Positiv: "Zwar wurde der Einstieg nur über einen Bustransfer über das Rollfeld ermöglicht, aber die Wartezeiten vor dem Bus und vor dem Flieger wurden so kurz wie möglich organisiert. Die Innenausstattung des Flugzeugs ist sehr stilvoll und edel ausgewählt. Kompliment ! Da hat die SWISS ordentlich Häkchen bei der Sonder- und Zusatzausstattung gemacht. Die Beinfreiheit zwischen den Sitzen ist angenehm großzügig bemessen für einen innereuropäischen Flug, in einem Airbus A319. Diese Beinfreiheit kenne ich eigentlich nur von Fernflügen mit asiatischen Airlines. Die Cabin Crew war mit Authentizität äusserst zuvorkommend und freundlich. Zu keinem Zeitpunkt hatte ich das Gefühl , gezwungener Freundlichkeit zu begegnen. Retroperspektiv möchte ich sagen, dass dies der angenehmste innereuropäische Flug war, bei dem ich jemals Fluggast war. Schade, dass der Flug nur 45 Minuten dauerte. Mit der Maschine und dem Personal würde ich auch mal zum mars fliegen. ;-)"

Positiv: "I got extremely sick on the flight from Istanbul to San Francisco. I now know I caught a stomach bug which hit me on the flights from Cape Town to Istanbul and then even worse from Istanbul to San Francisco. The flight from Istanbul was delayed by two hours due to customs delay for a passenger, as such there was a lot of recycled air. Take that and fact I'm pregnant and by time i started the 13 hour journey already felt sick. I started throwing up immediately and got sick 12 more times. the flight attendants brought me crackers, water and a cold towel and ice. My husband asked if he could pay to put me in business class but was not in airline policy. but i think given how sick and pregnant i was the flight attendant went to ask the captain if there was anything they could do to assist. they ended up moving me to business class to lie down and let me stay there for 3 hours. I got sick upon moving back but getting that rest really helped me. I felt like they genuinely cared about me and am so thankful to the two flight attendants who assisted: 1) Zumrat Bolukbas 2) Hatice (Cabin Chief) These women are amazing!"

It is not a security, it is a stupid put on!) but at least our electronics were carefully packed and delivered to Boston. It took whole hour afterwards to retrieve them!!! Terribly inefficient."

I fight stage 4 cancer, it requires timely medicine. I was not allowed to take on board several critical supplements because they were either in powder, granulated or liquid form (all in their original medical packaging), my custom made crocheting hook was labeled as a dangerous weapon and I was not allowed to take it on board either, so I had no means to alleviate my air flight anxiety. they were going to confiscate and throw it away. Cold "sorry for your loss" was their only reply. They tried to scare me by calling police. Extremely impolite personnel. It took almost two hours, when TA security threaten that I won't fly, to make them pack this little darn crocheting hook together with my iPad. Funny that food on board comes with real metal silverware, forks and knifes included, which are far more convenient and dangerous if I was to use it as a weapon in comparison to a hook (3 inch wooden handle and 1 nah of a metal shaft ending with a small blunt hook, thin - size 2). TA said they provide us with free wifi to compensate for confiscated electronics. I was not able to connect to that wifi all flight long. Movie selection is below mediocre, little choice, practically no quality. Food is bad - not appropriate for my condition at all, but of course I can't bring on board cancer-appropriate food - security labels it as a threat to passengers. No leg room at all for a medium-built lady like myself, can't imagine what thicker or taller people do to survive 9+ hours flight, seats do not recline, pull out tables are of terrible quality- very unstable, so food and drinks fall off even without turbulence, just because of no leg room our knees are always interfere with these flimsy tables. With a comfort and restrictions like I had tickets must cost not a penny over a bus or metro ride, not hundreds of $$. It took about two hours to get my suitcase too - they said our luggage had to go through a second inspection before it gets onto baggage carousel. All in all, I will avoid TA for long flights by all means. Never again. They were an huge downshift to my perfect vacation. I had to go to an emergency treatment today because of the way TA treated me yesterday. Unfortunately, I can't measure how much yesterday's abuse advanced my disease, I am disturbed and frustrated enough to go to court to bring a suit against... yet again, those imbeciles from security do have a good alibi - their actions were triggered by US government regulations."

I notified the flight attendants and they immediately clean up the mess and restore the restroom to usable condition. I was very impressed with their attitude in a trying situation. Very cordial flight crew. The little travel kits were an added bonus. Having sandals on a 13 hour flight was a blessing instead of putting on shoes every time you have to to to the WC."

Seitdem ich aus dem Urlaub zurück bin hatte ich auch leider noch keine Zeit mich mit LastMinute in Verbindung zu setzen dies werde ich aber nachholen in der Hoffnung mein Geld zurück erstattet zu bekommen. Ausserdem möchte ich ungern immer über 15 Minuten in der Warteschleifen bleiben wie beim Versuch gestern. Zudem war dies mein erster Flug mit Ryan Air und ich kam mir vor wie auf einer Kaffeefahrt für Senioren. Any checked in bag cost $35 and there is absolutely no free check in bags. We ended up check in 3 bags for two of us. Service is super slow. In addition, if you are traveling to London, the airport they use is STN which is at least 1 and half hours from the City. There is no Uber available from that airport. Tax cost is $120+. As you can see, no matter how cheap the ticket might seem, it ends up to be very costly, no matter you are talking about money and time. Flight attendant was friendly but the Rome CIA airport service was horrible (that's where they fly out from). You first have to stay in a long slow line to get the check in bag invoice, take it to a payment counter where 3 out of 4 service people were on there phone texting while there is another long and slow line of travelers are waiting to make payment. We almost missed our flight despite the fact we got there 3 hours earlier."

We see people sitting outside in the stairs, sleeping on the few benches that was there and on the ground. Finally around 4am the airport opens and have to be in line waiting another half an hour for the people of Ryanair to come to the counter. When is our turn they told us that we have to go to another counter around the corner to pay for the laugagge and because we didn't print our ticket I tried to print my ticket all day the day I bought it and the website didn't allow me. I kept requesting for a code over and over again thinking I was doing something wrong but the bottom to click just didn't process anything. So I thought with my confirmation number for the booking I will be fine at the airport to get my boarding pass. Well no. They charged us 50 euros per laugagge,, that didn't have any extra weight (11 kilos each laugagge and 50 euros for not printing the ticket. So we paid 300 euros for the 3 of us Now I know why the website didn't accept the request to print the tickets on line cause they wanted to charge ppl extra. And I was not the only one with this issue there were other people in line with the same problem. This is one of the worse airlines ever! Totally scam. They don't give you nothing on the flight not even water. Cause they try to sell it to you. Food, water, snacks. Beware this company is a scam and provide a horrible costumer service."

Why wouldn't you just wait until the plane was ready?! I will never fly RyanAir again. We spent an additional $190 for two people to check in and check two 33lb bags (1 bag per person)."

Positiv: "I am glad that the Pegasus team changed my flight to Bishkek (after I missed the flight to Almaty because of Pegasus delays from Lviv) but I wish Pegasus had given me the difference in price of flights back on my card."
Negativ: "The first leg of my trip (Lviv to Istanbul) was delayed without warning. It made me miss my flight to Almaty and the next flight wasn't for two days. None of the Pegasus crew (on the flight from Lviv) seemed to care that I had a flight very soon after landing, even though I was a female passenger alone. They wouldn't call the gate or look up if my flight to Almaty was delayed once we arrived."

Positiv: "We checked our bags in Madrid. They approved our carry-on and we flew out no problem. Arrive in Turkey to switch planes, they started to pull all the American and Canadian passport holders to the side and they pilled out a pocket luggage scale that we all know was inaccurate or rigged. They ripped off our approved tags fro Madrid and told us that our bags were overweight.... we had a small backpack for me and my wife had her purse. They weighed them and told us if we didn't pay 150euros, we could not board the plane. - yes, they said the purse was overweight. We talked them down to 70euros. When we finally got on the plane and talked with other passengers we found out we were lucky, one family had to pay 1400 euros and another paid 300 euros. We also left a Canadian lady behind because they would not accept American Express."
Negativ: "They are a fraudulent company. Almost all international flights that I know allow 50lbs per checked bag. Pegasus knows this, so when you fly in to Europe and use one of their planes to get to your final destination, they only allow 44lbs, so you have to pay a penalty to get through. Terrible."
