They would not even offer to hold my flight for 24 hours in case they fixed the issue within that time frame. It was very disappointing."

Negativ: "Plane was diverted back to Toronto from LaGuardia airport as we were told due to "weather", landed late at night and were told that due to not being able to control weather WestJet could not assist with accommodations, leaving everyone stranded and scrambling to find a room in alreday booked up hotels. When speaking on phone with agent, I was told it wasn't due to weather but incident at LaGuardia where plane went off runway. I paid $130.00 for 5 hours in a hotel, due to pilot error, not weather. La Guardia opened it's other runway immediately after and other airports in NewYork were running fine. Completely unacceptable and extremely bad customer service as CSR simply told us "sorry we can't help". Will never book with West Jet again."

Die 747-400 erscheint mir mittlerweile doch sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Ich empfand sie (vermutlich wars die Klimatisierung?!) als deutlich lauter als den A380"

Mir sollte es Recht sein."

This last flight I boarded and then 90 very exuberant girls from London board in all the rows in front of me. I was concerned it was going to be a less than restful flight. Just the opposite. As always the KLM crew took extra ordinary care of all of use. The service was wonderful and I scooted off the flight ahead of the girls to make my very short connection. The crew is what always make the experience delightful! Thank you again KLM."
Negativ: "It would be so nice if the arm rests came up all the way. When you have empty space on your row it would be nice to move the arm rests all the way and stretch out. Also there were not as many New Release Movies to choose from as usual, it seemed."

The food was not very good and I'm not a huge fan of planes so old that my seat is a flotation device rather than having a real life jacket. Also part of my checked bag was broken off during transport."

Negativ: "With the main meal, AF serves only "ordinary wine", This looks and tastes cheap. On the same route and class, Vietnam Airlines serves premium wines, a nice touch that would not cost fortunes to AF! Also, the "Asian" choice for the main course did not look and taste like the real thing."

Finally at 10:40 they announced that the flight would be delayed, even though we had figured it out by then. At 11 the flight crew showed up. We finally boarded at 11:30 and we arrived an hour late to our destination. They offered drinks to the 2 people flying "business class" (they were just sitting in the front but amongst the economy class seats) at the very beginning, but then waited to serve everyone else, but as it was late, most people were already sleeping. We arrived an hour late."

Positiv: "The in-flight meal was very good. The flight was much quicker then I expected, but there a lot of turbulence for much of the flight. Most of the flight attendants were very nice."
Negativ: "We were put in the last row of seats, which don't recline, though the row in front of you reclines into you and you are trapped. One of the flight attendants was rude when we were trying to deal with our child who had vomited. CDG (Charles DeGaulle airport) is poorly laid out and poorly run, in my opinion, starting with the landing of our flight. After waiting over a half an hour after landing to de-board, we were given much information In trying to get to the proper places to check certain baggage items, and we walked up and down and around a whole terminal trying to get to the proper gait. This is not the first time I've had a bad experience at this airport. Thankfully, the flight itself after that horrendous experience was good."

Negativ: "Transfer at the Heathrow airport was such a hustle. Even though we had about hour and a half for transfer, take getting off board into consideration, we were on the run to our next gate for about 50 minutes without stopping, barely had a chance to use a restroom. Longer transfer period is needed most definitely. Also at least complimentary glass of water would be nice on the board."

Sie sprach ein so schnelles und undeutliches Englisch, dass sie nicht bis gar nicht zu verstehen war."

Its just so inefficient and puts a complete damper on the trip......maybe curbside checkin also."

Positiv: "My 55 min flight ended up taking nearly 3 hours since there were about 9 people that needed to gate check their bags. Air Canada needs to figure a better way to gauge the carryon situation. People had giant bags that just couldn't fit in the overhead. Also- there were far too many people with carry one. I paid to check my bag... then got stuck with my backpack under my feet and jacket in my lap for 2.5 hours as we sat on the runway."
Negativ: "To be honest, nothing specific stands out. The whole ordeal was pretty much a nightmare. We were offered some pretzels and water while we sat on the runway for hours."
