Boarding passes needed to be purchased by paying extra if my husband and I wanted to sit next to each other. I tried calling the customer service line through kayak and waited on hold for a long time with no indication of wait time. When the gate agent arrived, we asked and were moved to seats next to each other right away. The ticket agent at initial check in was very abrasive and non-solution oriented. if what she was saying was true— that we only paid for tickets and had to pay extra for boarding passes together— that was never made clear during the booking process. It’s unlikely I’ll use kayak again unless I know for sure what I’m buying."

As a customer, i dont need all the rambling explanation every ten minutes about the issue. I was told that we could board another flight leaving in 30 minutes, so i went to that gate, crew was not there and we boarded the plane. We had to de- board and wait for the crew. After the crew showed up, the rest of the flight was pretty standard."

By the grace of God we were able to cram two checked bags worth of stuff into our carry ons which I still do not know how we did that, and were fine. On the flight we had a decently nice lady and a horrible male. When passing out drinks he seemed almost irritated that we had asked for water and rudely gave it to us which was room temperature. He totally skipped the lady in the row with us and got irritated when she asked for a water as well."

So when I asked the more senior attendant just after my wife and I were seated in first class if there was anyplace I could hang my suit coat, she continued to walk by me stating, "I am invisible," "I am not here." Now I get that the trainee was supposed to be handle my request, but at the time I asked I didn't know that. She treated me like a school teacher responding to a disobedient student. Her insolence was stunning. Perhaps somebody should explain to her that without passengers she would not have a job, but I am not sure she would get the point."
