They were at the 12th row and after bumping into me, the flight attendant asked me to back up and wait until the beverage service was over to go back to my seat. This was a flight from Frankfurt to Zurich, only about an hour long, and I would have easily spent half of it standing up had I complied with their request. I had to be pushy and ask them to just back up the cart 2 feet so I could get to my seat, which only took them 5 seconds. This was a very rude, illogical, and unreasonable request from the Swiss Air crew."

Positiv: "Zwar wurde der Einstieg nur über einen Bustransfer über das Rollfeld ermöglicht, aber die Wartezeiten vor dem Bus und vor dem Flieger wurden so kurz wie möglich organisiert. Die Innenausstattung des Flugzeugs ist sehr stilvoll und edel ausgewählt. Kompliment ! Da hat die SWISS ordentlich Häkchen bei der Sonder- und Zusatzausstattung gemacht. Die Beinfreiheit zwischen den Sitzen ist angenehm großzügig bemessen für einen innereuropäischen Flug, in einem Airbus A319. Diese Beinfreiheit kenne ich eigentlich nur von Fernflügen mit asiatischen Airlines. Die Cabin Crew war mit Authentizität äusserst zuvorkommend und freundlich. Zu keinem Zeitpunkt hatte ich das Gefühl , gezwungener Freundlichkeit zu begegnen. Retroperspektiv möchte ich sagen, dass dies der angenehmste innereuropäische Flug war, bei dem ich jemals Fluggast war. Schade, dass der Flug nur 45 Minuten dauerte. Mit der Maschine und dem Personal würde ich auch mal zum mars fliegen. ;-)"

We weren't told this until we were at the airport and checked in there that we might not be able to get our pre-booked in advance flight because of over-booking from KLM. We then had to wait and see if there were seats available when boarding. Luckily, there were, but we were not sat together. Not the greatest start to our first holiday together as a couple. We were told that if there weren't seats available, they'd pay for us to get to another airport to fly out, which would have meant a huge delay on the only time off we'd get together this year and have to rearrange our pre-booked and pre-paid living arrangements for the week. All because there wasn't a lot of emphasis on the need to check in online before hand. You'd think if someone checked in at the airport, that would be more of a guarantee that they'd be flying with you that day, but apparently not. Definitely not impressed or happy with this part of the KLM experience. This is the only company that we've had this problem with, they should make it clearer that it is essential to check in online."

During boarding there were groups of people who had all been split up and were desperately trying to switch seats with others. I was traveling with a 15 year old, and even though she is not a small child it was very nerve wrecking to be seated 20 rows behind her, not being able to keep an eye on her (even more so because she gets car sick and has thrown up on airplanes before). I don't think I've ever flown where my group was not at least seated in pairs. This was very disappointing."

Good news(!)...there's on more flight...at 2230. I opted out for the train instead. LOT graciously gave me a voucher to take a taxi to the train station in Warsaw. It all worked out. It took about an hour to gather my luggage at Warsaw due to the bag being re-booked on the later flight automatically."

Negativ: "I had a very bad experience at the beginning of my journey on 11/18/2016 at Sheremet'evo airport in Moscow. I almost had a heart attack when Anna Aleksandrovna Esina (agent at registration counter #131) informed me that my ticket has been cancelled and she does not see me on the passenger list. I was in shock when I heard that and ready to cry as I was so anxious to get back home. Then she added that it is not her job to look for my ticket and there is nothing she can do for me. She did not want to make any effort and do something to resolve the issue. With the help of another agent it was determined that I WAS on the passenger list and I finally (after some agonizing time) was given my two boarding passes. It is amazing how just one unprofessional agent can spoil your trip... Thankfully the rest of my journey went really well!"

I fly 8-10 times a year and I know what it should feel like. my child was in pain because of this. her ears were hurting, what doesn't ever happen on Lufthansa flights. when we arrived in GDN , there was no transfer bus to take us to the arrivals gate. it was freezing cold and we had to walk a good distance to get back inside again. all in all, bad experience."
