Flight departed and arrived on time. Shocking as this has never happened with Delta! We were thrilled and hope it happens again next trip! Atlanta seems to be the worst place we have to fly in and out of as there is always a delay. I never plan a trip with less than a 90 min layover there because of their issues so this was a treat!

Comfortable seating and very smooth service.

Seats are awfully small/cramped and I am a small woman!

The crew in first class were excellent the food was subpar, they are attainment continue to fail and they had a very hard time getting it to work, let’s seats were comfortable and again, flight attendant in first class today very good job of trying her best

The earbuds provided by the airline did not even work when plugged into the screen, I had to use my own earbuds."

Leider wurde unser Gepäck vom Mumbai Flug nicht auf den Basel Flug gebracht, so dass wir ohne Gepäck in Basel ankamen. Auch wurde diese Information wohl erst spät nach Basel gebracht,da wir dort ewig auf unser Gepäck gewartet haben bis wir informiert wurden. Das trübt den ansonsten sehr guten Flug.

Es lag also auf der Hand, dass sehr viele Fluggäste deutsch als ihre Muttersprache haben. Das störte die Flugbegleiterin aber nicht. Sie sprach ein so schnelles und undeutliches Englisch, dass sie nicht bis gar nicht zu verstehen war."

Negativ: "The food was terrible! We know airline food is usually not great, but come on folks! I will cook spinach pie for all and bring it next time! The lunch was ok, but the snack (bad chocolate cookies) and the dinner (hot pocket type thing) were really bad and terribly unhealthy. I skipped lunch because I bought it from the airport because on the the way in I tried the meals and knew it would be bad...Entertainment was even worse! I did the AC rouge site with my iPad. The movie I chose was interrupted every 4 minutes for commercials-the SAME five commercials mind you-AND every time they stopped, the movie would start from the beginning! Ridiculous really...."
Positiv: "That we arrived, finally, safely and our bags did too."
Negativ: "The kiosk at checking was unable to process our boarding pass so we had to wait in line to see an agent to check in and take our bags. There were 3 lines, but people who arrived after us were taken care of before us. It was not organized. Our flight was delayed and the waiting area at Laguardia was so crowded. I fly Air Canada as seldom as possible because there's almost always something that complicates the trip. Our daughter booked these flights so we could visit her for Mothers Day."
Negativ: "Rouge legroom has gotten to the point of being dismal. The seats are thin and uncomfortable - don't even try reclining though, or you'll be in the face of the person behind you. I buy flight passes which are good on Air Canada as well but Air Canada has taken away all the non- Rouge flights and I am left with no choice. On a 5pm flight out of Toronto, all the hot food choices were gone by the time they were 8 rows into food and beverage service. I'm seriously thinking of moving my loyalty status to West Jet. If only they had flight passes."

Negativ: "By time you add cost for one checked bag and seat reservation, flight is so much more expensive. Just include all this and one meal in price of ticket. Water served is not from a bottle. Flight was late 30 minutes. Baggage delayed 45 minutes as we were told they were down employees in baggage. We almost missed last bart train of evening due to this 75 minute delay."
Negativ: "Disappointed in the lack of room for one small carry-on. By the time I boarded following the proper protocol, all overhead space was taken. I hate that Air Canada charges extra for emergency exit, as I am tall so I do not fit in normal economy seats if the person in front of me reclines. Overall, would NOT recommend Air Canada because of all of my leg room issues."

The food was not good either. They served what was supposed to be a warm chicken wrap but after two bites I set it aside as mystery food."

Fortunately I had a friend who was willing to have me, but if not (and because the nearby hotels are filled up due to the beginning of freshman orientation at my college), I would have had nowhere to stay after 13+ hours of flying and exhaustion. This alone significantly hurt the experience."

Flight attendant responded immediately when I had trouble with my headphone cable and brought me a replacement cable. Entertainment option with wide choice of live television was fine for flight and helped make flight go by fast. This was our first use of first class service, and we would consider it again. I had unsatisfactory experience with United last year and saw great improvement."
