But all the other people can not make it because we sit at near front and started the rush earlier. However, all of our checked luggage so can not make it. We are waiting for delivery on the next day. This type of short connection of international flight should not be arranged as we told you and AC when you told us the original booking was changed due to AC flight modification."

Positiv: "We got upgraded into the Elite section, which we excitedly thought would be business class with a nice full recline, as we had been up for more than 24 hours when we left Seoul, but were disappointed. It was more like the Economy Plus on United. A forward cabin with wider seats with a bit more legroom and maybe little bit more recline as a result. On one meal we were served fon china like from business, but on the breakfast, I got china and my husband got the typical plastic and foil square trays. The restroom for the cabin was foreward and was not crowded, which was nice."
Negativ: "What I really disliked about the special Elite section was that the arm rests are immovable and the trays embedded in the arms, just like when you are in a bulkhead seat. That's one reason why I avoid the bulkhead seats. So, even though I was sitting next to my husband, it meant that we couldn't remove the 4-6 inches of hard chair arms between us. i could not curl up with my head or feet in his lap, the way we could in a regular economy seat. Therefore I did not sleep on the flight the way I had on the comparable trip outbound."

ALSO: Although there was no charge for baggage on our flight out, and nothing written anywhere about a baggage charge, yet on the return flight we were hit with a $90 baggage fee!! The flight was already too expensive but that was just adding insult to injury"

Flying is becoming increasingly like riding a bus but while tightly fitted next to one traveller, one can easily be stuck in a four seater arrangement in the middle. Welcome to the new cargo class. For all customers wishing to continue to enjoy the former economy class three seater arrangement with almost no elbow room are requested to upgrade to the newly named "premium economy class". Soon business class will become the once newly introduced premium economy. On a separate note, I flew on an Austrian Airlines flight, and not Air Canada. On Austrian one doesn't have to pay for food, headsets or a blanket when you're cold and the crew is usually more welcoming, which makes the overall experience a positive one. I would have no hesitation to recommend Austrian Airlines--as long as they don't follow suit with Airlines where old planes are reconfigured to hold up to 100% more passengers cramped in a tight space while charging for everything while you're on board. And if you're waiting to see a welcoming smile, it was on another airline."

It wasn't enough for dinner and breakfast. Since my flight was delayed I missed and lost money to the circus. 1 had purchased tickets for my 5 children my husband and I for a total of $400. The show was at 11 am and I arrived at Richmond at that time. Your airline sucks. To make it worst on my way to Aguascalientes I got stuck in Houston for the night and half a day because yall delayed flights due to snow that never happened. I had to before for food vouchers because I had already gone over my budget with the delay. Overall it was a horrible experience."

Negativ: "Der Flug wurde um 6-7 Stunden verschoben, so dass ich keinen Anschluss Flug mehr hatte um nach Hause zu kommen. Der Service vor Ort war sehr schlecht, es hatte viel zu wenig Personal. Ich hatte einen freundlichen Helfer am Schalter, aber sein Supervisor hat mich dann ohne zu Fragen einfach irgendwie umgebucht, z.B. ein Tag später, dann mit Übernachtung irgendwo. Die Flüge am selben Tag wurden zuerst gar nicht berücksichtigt, bis ich dann online selber gesucht habe. Schlussendlich hat mir ein Mitarbeiter der Lufthansa geholfen noch einen Flug am gleichen tag zu bekommen. Mein Gepäck ist bis jetzt 48h später noch nicht aufgetaucht. Gesamthaft für United ein sehr schlechter Service!!!"

Positiv: "I loved how easy it was to book the flight."
Negativ: "I cancelled my flight within 24hrs and received no refund because I booked through priceline. However, there was no restriction or clause listed on the ticket stating that I had to cancel through priceline also. It really should not matter who I cancelled through, if I canceled within 24hrs the refund should be given. Also, the debits from my account said United as well as priceline taking me to United's web page to make the purchase. So of course one would think cancelling through United's site is appropriate. I'm very disappointed in United and will consider all other options (Airlines) before booking with them again. PS - United customer gave me the run around for 3 days knowing that it was their policy and they were the company who's keeping my money. Absolutely ridiculous."

Negativ: "Entertainment System war defekt und es gab keine Entschädigung."

Positiv: "First of all, I was excited to get to Puerto Vallarta! Unfortunately, we had a delay due to a child who got sick as the plane was backing from the gate. The crew was fantastic and had paramedics load the plane to check on toddler. The family deboarded and United crew cleaned the throw up. The pilots kept the passengers informed and we proceeded with the flight. The flight attendants were fantastic, particularly the brunette attendant who remembered me from a previous flight. Best flight attendant ever!! Thank you United!!!"

Negativ: "Wish they had TV"

Positiv: "I arrived at the aurport 1 hr 20 mins before flight - plenty if time to check in and make it to gate at a small airport ad Newark is. Wanted to check in online - the United System did not allow me to. Had to wait in line - long line due to holidays. I raised my hand and asked for assistance given the impending 1 hr cut off time for check in. Was told I should go to the special assustance line. Well, guess what - that line which was meant to be express service for fliers with special situations was moving with the speed of a tortoise - slower than the general line. Only 2 flight assistants were servicing, both incredibly slow. When asked politely that I need special assistance as I was approaching the 1 hr cut iff fir checkin, the United lady yelled at me instead of speeding up her slow motion. Bottom line, I missed my flight on a tiny airport dedpite arriving 1 hr 20 mins before flight. Had to wait 14 hrs overnight at the airport to catch the next flight because the United Airlines personnel are lazy, slow, inefficient, rude and no customer oriented. Terrible service."

Positiv: "I was scared until the young man who sat beside me helped me out. He was a military man . ."

Negativ: "Das Video System hatte sehr viele Aussetzer, Touchscreen sehr ungenau."

Positiv: "Sympathische Crew, der Flug war äußerst pünktlich. Informationen über WLAN waren informativ."
Negativ: "Das Video System in den Sitzen hat leider versagt, war aber auf dem kurzen Flug zu verschmerzen."

Negativ: "Having to walk a LONG distance from one terminal to the next and almost missing my flight due to delays. Then we had a delay from the bridge from plane to the airport was not working!!!"

Positiv: "Boarding was organized. Crew was great."

Positiv: "It was a great experience overall"

Positiv: "The on board crew did a good job but didn't have much to offer us."
Negativ: "No more seat back pocket. Its aolid plastic now & nothing fits. No meal service on a 4 hour flight. That's ridiculous. No check in counter. Just a sea of people fighting for kiosks to self check in. Bad enough there's no more ticket agents, they could at least have an organized line."

Negativ: "I am almost always cold. Not so on this flight. The temperature on the plane was so miserably hot that I had sweat pouring down my face. Everyone around me was trying to open their air vents to get more cool air and/or fanning themselves. I asked the flight attendant about it and he said that the plane was just old and it would cool off eventually. It did, about 20 minutes before they cut the air down again for landing. By the time I got off the plane I was nauseated from the heat and stale air. It will be a long time before I fly United again if this is any indication of the condition of their planes."

Völlig veraltetes Entertainment System, mit gerade einmal acht Filmen, keine Pausefunktion, keine Möglichkeit zurückzuspulen, Bildschirm ist schlanke 12 Zoll groß. Bordtoilette war alt und schlecht gepflegt."

Negativ: "The flight attendant repeatedly hit me in the head during beverage service. And didn't acknowledge it. Even when I moved to avoid continuing to be hit. I'm tall, but not remarkably so. I fly relatively often and this is a first."

Negativ: "Entertainment and food not free even though it's an international flight. Airline didn't provide blankets and was too cold inside the plane."

Negativ: "no space for carry-ons horrible seat next to the restroom only 2 restrooms for the entire plane, huge lines, horrible smell, dirty. food expensive, entertainment expensive 7.99 for a movie? really?. uncomfortable seat, hate it!!!!!!!!!!"

Negativ: "No snacks, food included without a fee for a 4 hour flight. Seats have very limited space, very uncomfortable."

Außer einem Getränk ist keine Verpflegung an Bord vorhanden. Bei einem 3,5-4 Stunden Flug nicht so prickelnd. Entertainment-System – zumindest auf dem Hinweg – musste man zahlen. Keine Serien etc. for free. Mein Fazit: Fliegen in den USA ist für den Europäer gewöhnungsbedürftig. Dabei sind die Preise für die Flüge nun nicht ungewöhnlich günstig, als dass das die ganzen zahlungspflichtigen Services rechtfertien würde..."

Granted when I finally got to the kiosk, I went through in a short amount of time but I’m not sure of the benefit as I knew I would need an assistant to review my documents."
