Late coming, late going, no explanation. Very typical of the poor service I've come to expect of American Airlines and sadly, they do not care. Back to Southwest!

Negativ: "Multiple bathroom facilities throughout flight very dirty, unclean, unsanitary. Bathroom deemed at back of plane was deemed “out of order” off limits because it was being used by AA staff. No issues with this but operable bathrooms should have been cleaned. Very nasty!"

Negativ: "Well, my flight was delayed for an hour and a half and it seemed like the airlines mistake, not weather. It's going to make me over 2 his late to a concert, which is the main reason I came here. So hopefully they let me in, or I just spent $300 for nothing."

Bordunterhaltung gabs nur in Oben alle 3 bis Sitzreihen einen TV dort konnte man Film schauen, nicht nach eigener Wahl. Sonst konnte man Film und Unterhaltung im Händy oder schauen Tablet herunterladen.Brauchst einfach gute Batterien dafür es gab keine Auflade Möglichkeiten, nur am Airport."
Negativ: "Besatzung Bordunterhaltung Verpflegung,alles mit Kartongschachteln wurdest nicht gefragt was du willst. Wurde einfach wauf den Klapptisch hingeknallt. Alles in allem sonst ruhig sauber und in Ordnung."
Positiv: "Dass ich sogar einen Kaffe und einkleiner Snack in Form von kleienem Keks bekam. Ich war vorbereitet, dass ich nichts erhalte.Hatte etwas zu Essen dabei. Freundliches Personal Bordunterhaltung nur bezahlbar und übers Laptop oder Handy Hatte Auflade Möglichkeiten beim vorder Sitz.."

Most probably AA knew that co-pilot didn’t arrive and they still boarded everybody only to be left stranded on tarmac. that’s totally unacceptable. And we all could have waited in the terminal. Hope they fix that problem for future purposes. Similar major delay by 6 hrs with a previous travel and they finally cancelled the flight. It’s just getting worse with AA delays."

The gentleman working the register was very pleasant and was a welcome personality so early in the day. As a service member, I would like to thank him for his service. He was consistent in asking patrons whether they’d like to purchase a travel kit for the troops. A few patrons were abrupt and responded rudely but he maintained a level head and pressed on. Great attitude and professionalism. Thank you very much for your support! Also, I was able to get my Military discount applied towards my purchase which enabled me to purchase 1 travel kits for my fellow service members. A little goes a long way and when returning from deployments or coming home for R&R, it tends to be hectic and I, myself have often forgotten toiletries which I was able to get from the USO. The USO staff were also friendly and did an amazing job handling all of the personnel that funneled in, exhausted. Great attitudes and clean facilities. I would love to see an expansion to this USO location. They were full up this day, thank you for having this available to us! TSgt Angela Santiago Otero, USAF"

We were all standing around wondering what was happening.It's the NOT KNOWING that is so horrible. We could tell from the screen that it was delayed, but it was clear the flight would leave much later than the screen said, but they wouldn't tell us anything!"

The airline did an outstanding job to make traveling with a toddler as comfortable as possible.

Negativ: "The security at the gate is poorly organized. Even though there are bathrooms at the gate, security will not let you use them! You must leave the gate, walk down the hall to the bathrooms, and then reenter the gate and be searched again!! This is a problem that can be easily fixed but they need more people speaking up before they will. Wheni spoke with people, Security blamed it on United and United blamed it on the security."
Positiv: "The flight was great. No complains to the crew."
Negativ: "The drop-off bags at LAX is a mess and you have to stand in two separate lines to drop off your bag. First you have to print the tag and then go to another long line be with 2 employees only to drop it of instead of having one place to print and drop off at the same time. Poor system. Moreover while there was plenty of time my bag did not make it on the same flight. It will arrive on the next flight hopefully. I had to wait in another line for 30 minutes to arrange the delivery and verify all my information. I truly believe that to make a trip great both arms - the airport and the flight experience should be perfect. Unfortunately the ground experience does not allow me to give a higher rating."

Negativ: "Ensure parents are being honest about the ages of their children. Couple next to me had a wailing, thrashing, kicking, screeching, punching 3 year old who should have had her own seat instead of sitting on her parent’s laps for the duration of the 5 hour flight."

When I inquire on the 1-800 Baggage resolution number, my bag has not been found yet. It has been 12 hours since my bag was placed on Alaska Air at SNA."

Rushed to the other side of the airport where my new gate was supposedly at just to be told it was where I first started. Pissed beyond measure that I got to my flight one minute to take off because the United worker doesn't know what hes doing."
