Negativ: "There was a change of name and the wrong name was changed. I very nearly didn’t get on the flight and had to pay extra fees to fly. I wasn’t aware I was booking with last minute.com, whom I have had issues with before. Worried about the return flights already."

Negativ: "Lack of communication. Lack of sympathy. Lack of knowledge. From the beginning, I wasn’t given the boarding pass to my connecting flight nor was I informed as to why. When I finally made it to my connecting flight with NO time to spare (very small window of approximately 45 minutes to make it to my connecting flight) my husband, my son and I were turned away from our flight due to over booking. The Eurowings manager guarantees we would be able to make another flight if we went to the ticket counter right away. At the ticket counter, (different airline) the ticket agent explained we’d have to transfer our booking over from Eurowings to the new airline. This left us NO time to make that flight the Eurowings manager guaranteed us we would make. We also waited 3 hours at the baggage claim office only for them to tell us they lost all our bags. Only 2 out of our 5 bags made it onto the flight and will be waiting at lost and found of our final destination and the other 3 bags are unknown of their whereabouts. The Eurowings ticket agent took ALL of our bags including my husbands and I carry ons, so we were left with no clothing and had to stay at the airport over night. This airline really sucks. We were never informed in advance of this over booking issue or I would have certainly made my own accommodations before hand. Will never fly Eurowings again. Definitely the worst airline I’ve traveled with. And I lost 5 bags in the process."

When it was finally time to land, we briefly touched down before going back up into the air and circling for an additional half hour because another plane was at our gate. Vom Purser via Lautsprecher die Bitte, zügig einzusteigen - die Crew helfe mit dem Handgepäck. Mit Mühe konnte ich meinen (LH-)Trolly aus dem Worldshop verstauen. Nach Boarding Complete steht plötzlich eine FA mit meinem Koffer im Gang und befragt einen unbeteiligten anderen Passagier, ob er allein reise. Weil dieser Herr die Welt nicht versteht, wird die Stewardess laut und pampig. Ich stelle klar, dass sie mit meinem Koffer hantiert, woraufhin sie sich vor meiner Reihe (ich sitze am Fenster) aufbaut und mich grimmig anschaut. Nach dreimaliger Aufforderung, mit mir zu reden, bekomme ich dann erklärt, dass mein LH-zertifizierter Koffer zu geoß sei, ich ihn zudem falsch in den Overhead-Bin gesteckt hätte. Zur Vermeidung von Ärger auf dem kurzen Flug willige ich ein und bitte, mir den Koffer zu reichen, da ich nicht die anderen Passagiere hochbitten möchte. Entgegen der vollmundigen Ankündigungen zur Hilfe beim Gepäck werde ich nur angeblafft, dass sie nicht dafür zuständig sei, Gepäck zu heben. Mein persönlicher Apell an diese FA: Liebe Saftschubse, fliegen Sie doch mal privat mit Ryanair! Dort können Sie sehen, wie Damen Ihren Job professionell, effizient und mit einem hohen Maß an Freundlichkeit erledigen, obwohl das Gehalt weit unter Ihrem liegen dürfte."

Information given in-flight was nice. I loved the electronic flight path information available on the entertainment console. We did not purchase the entertainment, but it looked like selections were adequate."
Negativ: "Food menu was not accurate. Items listed not available. Food prices were too high. $15 Euro for a reheated fish dinner and small beverage is ridiculous. Carry on bags were weighed. Very difficult to meet carryon weight when carrying necessary electronics and chargers along with prescriptions and the recommended change of clothes. Made the trip stressful. I am used to meeting carryon SIZE requirements but the weight requirement was extremely irritating and unexpected. I would not have been able to do a one bag carryon of my clothing with the weight restrictions. It essentially forces a passenger to check their bag ($65 minimum)."

The passengers who paid extra for snacks with the ticket were served first and even after I said my ears were hurting and I needed something sweet to chew on (I was going to buy something to eat anyway) I wasn't served till roughly 75 minutes into the flight. The crew was inconsiderate towards passengers who bought economy seats and was focusing only on passengers who paid extra for seats and snacks. If that's the case then they should stop serving other customers anyway and tell us beforehand so that we can arrange our own food/drinks from the airport lounge"

Also, crew were completely unhelpful, did not want to lift a finger for us. Luckily, a kind lady switched seats with me so I could sit next to my youngest son. Would definitely think twice about flying Eurowings again..."

When I booked my flight I deliberately chose not to check any luggage, spent time planning what to take so that it would fit in a carryon bag, and measured out my liquids into small bottles so that they passed the liquids restrictions: all effort and time spent in vain due to Wizz Air. Water from air conditioner dripping on me on board from take off. Not an immediate suggestion to move, but agreement to do so on my suggestion and then gentle insistence. Thankfully there was a seat for me! It seemed to be a problem staff were aware of which is concerning that Wizz did not block that seat."

To be safe I purchase the extra allowance for large carry on which I paid £19 for on my outward journey. When clearing the check-in gates on my outward journey in London the check Inn clerk informed me that I did not have to pay the large carry on allowance. According to her in my bag but it's been classified as small. On my return journey I decided not to purchase the carry on allowance and I was told that I should have purchase it online instead I had to buy it at the airport at a premium. I won't fly with Wizz Air again."

Pro Passagier etwa 5-7 Minuten Wartezeit. Eine echte Zumutung!!! Zumal dann auch die Sicherheitskontrolle nochmals 30 Minuten in Anspruch nimmt. Das liegt zwar alles nicht direkt in der Verantwortung von Wizzair, aber zumindest sollte man darauf Einfluß nehmen können. Wenn vorher eingecheckt wird, sollte es nicht mehr als eine Minute pro Passagier dauern, wie das ja auch an anderen Flughäfen möglich ist."

Mussten 100 Pfund für vor Ort checkin zahlen und uns würden nicht einmal Sitzplätze nebeneinander gegeben. Zudem beginnt das Boarding nicht 30min vor Abflug, es schließt lau Aussage der Airline 30 min vor Abflug. Das stimmt aber auch nicht, da das Boarding so langsam ist, dass mit Glück alle Passagiere nach 30 min im Flugzeug sind."

Had to make other arrangements .found another airline to Madrid, had to cancel car reservations, also further bookings with your airline to Madrid.. we had one from Talous to Madrid. Very disappointed with your service and very costly for us."

Negativ: "Ihr habt mir eine Email geschickt Tinder stand dass ich auf diese "Website" gehen soll um einzuchecken, nur leider ging es nicht über diese Seite sondern nur über die App wie mir dann (leider zu spät) am Flughafen gesagt wurde. Dadurch musste ich 100 Euro für den Lage-Check-in bezahlen. Bei Ryan Air stand über der Website nach dem Versuch sich einzuchecken immer nur dass es bis 2 Stunden vor Abflug geht und mehr nicht. Irgendwie ging dieser Punkt dann nicht weiter. Seitdem ich aus dem Urlaub zurück bin hatte ich auch leider noch keine Zeit mich mit LastMinute in Verbindung zu setzen dies werde ich aber nachholen in der Hoffnung mein Geld zurück erstattet zu bekommen. Ausserdem möchte ich ungern immer über 15 Minuten in der Warteschleifen bleiben wie beim Versuch gestern. Zudem war dies mein erster Flug mit Ryan Air und ich kam mir vor wie auf einer Kaffeefahrt für Senioren. Negativ: "I did check in online but the web site did not send me the boarding pass to my email. I thought it is fine. But We I got airport the counter charge me more than $60/each for check in!!!. And they are very rude. Just say to us either do it or just leave. Very bad feeling"

Negativ: "My American friend and myself were flying Rome to Palermo. The boarding line was chaotic without any sense of order. The attendant had my friend and I make sure our baggage fit into their container, along with others. An Italian man who's bag was clearly wider, was let through free of charge. They asked my friend if she was Italian and when she responded in English they said she needed to pay the 55 Euro fee. The only other people who paid besides my friend and I was a family of four from England even though it was clear that other larger bags were let in. Save your frustrations and pay extra for a more professional flight!"

Negativ: "Takeoff was delayed by 1 hour due to what seemed like a totally preventable clerical error (in pairing a piece of checked luggage and a passenger). This delay reduced our transit options on arrival and also inconvenienced our host. The flight was overheated and uncomfortable. At the freight-level prices, I wasn't expecting food or entertainment, and I was aware the flight would be full, but I was expecting at the least a functional temperature control or effort to use it. Especially during the hour we idled on the tarmac prior to takeoff."

Positiv: "Sometimes this airline would offer good deal, even though the one I booked was just a normal price. And it's pretty clean and comfort too."

We had to take a flixbus to Budapest. We had a delay of 30 minutes for our flight back and had to wait 30 minutes at the gate. Standing in the heat."

Negativ: "The checking in process at Ryanair's Marrakech airport was totally awful. There weren't enough staff to deal with the passengers and when problems occurred it meant the queue just stopped moving. Despite arriving within the 3 hour window it took 90 minutes to get checked in. The girl behind the desk was very slow and had to deal with a number of argumentative passengers who should have been dealt with by a supervisor so as not to disrupt everybody else. Poor problem management"

They did not seem to listen and understand our issue. *Poor and inconsistent communication: - RA sent out emails saying check-in would close 1 hour before our flight, but when we arrived at the airport, the screens displayed check-in to close 40min before scheduled departure. - After the delay, emails were sent to call customer service, but when you dialed the number they provided, you get a message saying their offices were closed."
