Airplane was older so the business class seats were much smaller. Very hard to get comfortable. In Sacramento, my luggage was the very last piece to come off the belt. I don't understand why they don't follow the priority tags on the luggage and get those out first.
All was well on this flight.
I liked the friendliness of the crew. How they greeted you boarding and leaving the plane. The friendliness of the crew passing out snacks.

Negativ: "They charge you for everything: sitting in an aisle or window seat ($15); checking one piece of luggage ($25); for food, even on a five hour flight, save for complementary snacks like a granola bar or pretzels. I paid $11 for a tiny sandwich (it fit in the palm of my already small hands). I will definitely get good at the airport next time. It may be just as expensive, but at least it will be filling."

Thumbs up for KLM crew, planes and Schiphol Airport, though short on staff and a little late everything went smooth, including the flight.
Overall a pleasant flight.
Wi-Fi didn’t work. Boarding was totally confusing. Guy next to me took more then his area. Constantly touching me pushing on me. Had a bag blocking getting out. Almost fell. Crew didn’t help

The temperature was cold on the flight. Connecting to the internet was very pleasant with entertainment options.
Once airborne, the flight was uneventful. However, the flight was an hour late leaving the gate due to a weight and balance problem that needed to be corrected by restowing luggage in the baggage compartment. Several passengers missed connections in PHX; no representative from American Airlines (the captain or terminal representative) made an apology for the delay or missed connections. First class food service is poor. Nothing is warmed; sandwiches are all the same (two slices of processed meat or turkey with cheese on a pretzel roll). No hand santizers are offered or provided as was done during early covid restrictions.

Positiv: "I have to use crutches to walk and before bording one of the attendants noticed me and changed me to priority bording and seatimg on the plain, she then came and helped me making sure I was the first person to board the plain."

das ich auf dem Flugplatz erfahren habe das der Flug gestrichen ist ich musste mich durchfragen und habe dann irgendwann erfahren das ich auf LH umgebucht wurde ich hätte auch eine Email erhalten das stimmt ich habe eine Email nach 16.00 bekommen leider war ich zu der zeit schon auf dem Flughafen ist so glaube ich auch nicht ungewöhnlich konnte sie nicht mehr einsehen den Flug mit LH ist eine andere Nummer und würde zu lange dauern es jetzt aufzuschreiben

Their business class on this Airbus flight was just Economy seats with the middle seat blocked off with a fixed table. No extra space at all. Food was ok but not worth the extra expense imo.
Insgesamt war der Flug ok, nach dem Desaster davor mit verpasstem Anschlussflug und den lautstarken Mitreisenden, wo niemand etwas unternahm von der Crew. Insgesamt hatten wir ca. 15 min. Verspätung.
Am boarding pass hiess es Security wird am Terminal 1 in Wien sein. Leider bin ich den ganzen Weg hingegangen um nachher zu realisieren, dass es dich Terminal 3 war.
The seat was full of crumbs. Covid clean does not mean aesthetic cleaning Waiting for my suitcase was just too long. Even after the train from terminal c to a and the line in immigration, it still took 50 minutes
There was no flight. Flights got cancelled. Kayak or British never informed us. I had to call so many times and wait hours to get to talk to someone. Made my vacation pretty bad. I still havent heard from anybody. No apologies, nothing. Just horrible!

Negativ: "Nach leichter Verspäung des vorangegangenen Fluges, gab es keinerlei Unterstützung, um zügig zum Anschlussflug zu gelangen, obwohl ich aktiv mehrere Mitarbeiter auf die Dringlichkeit eines schnellen Transfers angesprochen habe. Es gab kein Interesse zu Helfen, keine Entschuldigung und keine Erklärung. Beim Sannen der Bordkarte vorm Security Check wurde elektronisch angezeigt, dass ich mich an den Kiosk wenden sollte. Dort wurde ohne Worte, Erklärung, Entschuldigung oder Hilfe umgebucht und eine neue Bordkarte ausgedruckt. Solch ein Desinteresse an Unterstützung habe ich bisher noch nie erlebt. P.S. Ich spreche fließend englisch, es war also keine Sprachbarriere."

They didn’t bother to check and announce the gate of major connection flights like some other airlines would do. They just said “Check the departure information board when you arrive.” We made to our AA flight only it happened to be in the same terminal."

Als Alleinreisender ist der Fensterplatz immer blöd, besonders bei eine 3-3-3 Bestuhlung in der Boeing 787-9 in der Economy Class, weil man gleich 2 unbekannte Leute aufscheuchen muss, wenn man zur Toilette will. Sitzbreite und Fußraum sind für einen Langstrecken- Flug gerade noch akzeptabel. Wenn nicht Mitglieder meiner Reisegruppe, die ich in den letzten Tagen kennenlernte neben mir sassen, wäre es schlimmer gewesen.
After sitting in the plane on the tarmac for hours the flight was canceled. Thanks only to Westjet did I make it home.
Seats for international travel QUITE uncomfortable. Headrest not removable or adjustable for short folks. The seats, even for slim or small folks, quite tight & legroom is a joke. Food is yuck. Free drink a plus! Crew very nice . Pillow & blanket provided. Lots of good in flight entertainment.
+ Es war ein angenehmer Flug trotz Verspätung. - Die Toiletten waren gehen Ende des Fluges absolut ekelerregend aufgrund von Unfähigkeit mancher Fluggäste anständig auf die Toilette zu gehen.
Checking bags in air Canada at LAX was the worst experience I’ve had.
Direct flight is the only plus. Otherwise food is poor quality and the bags took forever to arrive in Toronto. They were fast in Delhi airport though.

Bordpersonal war sagen wir mal nicht unfreundlich, mehr aber auch nicht. Höflich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam ist anders. Der Flug ging von Berlin. Es lag also auf der Hand, dass sehr viele Fluggäste deutsch als ihre Muttersprache haben. Das störte die Flugbegleiterin aber nicht. Sie sprach ein so schnelles und undeutliches Englisch, dass sie nicht bis gar nicht zu verstehen war."

I've had my fair share amount of flights and honestly this was probably the worse one i've gone on with the amount of hours it took to get to our destination. Negativ: "The crew waited so long to start selling food. Then, by the time the cart got to where I was sitting (only halfway back) they were already sold out of the two things I wanted to buy. The tea they served was the dregs from the bottom of the kettle, nasty and bitter. There was no "entertainment," except a crew member renting out a couple of ipads that connected to the wifi. The luggage compartments are oddly shaped so that you can only put your luggage in the long way. It a misuse of space. A lot of people had a hard time finding any place to put their bags. During takeoff, one of the luggage compartments opened up twice."

Negativ: "I didn't like that they either started boarding too early or we waited a long time to get off the runway as it seemed we were on the plane a long time before we actually left. Also we just received our snack and our drink and as soon as we received them, a stewardess told us to all put our tables up and I do believe that it was because we were descending to land. It seemed like forever before we received our snack and then we're told we couldn't use our tables. I think they should have started the snacks earlier as it was quite a big plane and it probably would take quite a long time to serve everyone and the worst part of it all was that I had asked for a can of pop, so I had to hold my can of pop, my glass pop and try to get my snack out of the package which was not easy at all."

Negativ: "Boarding was terrible. For some reason we boarded 30 minutes late and then take off took forever. This made us late for our landing. When we landed, we were stuck on the plane for an extra half hour (after a 10 hour flight) because customs couldn't take us. I will never fly through Toronto again. This was my second experience with Air Canada there (and the first time my luggage was lost on the way to Brussels) and it is a complete disaster. Customs was the most complicated least organized process I had ever been through. There were 3 different spots to go through, I showed my passport and boarding pass a million times, stations were understaffed and the staff was unhappy, grumpy and snapping at airline guests. Additionally there was no free entertainment on the 10 hour flight."

Negativ: "They forgot to bring me dinner then when I finally got someone's attention they told me they had given away ALL the dinners. How is that even possible? In the end they gave me a first class meal so not bad."
Positiv: "Wel,l my flight out of SFO was delayed by an hour and ~20 minutes, which was the length of my layover in Toronto. The pilot was able to make up some time in the air, but I still had to go through customs, security, and then run through most of the Toronto airport with only 25 minutes (before my flight left, probably even less because they close the doors before take off). I was off the plane at 7:30. My flight to Charlottetown was on-time, leaving at 7:55. The nicest male flight attendant on the plane moved me to a seat right before first class and put my carry-on in the closet at the front so I could be of the first off the plane! I ran through the airport, customs, security and all. I got to the gate at 7:41. The lady at the gate saw me running from far off and asked if I was Michelle. She was so happy that I had made it and let me catch me breath before I boarded. The delay on the first flight was very unfortunate and stress-inducing, but all the Air Canada people I interacted with along the way were very wonderful."

Having gone through US customs and the long way of security and check in and all. We were carrying 7 big bags as we were moving into the US and handling those many bags was a nightmare, we had to do it two days in a row!!! I lost a night booked in a hotel in NYC as I didn't know if we were getting a later flight until just too late to cancel. Very confusing to get to the right place to rebook, even Air Canada employees seemed confused. Rebooking agent took ages. We had paid for preference seats and finally we got terrible last row seats in the rebooked flight. We haven't been refunded since!! Delays and more delays on the rebooked flight again."
