I called again and was told the seats are changed and I can’t do anything anymore. The return flight seats also disappeared from the reservation. I had also paid for it. The support staff when I called again put back the seats for my return flight. I tried to check in online. Not working. Tried at least 50 times. Not working. Called the support staff. They told me to call the check in support center. I called the check in support center at least 50 times where mi was told the staff are busy and could not answer the call. I called at 6:00am next day where I was told by the check in support staff that my ticket had an issue which they did not know exactly what was the issue but prevented me to do a check in. I drove more than 2 hours to the airport where finally I could check in but I was told that my return flight seats had disappeared again. They managed to put them back again. I hope this time it’s finally ok. The support staff on the phone told me I could get reimbursed for the seat reservation I had paid for for the on going flight. The Swiss staff at the airport told me there would be no refund. Swiss is terrible"

Wegen Hauptlounge-Umbaus ist die Aspire Lounge zu benutzen, sehr beengt und ueberfuellt. Angebot an Essen auch eher bescheiden."

The food is mediocre and the drink cart only comes by every 2 hours or so which is far too infrequent"

Die Sitze hängen, wenn man sie verstellen will, die Armlehe am Gang lässt sich nicht hochklappen. Der Klapptisch ist wackelig und schief."

Negativ: "We needed to place special request on vegetarian meal, couldn't do it at booking or at checkin, was told to let crew know, they said it's too late. They brought us an "unclaimed" vegetarian meal, but it wasn't, it was Asian halal meal with lamb! After I let crew member know wmy husband was served meat instead, she denied it and said "its not possible" as the wrapper says "vegetarian". I informed her it actually said "Asian halal", she the proceeded to say, well, "i am sorry if it's wrong, but I gave you vegetarian". That said crew member collected my husband's plates while I was in the bathroom and came back later with a "vegan" plate that they now have available."

She also said I was only allowed one free drink of coffee. The second snack was a cake or cheese sandwhich. We were starving the entire flight we had to give in and pay for snacks on board. I’ll try to avoid eurowings from now on."

Essen (Smart-Tarif) nicht toll; keine Option ohne Kuhmilch."

Also, crew were completely unhelpful, did not want to lift a finger for us. Luckily, a kind lady switched seats with me so I could sit next to my youngest son. I wasn't the only one at least 20 people queuing on the return with the same issue. Additionally on the delay out they advised food could be brought at the rear of the plane then inflight ran out so some people ate twice while by the time I got to my hotel they had stopped serving food and I had not eaten in the airport sorting out the boarding passes."

Negativ: "It was a full plane ride but they didn't seem to be boarding on time? After checking in we scanned our passports using the machines and then we were in what I thought was the boarding area so we relaxed and waited by the screens in a coffee shop. But when our flight gate was announced there was another passport control to get into those gates with a big line which threatened to delay our boarding. There wasn't enough room for everyone to put their bags in the overhead locker which meant there were even more delays and it felt a bit rushed to get off. When we arrived I was queuing down the stairs to get to the queue for passport control which took about 45-60 minutes to get through with no toilets. I was also charged 40 euros per person for not checking in and printing the boarding pass which is my fault, but the charges do seem excessive."

Only the smallest of bags will meet the "free" requirement. Website is awful to attempt to online check in. Crazy that they charge for check in at the airport if you cannot get their site to work. Customer service phone call also costs a quid a minute. It's almost as if they are proud that they screw you if you encounter any difficulty or you've made a mistake in the complicated boarding pass emailing procedure."

Pro Passagier etwa 5-7 Minuten Wartezeit. Eine echte Zumutung!!! Zumal dann auch die Sicherheitskontrolle nochmals 30 Minuten in Anspruch nimmt. Das liegt zwar alles nicht direkt in der Verantwortung von Wizzair, aber zumindest sollte man darauf Einfluß nehmen können. Wenn vorher eingecheckt wird, sollte es nicht mehr als eine Minute pro Passagier dauern, wie das ja auch an anderen Flughäfen möglich ist."

In fact WizzAir have 2 sizes of cabin baggage allowance and small is way too small and it felt like a trap to make money off unsuspecting passengers. They are unapologetic and perfunctory at the boarding gate - clearly they are used to unhappy punters being caught out by this! Food choice onboard not great"

Negativ: "They charged me £45 for my hand bag which was smaller than the standard handbags in other airlines, I had bought priority check-in service but still they didn't allow me to check in before anyone else, as I had to go to a separate queue to pay for my smaller than normal sized hand baggage ( in all other budget airlines its more than acceptable and was slightly bigger than Wizz Air allowance), the WizzAir hand baggage size allowance is way way too small and its a trap to make money off unsuspected passengers like myself. They were rude at the boarding gate and non-apologetic. Did not sympathize with me, although they were nice to other white passengers, I felt I was treated differently because of my race, specially after the Paris attack all brown skinned men were viewed as a potential threat I suppose and did not have a good experience in the flight as all passengers were looking at me funny! Point to be noted: On my way to Budapest from London I was carrying the same hand bag and I was not asked to pay extra!! Inconsistent service!"

Negativ: "We were charged an extra 55 euros at boarding. 40 because our wheelie bags did not fit their very small bag measure cage. Our bags are normal carry on and fit the other airlines and we travel often. Our bags were put in the hold. We were then charged another 15 euros as a penalty for small bags that we fit under the seat in front., even though these bags easily fitted the measure. They were intransigent and charging many passengers."

Auf dem Weg zum Flughafen gab es einen Unfall auf der Autobahn aus diesem Grund sind wir zum Gate gelaufen, was wir allerdings nicht hätten machen brauchen. Das Bording hatte nicht mal angefangen. Wir hätten uns noch in ruhe etwas am Flughafen kaufen können (was der ursprüngliche Plan war) und uns kein Stress machen müssen bzgl. des Abfluges. Schlecht finde ich auch die neue Policy von RyanAir, dass man nur noch eine kleine Tasche mit an Bord nehmen darf. Geldmacherei."

Negativ: "Confusion at the gate as two planes seemed to be boarding through the same gate. Then a long wait outside in the sleet, as steps to the back door of the plane had frozen and could not be used. Once again seated nowhere near my travelling companion. As we bought both tickets at the same time and printed the boarding passes at the same time, it looks like Ryan air deliberately seats people separately to force them to pay extra to change seats."

Das stimmt aber auch nicht, da das Boarding so langsam ist, dass mit Glück alle Passagiere nach 30 min im Flugzeug sind."

Negativ: "Our flight was delayed by over two hours from Frankfurt Hahn. No one on the ground gave us any information. They left the entire group of people alone in the gate and did not return until the flight had landed. Everyone was sitting on the floor, clueless. We did not know where the plane was or when it would come. I also paid extra for priority boarding to ensure that my bag would have space in the overhead compartment so I would not have to store it under my seat. However when the remainder of the passengers boarded the aircraft, they took my bag out from the overhead compartment to put another passengers bags where mine were. They had me put my bags underneath my seat. This would not be a big deal but I am an above average tall person, so it forced me to be quite uncomfortable for the entire flight. When I tried to tell the flight attendant that I paid for priority, she ignored me and walked away. 2/10 would not use airline again. I would rather pay the extra to be treated better."

Negativ: "We stood in line for almost 40 minutes with no signs or help from anyone. Finally got to the desk and we were told we Needed to have boarding passes so we needed tonsee customer service. Stood in line for 30 minutes to have the customer service guy charge us to print out boarding passes and that we hadn't checked in. Then sent us back to check boarding passes only to find out we didn't pay for checked luggage. All in all, we arrived 2 hours early only to pay twice as much as our original tickets and barely make our flight. Do your selves a favor and pay the more expensive route, because the cheap tickets were not even remotely worth the hassle."

Einfacher als einfach! Um dass alles nicht zu verpassen und rechtzeitig errinnert zu bekommen haben wir ein App geholt....und dort alle Daten eingegeben..Sogar online check-in und Bord Karten. Heisst App-in-the-air....und war eine super Hilfe.. Danke"
