Then it was back thorough security and a rush to the gate to get there in time to board. Lost our original seat assignment and wound up in the last row at the tail of the plane. Extremely poor coordination between KLM and Delta who operated the flight."

Alle nass ins Flugzeug. Aber, das liegt natürlich an der Abfertigung in Birmingham und nicht an KLM."

This last flight I boarded and then 90 very exuberant girls from London board in all the rows in front of me. I was concerned it was going to be a less than restful flight. Just the opposite. As always the KLM crew took extra ordinary care of all of use. The service was wonderful and I scooted off the flight ahead of the girls to make my very short connection. The crew is what always make the experience delightful! Thank you again KLM."
Negativ: "It would be so nice if the arm rests came up all the way. When you have empty space on your row it would be nice to move the arm rests all the way and stretch out. Also there were not as many New Release Movies to choose from as usual, it seemed."

Negativ: "I usually fly Air France CDG-BOS and love it. My flight AMS-BOS with KLM/Delta was a disappointment from those experiences. The food was not very good and I'm not a huge fan of planes so old that my seat is a flotation device rather than having a real life jacket. Also part of my checked bag was broken off during transport."

Negativ: "No leg room. The box underneath the seat in front makes it impossible to stretch your legs. The arm rest lifts only to 45 degrees which is useless. No way to gain some lateral space there."

Negativ: "My girlfriend were scheduled to come back from Marrakech together (albeit on separate reservations), however KLM could not find her reservation in their system and would not let her on the plane. I had to leave her behind in Marrakech. KLM had the audacity to ask her to purchase another ticket, even though she clearly had a valid reservation (how else would she had gotten to Marrakech in the first place?). After arguing with KLM for many hours, they finally booked her on a flight the following day, but refused to put her up in a hotel for the night, or compensate her for the trouble. Completely irresponsible behaviour from KLM. Will never fly with them again."

Negativ: "People may think,that the delay of the flight has set my mood for this review but I can ensure it has most definitely not. With all the bad weather, I was already very happy to connect right on time in Paris. However, a long haul A380 flight with such a tight seat configurstion is almost embarrassing for an airline. The in flight entertainment is at a very poor level, not only with the screen being very small and outdated, many of the movies are only available in French and the international selection very limited. The food was not much of a delight, whereas the presentation was nice. However, in all the 7 h between the services, nobody came around with refreshments in a completely booked flight, neither was announced that a trolly would be set for self service in the galley. Lucky the ones who got up and found out about. In terms of amenities, again, the airline is lacking of originality and saves cost. Bottom line: you get from A to B, but there are so many better competitors in the market, which I shall definitely consider on my next travel."

But the attention was there, excellent service, and gourmet food too. The whole experience was great. I'll go on flying Air France with fewer regrets."

Negativ: "Two flight attendants to service the whole of Euro class meant waiting nearly two hours to be served a bottle of water and a sandwich. Too much time is lost trying to cook food and take the money. Just add £5 to every ticket and give the food as part of the service, you are not a budget airline Plus dont rub our noses in it by bringing meals from the first class galley to feed the crew at the rear of the plane."

Negativ: "Transfer at the Heathrow airport was such a hustle. Even though we had about hour and a half for transfer, take getting off board into consideration, we were on the run to our next gate for about 50 minutes without stopping, barely had a chance to use a restroom. Longer transfer period is needed most definitely. Also at least complimentary glass of water would be nice on the board."

Die hinteren Reihen hatten auf einem 13,5 Stunden-Flug nie die Möglichkeit vegetarisches Essen zu bekommen und es gab zwischendurch keine Snacks oder Getränke, man konnte allerdings zu den Flugbegleitern gehen und danach fragen."

Verlust die Fluggesellschaft anrief, sollte man das Fundbüro am Zielflughafen, also London, anrufen. Wenn man dieses anrief, sollte man die Fluggesellschaft anrufen. Ein endloser Kreisverkehr ohne Ergebnis. Wirklich lächerlich(Ryanair übrigens). Gottseidank war es ein 20,-€-Cellphone rein zum Telefonieren, ohne Daten oder Bilder, das wäre sonst katatrophal. Selten so etwas Kundenunfreundliches erlebt."

In unserem Gepäckfach lag einfach ein gigantischer Koffer, der definitiv nicht handgepäckkonform war deshalb kein Platz für das kleine Gepäck von meinem Bruder und mir war. Wir mussten also unser Gepäck abegeben und konnten erst 25min zu spät starten. Man sollte vor dem Boarding mehr Kontrollen des "Handgepäckes" machen. Dadurch, dass ich dann auf mein eingechecktes Handgepäck warten musste, hat sich mein Zeitplan um 45min nach hinten verschoben und ich habe einen Termin verpasst."
