useless to me. I basically lost $900. Even though I repeatedly tried to explain my situation to customer service and had a letter from my doctor it didn't matter they just repeated their voucher line over and over. Needless to say I will NEVER purchase airline tickets from Aeromexico again and that is a real shame for them because I have a timeshare in Mexico which I plan on enjoying with my growing family for years to come."
