Dienstleistung wurde nicht geliefert wie gebucht und ich musste trotzdem Stornierungskosten übernehmen. Nie wieder.

Negativ: "The seats are very uncomfortable on Austrian air. The only way I would fly them again would be if I had extra money for the exit rows with more leg room. Food isn't great, but no airline food is really great. Boarding was significantly delayed from what it said on the boarding pass, with no updates. But we arrived on time. Getting luggage after flight at Dulles took a really long time, but I think that is more of an airport issue as getting my luggage from another Austrian airlines flight to another airport was a breeze."

Negativ: "The plane was HUGE, too big. With such a big plane the crowd formed by the gate waiting to board was unmanageable. Also the giant plane felt like it was hard to maneuver during take off and landing. I would very much prefer a smaller plane. The touch screen in front of me was not always responding when I tried to tap the screen. The audio jack was also not working great; sometimes I did not have audio in my right earbud and I had to turn and fidget the plug. The earbuds provided by the airline did not even work when plugged into the screen, I had to use my own earbuds."

Flight Miami São Paulo was amazing but São Paulo to Recife was not. The airplane had not AC before it take off and when asked about to turn the AC on the flight attendant was rude and told me to wait for it to be on in the air. Totally disrespectful with all the crew who as tired after a international flight.
Worst airline experience of my life, depending on how the rest of my “customer service” experience goes I may never fly american airlines again.

Bordunterhaltung gabs nur in Oben alle 3 bis Sitzreihen einen TV dort konnte man Film schauen, nicht nach eigener Wahl. Sonst konnte man Film und Unterhaltung im Händy oder schauen Tablet herunterladen.Brauchst einfach gute Batterien dafür es gab keine Auflade Möglichkeiten, nur am Airport."

Positiv: "The flight was early to arrive. There was also a rather frightening bit of turbulence, and the pilot explained why it had occurred, which I found very reassuring."
Negativ: "The food was definitely below average. It's virtually all carbohydrates.Other airlines provide you with a printed description of the menu options, so it's easier to make a choice. "Chicken or pasta" doesn't give the passengers any idea of what they are actually choosing. This time the chicken dish was served with pearl couscous, so it was basically pasta as well. The salad I was given was brown and wilted, and while the cabin attendants were kind enough to give me two salad that were in better shape (after meal service), I just think that quality control should have prevented a inedible salad from being served in the first place. I am also extremely opposed to American Airlines Transatlantic luggage fees. Since I was moving abroad rather than taking a short trip, I was not pleased about paying 100 USD for a second bag on top of an already expensive flight."

Never received any information from either British Airways or American Airlines.i was able to ctahc the second leg of the trip by driving to Philly Airport."

Negativ: "I could not pre-check or request different seats on the CP website. I think that this was because of issues with the website, apparently due to IT system communication between American Airlines and Cathay Pacific.......on all six flights. On the transfer in San Francisco, Customs was closed when we arrived in San Francisco and we had to haul all of our baggage from one terminal to the other. There was no direction on how to handle this issue of Customs being closed while on the flight to San Francisco. I had to explain the issue of to the CP customer service crew in SF. The CP desk and they had never heard of it. American Airlines was equally poorly trained. I will also say that while at the CP customer service, there were three young adult males that we're not busy at the time and the watched us unload the baggage carts onto the scales and conveyor and then reloaded on to the carts to push to the AA terminal. We handled the bags two additional times because the CP staff did not know what to do and how to handle it. Other passengers were confused as well."

Negativ: "For the second time on a Madrid/JFK flight in two weeks, overhead lights were broken for some seats, which is absurd for a 7.5 hour flight. Luckily, my flight attendant was kind enough to allow me to change seats to one in which the overhead light was actually working. Unfortunately, the plane was so busted that even though my overhead light was working, the headphone jacks in both of the seats that I had access to went off in the midst of food service, and as far as I could tell was never reset. Finally, and most appallingly, one of the flight attendants was completely out of control, and during the boarding process repeatedly and loudly scolded passengers. During service, she rammed the food cart into multiple seats so hard that food flew out of it onto the floor. Rather than apologizing to the customers whose seats she had rammed, she laughed loudly"

Avianca charge me another 900 Dollars on Top of 828 Dollars I did paid on Kayak.com, to "reschedule all my trip", that finally is exactly the same I had before . Avianca overcharged me 898 on top of what I Paid Luggage came destroyed and with missing thing at the final destination, nobody take care of that yet. even I made the compliant on write."

Negativ: "My wife needed a wheelchair at arrival at ORD. Although 5 people needed wheelchairs only 2 were available! Then no one from Prospect was there to push them. We were at the farthest International Airport gate M20. After 10 minutes one "pusher" arrived and moved my wife to the bottom of the ramp, approximately 100 feet and left her sitting in the corridor unattended. Although I had 2 Rolla boards I had to push her the full distance to Immigration and Customs. Our bags were sitting on a stationary baggage conveyor, the last from our American Airline flight. It wasn't until we're were ready to leave Customs that 4 people from "Prospect" asked if they could help, saying that they were SORRY!! They had just been standing around. A year ago I had the exact same thing happen to me from gate M1 and my wife had to push me the full distance. BTW, I 'm 71 and my wife is 68."

The crew members were not friendly, the airplane was so old, my daughter called "the dinosaur" is the airplanes from the 70"s . This was my first time flying with this airline and I don't think Ill do it again. We were going to a wedding in Madrid and we miss it for the delayed."

Their business class on this Airbus flight was just Economy seats with the middle seat blocked off with a fixed table. No extra space at all. Food was ok but not worth the extra expense imo.
Am boarding pass hiess es Security wird am Terminal 1 in Wien sein. Leider bin ich den ganzen Weg hingegangen um nachher zu realisieren, dass es dich Terminal 3 war.
There was no flight. Flights got cancelled. Kayak or British never informed us. I had to call so many times and wait hours to get to talk to someone. Made my vacation pretty bad. I still havent heard from anybody. No apologies, nothing. Just horrible!

Negativ: "Nach leichter Verspäung des vorangegangenen Fluges, gab es keinerlei Unterstützung, um zügig zum Anschlussflug zu gelangen, obwohl ich aktiv mehrere Mitarbeiter auf die Dringlichkeit eines schnellen Transfers angesprochen habe. Es gab kein Interesse zu Helfen, keine Entschuldigung und keine Erklärung. Beim Sannen der Bordkarte vorm Security Check wurde elektronisch angezeigt, dass ich mich an den Kiosk wenden sollte. Dort wurde ohne Worte, Erklärung, Entschuldigung oder Hilfe umgebucht und eine neue Bordkarte ausgedruckt. Solch ein Desinteresse an Unterstützung habe ich bisher noch nie erlebt. P.S. Ich spreche fließend englisch, es war also keine Sprachbarriere."

Negativ: "Our BA flight from Vienna to London was 30 minuets delayed and we almost missed our connection. BA crews and captain never apologized or explained the reason. They didn’t bother to check and announce the gate of major connection flights like some other airlines would do. An Anfang keine Begründung (wohl miese Organisation), dann als alle schon im Flieger waren, wieder mal technische Probleme. Wartung würde sicher helfen, Fazit: 4 Flüge alle verspätet, 1 kompletter Tag verloren, ca. 2000 USD Kosten durch Notbuchungen von Hotels und neuen Anschlußflügen."

Negativ: "All baggage lost. Wasn't put on the plane because they didn't have enough containers. Ground crew at London was courteous. Luggage had to be sent on to the US the next day. No free bags on this flight so all of the luggage lost had been paid for piece by piece. No free drink service; even a soda had to be paid for. No food, of course. Originating 10hr flight from Los Angeles to London was also uncomfortable, with small, packed coach seats, no air nozzles and poor headset connectors. I was very happy to get back on American Airlines for my return to Los Angeles. Wouldn't use BA again."

I had a trip booked from Athens to Montreal to Fort Lauderdale, all on May 6. About a month before my trip, I got an email that said my itinerary was changed. They added a leg bringing me first to Toronto then to Montreal, leaving in the 7, the next day. No where did the info detail that I would not have Business lounge access and that I’d need to get a hotel. So that simple change cost me 300 Canadian dollars. When I checked in in Athens, I also found I needed to do additional paperwork because I was transiting inside Canada. I was diligent with paperwork so there would be no glitches, and I spent a good deal of time filling out additional papers almost making me miss my flight. (I was with other Americans who did miss their flight because they were not told about the change. Finally, I asked two different agents when I got off the plane in Montreal if I needed to collect my luggage. The first was the agent at the gate I exited the plane from, and I stopped at the Air Canada info desk and both agents said I did not need to collect my luggage. Big surprise in the morning when I checked in. I was lucky I got to the check in early or I could have missed that flight.
Sat for 4 hours on the ramp in the airplane because Air Canada didn’t have enough staff to load the bags or close the aircraft door! Lol

Positiv: "The crew was amazing. The economic seat (I always prefer to select aisle seat) was OK for me."

Negativ: "I will never forget Turkish airlines again. They stole our money. We were at our flight on time but they wouldn't let us board. They then said we were no shows and cancelled all our remaining flights with no refund. This ended up costing us around $3000. We don't have this kind of money and I don't know how we will pay rent next month."

Negativ: "fragte man sich leider auf diesem Flug. Keine Monitore mit den Infos zum Flug (wo sind wir, wie lange dauert es noch, etc...) Kannte ich so noch nicht. Bordpersonal war sagen wir mal nicht unfreundlich, mehr aber auch nicht. Höflich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam ist anders. Der Flug ging von Berlin. Es lag also auf der Hand, dass sehr viele Fluggäste deutsch als ihre Muttersprache haben. Das störte die Flugbegleiterin aber nicht. Sie sprach ein so schnelles und undeutliches Englisch, dass sie nicht bis gar nicht zu verstehen war."

Negativ: "My entertainment screen was malfunctioning. Very frustrating trying to watch a movie to the point I turned it off & read a book . If you are going to offer the the service make sure it works."

Negativ: "The headphones are bad, i had my own headphones so it was fine. I did go w the air canada ones first just out of convenience, but they were fuzzy, probably would have ruined the movies."

Essen hat Geld gekostet - nicht gut. United Airlines hat zwar auch essen Gegen Geld angeboten, aber hat mindestens 3 Mal von sich auch Getränke angeboten. Also von sich aus."

Entertainment system didn't work on the flight either."
Negativ: "For non-U.S. Citizens the transiting in Canada is inconvenient and expensive. I wouldn't travel through Canada by plane again."
Positiv: "This was the absolute worst experience of my life. Out flight from Calgary to LAX was on the complete other side of the airport than our connector to San Diego. After a delay we had a short amount of time to get to the next flight. We literally were told to just cross the parking lot. Well... that ended up being a 25 minute run across the airport to only have to go thru security again. After navigating construction and parking structures we got to our gate 10 minutes late and would not be let on the flight. There was zero communication, sympathy or help from the United Airlines staff. We were told it was not their problem because we came in through Air Canada- BUT we booked through United! All in all it was an absolute nightmare that ended in us renting a car at 12am and driving back to San Diego with zero compensation from United Airlines"

In Quebec City not nearly enough agents to check bags; huge lines, people being shunted to the front so they wouldn't miss their flights."

Negativ: "Seats are extremely small and cramped. Temperature was too cold during the flight and there wasn't even a fan on so it was the cabin temperature which couldn't be adjusted. In addition No blankets or cushions were provided. The leg room was horrible. I'm only 5'5" and I felt cramped, so I can't imagine how it would feel for someone taller. also, no one checked bags due to the newly imposed fee so everyone crammed their luggage into the overhead compartments and many of us had no room to store our carry-ons and had to put it below our seats, causing even less leg room. the Hawaiian airport also locked out the waiting area for international flights back to Vancouver due to some policy that the area must be locked down until the plane has arrived and everyone is off the plane. Many of us were sitting on the ground outside in the non-air conditioned hallway in front of the stores like homeless people for over 2 hours. Luckily seniors were sitting on wheelchairs and did not have to wait while standing or sitting on the ground. They finally let us in 20 minutes before boarding but really by then it made no difference."

Negativ: "Hair in my breakfast and they wouldn't give me another meal also by the time they reached me all the options but the overlooked egg was available they didn't explain just dumped the meal on my tray table and when I asked for the other option was told straight out no... I've flown on many airlines and that was by far the most foul meals I've ever had budget airlines do better won't fly ac anytime again.... My original flight was delayed 5 hours to connect so I was transferred to another flight and my bags didn't make it so I went 4 days without luggage also"

Negativ: "Flight was delayed over 4 hours due to Air Canada needing a mechanic to check and sign off on the tire tread on one of the wheels, the ground staff enforced the carry-on bag size arbitrarily and inconsistently, and the entertainment system froze up and reset itself at least 3 times on the flight. Apart from the captain, the rest of the Air Canada staff exhibited the usual bureaucratic and defensive behavior I have unfortunately seen multiple times before. They're expensive (with a nasty computer algorithm that raises the price by over $100 each time you browse flights. The first time I checked, it was $300+; by the 3rd time it was over $600. When I used a VPN, the price magically went down to $300 plus, which was still a lot) and the experience is generally unpleasant. I have to brace myself for their lack of common sense behavior every time I deal with them. If I didn't have to fly with them, I wouldn't."

Negativ: "When we arrived at SFO the computer system was not working and it took forever to check in. Then we had delays after that. Our entertainment screens were also not working on our way there."
Positiv: "The food was good"
Negativ: "I was put in overbooking, and was concerned about not being able to get on the flight. Everything worked out fine in the end, but still did not appreciate this. Given the risk of not being able to board, I will likely not use this airline in the future."
