Clean, neat, well maintained and on time performance.

The staff lied to me all day long. No one informed me that my flight times had changed. I’m still sleeping on the ground in the Middle East. The worst experience I have ever had flying. With this level of incompetence and lack of compassion I can’t imagine how the airline business will survivor. This experience has encouraged me to stop traveling. May god have mercy on you and your customers. Not sure I can handle to be lied to my face anymore . Sleeping on the floor in the middle East with no hope of getting home

There was a good selection of movies and shows to watch to pass the time. I liked that there was time to go on the city tour of Doha and that there is a counter at the airport for the city tour."

When boarding began, it started with "Group 1" rather than business and other priority customers. It ended up rather chaotic with boarding halted at the end of the escalator causing a very uncomfortable situation as people struggled to get off the escalator."

Boarding war einfach nur Chaos 😔

Missing bags at final destination. Super hot in plane. No water offered during flight. Check in at Frankfurt was horrible too. Overall bad experience

Did not get seats reserved. 4 hour delay from austin to Grankfort. 6 hour delay from Grankfort to Crete. Food was not good. Check in agents not friendly.

The seats are not comfortable but there is a good space for the legs. Food was OK.

Wenn man schon genug für den Flug bezahlt kann man auch wenigstens umsonst Unterhaltung haben wie z.B. die Filme. Finde ich etwas unverschämt, dafür zu bezahlen müssen.

Vegetarian option was below average with almost raw ravioli, seats were very small for a business class unlike lufthansa which had nice wide seats. Entertainment particularly indian was awful.

We were not able to go ! So we didn’t fly at all. We canceled flights months ago with Kayak

I was not able to board because United Airlines from Richmond (RIC) doesn't know their own policies. I was denied a boarding pass for not have registered on a Kuwait website but US Military is exempt, which is expressed on United's website. Will need a new, fully funded ticket, not at my expense.

Frankfurt - Paris ist der Business Class lohnt sich nicht - es gibt kaum einen Unterschied!

After our minor altercation, the food on the two legs from Dammam and then on to Atlanta was very bad. I am not very picky with food and like just about anything. However, I was unable to eat the food served in 2 out of 3 meals. My time on Frankfurt was also not very pleasant. I will most likely try to avoid Lufthansa in the future."

Facilities for short connections.

24 hour delay due to a crew member arriving 1.5 h late. People clapped for this? Obscene. Will never fly delta again. A simple error could have been resolved by holding connecting flights for 15 minutes. But no, not enough passengers to cross the 8-10 person threshold. Lost $800 due to this malfeasance. Never flying delta again.

Wrote in the previous message. Poor. Delayed flight and lost working day. 4.5h together to rebook the flight, get the hotel voucher, get to the hotel and check in. Insanely slow.

Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

When we checked in - they asked us to both check in our carry on luggage. The reason why is because they said they don’t think they have enough space for our carry ons. I told the crew member checking us in that other people that was checking in with the same hand carry size luggage with us had no problems taking it with them. For being about to be on a 17 HOUR FLIGHT we should be ALLOWED to have our carry ons with us! We take carry ons for that reason! I had to argue and prove my case to the crew member to atleast keep 1 carry on with us. I thought that was an UNACCEPTABLE reason for us to check in a carry on luggage when we had a 17 hour travel time ahead of us. Not a happy costumer here."

So he ends up having to pay for another Lyft back to our apartment in Dallas, then another additional one for the 12 noon flight the next morning. If he didn't have family living in Dallas, he would've incurred a hotel fee too."

Einen Rückweg ins andere Terminal wurde uns untersagt. Das Essen war gemischt an Board und die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig!"

You should have logged the claim at th airport when you arrived not after leaving the airport. I told them that I can on a long flight and I didn’t see that in the airport . My bags were handed by porter and as soon as I saw the bag on arrival home I stared calling. The answer was no you should have made your claim at airport . We can’t take your claim. I tried to explain the face to them but they were not ready to understand."

When I landed at Kuwait, the transit desk casually offered me a seat on a flight 24 hours later, expecting me to stay overnight. No alternate flight arrangements were made as the staff was switching duty. As I was traveling business class and for the funeral of immediate family, I refused to move from the counter. A well meaning but not too effective lady finally booked me through Bahrain on Gulf Air to land at my four hour away destination, 19 hours late, instead of 28 hours. If thenJFK staff had called ahead, I could have easily connected right away without the hassle of pleading and waiting."
