Negativ: "I recently requested an urgent response from Delta's customer service and received a reply stating reply time is 14-21 days. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, increased work load and decreased work force my response time is approximately 14-21 days."

They did issue waivers for those who could not make the later time. Once delta got the ok to fly.. The flight left the gate very fast and we arrived and exited the plane super fast too. The process was so efficient and quick, I did not feel the waiting period. The flight attendance were so happy and positive, they made he flight very enjoyable. Great job delta!"

The flight was cancelled. I asked Kayak for a refund by email. No answer.

Only reason I did bad on food and entertainment was because flight was a short flight.

Leider hatte die Lufthansa nicht genug Verpflegung an Board. Dies war schon auf dem Hinflug der Fall. Bereits ab Reihe 19 konnten die vegetarischen Speisewünsche nicht mehr bedient werden. Sehr schade bei einem 3,5 Stunden Flug, wenn man das Essen gedanklich eingeplant hat.

Seats had no padding. Uncomfortable. Everything was held up because of SLOW people with multiple children.

Boarding und Deboarding völlig unkoordiniert. Keine klaren Ansagen der Crew.

Auf die Frage in der Business Class, ob es ein bisschen wärmer gemacht werden könnte, da es von unten kalt zieht, nur die lapidare Antwort, das käme wahrscheinlich von der Aussentür und die Temperatur wurde nicht höher gestellt. Also ein Flugzeug, wo es durch die Tür zieht. Na, ja, schlimmer geht's eigentlich kaum noch.

This flight was nearly empty so there was plenty of room and no problems. Everything on time or early.

Freundlichste Betreuung während des gesamten Fluges. Wegen der Kaschmir-Krise wurde der Flug umgeleitet und dauerte ca 40 Minuten länger. Wir konnten den buchstäblich erstklassigen Service also länger nutzen. Die Flugbegleiterinnen hatten in der Ausnahmesituation alle Hände voll zu tun. Wir haben uns trotzdem bestens betreut gefühlt."

Gestartet ist die Maschiene dann um 22:05 Uhr. Die Kommunikation war sehr schlecht, das Bodenpersonal schloss bis zuletzt keine Annulierung aus."

Seats had enough room for me where I didn’t feel cramped. Food was just alright, but I wasn’t expecting much on a plane so I was satisfied. 7 hour flight was not as bad as I was expecting

When we arrived at the airport yo check-in, the airline had completely different information than we had booked. They even had us flying on a different day. They were able to make it work but we had a very anxious hour while they worked to correct the error.

I booked through Justfly.com and had to cancel the flights due to the new Omicron virus. The airline (Scandinavian Airlines) told me to get in touch with the agency as they could not do anything. However, its been completely impossible to get a hold of the agency by phone (I called them twice and stayed on the line for more than 1h without getting through), and you cannot reply to or send them e-mails. I cancelled the flights, for which I paid about $1,500 to be on the safe side so they would not think I just missed them, and for that they charged me $60 (!!!), so anything they can charge you for online works, but everything else does not. Absolutely horrible customer service.

Passengers boarded and then sat for well over an hour with occasional messages from crew that airport was still loading luggage. If airline/airport was serious about COVID they could have let us stay an hour in the terminal. First international flight I've had where passengers were charge for wine, beer, and even water.

No customer service at all. 1st attendant wouldn’t let us check-in at the counter, and 2nd attendant made us check in our carry-on despite it only being 2kg over. We could’ve moved some items around. When we boarded the plane, we saw multiple people whose carry-on looked suspiciously over the weight limit. We felt singled out. It was obvious that this airline only cares about profit and does not care about the customer. Attendants were rude and not helpful. Needless to say I will nit fly with this airline again."

Crew served meal 2.5 hours into 9 hour flight and about an hour after complimentary drink. My can of Coke was well gone when the mediocre dinner arrived and I got an earful for daring to ask for another one. It finally arrived after dinner with the creditcard machine etc. Yes, it was $4.00. I passed. As the coffee service was in full swing."

Rouge seats are NOT comfortable. Absolutely no leg room and paper thin seats. No electrical outlets and a terrible movie selection. I really wish they'd go back to "regular" Air Canada flights."

Negativ: "After weather forced us to miss our flight to Delhi from Toronto (understandable), Air Canada booked us on an AC flight to London and then an Air India flight to Delhi from London. In Toronto they told us that we couldnt get our bags because they were in storage, but that they would be on the plane to London and then to Delhi. Upon arriving in London, Air India told us that Air Canada never booked us on their flight to Delhi - that neither of our names were on their manifest. Air India was helpful in getting Air Canada's mistake fixed. Upon arriving in India, my partners bag was nowhere to be found. It would be logical to assume that his bag was in London and never made the imaginary flight Air Canada booked us on. However, even though our bags sat in Air Canada storage for 24 hours, his bag was never even loaded onto our flight to London. He didn't receive his bag until 6 days into our trip, causing all of us to miss out on multiple experiences, including the ability to leave Delhi because of our need to get his bag and multiple missed and promised deadlines from the airline."
