After I let crew member know wmy husband was served meat instead, she denied it and said "its not possible" as the wrapper says "vegetarian". I informed her it actually said "Asian halal", she the proceeded to say, well, "i am sorry if it's wrong, but I gave you vegetarian". That said crew member collected my husband's plates while I was in the bathroom and came back later with a "vegan" plate that they now have available."

We complained to the attendant about it but she was unable to determine the cause. Many hours later, a different crew member identified the noise source and stopped it by simply flipping a switch. This disruptive noise could have easily been avoided but the ignorance of the crew member to whom we complained failed to solve it. By the time the second crew member identified the problem there was not enough time to sleep. This experience was extremely disappointing. We paid extra to fly business class so we could sleep, but this ridiculous crew error fouled our plans. We asked the crew to file a report about it and they did. Look into it. We expect a refund of the extra fare we paid, or else we will never fly Austrian Airlines again. I am an affluent person and I travel internationally 6 times per year. You would be smart not to anger me and lose my business."

Negativ: "We booked Austrian Airlines to Kosice for 6 to play a concert for 3,000 on Thursday night. 4 of our group arrived from ZRH; 2 from LHR. LHR-VIE was late; we ran and arrived in time catch VIE-KSC before it left, but Austrian Air would not allow us to board, despite that the other part of our travel party was already on the plane and alerted both gate staff and on-board staff we were coming and wee had to play a show that night with Arch Enemy. We had to wait 10 hours in VIE & given €12 for food. AA cited "rotational issues". Shockingly, Austrian Air delayed the 2nd flight by another hour "to wait for someone". We had to cancel the show. Really angry"

However, I missed the experience of enjoying the flight with the group of people that I joined on the way to Vienna and to Egypt."
Negativ: "I didn't like the fact that they cancelled my Austrian flight to a completely different company (Lufthansa). I paid extra money when I reserved the tickets in the USA to make sure I am on the same plane as the other three families that i wanted to be with as a group. They had reserved their tickets and I got the flight numbers and when I reserved my booking I paid extra to be on the same airplane as the rest of the group. My plan worked going to Vienna and to Cairo (although one of the planes were delayed 3 hours which ruined our stay in Vienna) but on the way back from Cairo to LA, I couldn't be with the group because I left 2 hours early and arrived in LA 2 hours late. I pleaded that I came with a group but they said I have a different booking so they couldn't honor keeping me on the same plane as the group. I am very disappointed and will avoid my future travel with Austrian airline"

I inquired about paying to change destination city and or seat to a premium seat (for the 9+ hour flight) when I recvd the reservations for the new flights that were made at the airport around 8am for flights that left at around noon and 3pm. I was told no better seat(s) was available. However, a half hour before the flight was boarded several announcements were made regarding all the upgrades that were available. Liars annoy me."

Due to this reason we had have to buy new tickets at the airport ticketing counter. So please sort out your problem with the airline and get back to me. From my bank the payment has been done yet to you. We had have double pay for one trip."

Positiv: "Daa Bordpersonal war freundlich und sehr auf die Einhaltung der Sicherheit bemüht. Der Flug ist nahezu pünktlich gestartet und pünktlich in Köln/Bonn gelandet. Beim Flugzeug handelte es sich um eine alte AirBerlin Boeing 737 operated by TUIFly."
Negativ: "Check in und Kofferabgabe auf dem Flughafen Heraklion war mühselig. Erst zum Ende des Check in wurden weitere Schalter geöffnet. Koffer müssen selbst vom Check in (Waage) anschließend noch zur Durchleuchtung gebracht werden. DutyFree im Flughafen ist teuer im Flieger ok."

Negativ: "The flight was delayed. Then, after flying to Berlin, the staff said we couldn't land there because of weather. They decided to fly us to Leipzig-Halle (another city a two hour drive away) and said they would provide busses to take us back to Berlin. But then, when we got to Leipzig, they said oh we might be able to fly you back to Berlin, just let us refuel. So we all sat in the plane for an hour and a half while they did that. Then, they announced that they couldn't go back to the Berlin airport because there were too many planes landing there. So they told us to get off the plane, go into the arrival hall and we would get more information there. When we got out of the plane, we were greeted by an information lady who informed us that no trains were running at that hour (it was about 11:30pm), and Eurowings would not provide us with accommodation or transportation back to Berlin. The information staff told us that our options were to personally pay for either a taxi back to Leipzig (two hours away!) or rent a car, or wait until morning to take a bus or train. I was able to stay with a friend in the city, and paid to take a bus to Berlin the next day, but what about everyone else who didn't know people in Leipzig and had to fend for themselves? As a young woman traveling by myself in a foreign country, landing in an unexpected city in the middle of the night, it could have been a potentially dangerous situation. I am extremely frustrated with Eurowings. I paid them to take me to Berlin, and they didn't. I talked to customer service on the phone, and they told me that I should make my own travel plans to return to Berlin and they would reimburse me later. Aside from the fact that there weren't buses, trains or flights running till the next morning - I shouldn't have to make my own travel plans! My plans were to fly Eurowings from Duesseldorf to Tegel, and they should be responsible for getting me there. I am never flying Eurowings again, and sharing the story with any friends who travel in Europe. They absolutely do not care about their customers."

Negativ: "When I booked the itinerary clearly stated that this would be a Swiss Air flight. We were confused when they did not give us our boarding passing for our connecting flight at our original departure desk, and were told we would receive the boarding passes at the gate in Zurich. I never received any notice about his being a Eurowings flight or instructions to check in online. Our incoming flight to Zurich was delayed at least a half hour and it took us a while to get to the gate for our connecting flight. When we arrived, the gate had just been closed and we were told we were not even on the ledger. We were told we would have needed to get our boarding passes at the Swiss Sor desk and required prior check in to be on the passenger list. We were also very confused about the fact that this was a eurowings fight even though our booking indicated Swiss. This has never happened to us before. We would have needed additional instructions for prior check in, and had we been on the passenger list perhaps the plane would have waited for us."

The passengers who paid extra for snacks with the ticket were served first and even after I said my ears were hurting and I needed something sweet to chew on (I was going to buy something to eat anyway) I wasn't served till roughly 75 minutes into the flight. The crew was inconsiderate towards passengers who bought economy seats and was focusing only on passengers who paid extra for seats and snacks. If that's the case then they should stop serving other customers anyway and tell us beforehand so that we can arrange our own food/drinks from the airport lounge"

Pro Passagier etwa 5-7 Minuten Wartezeit. Eine echte Zumutung!!! Zumal dann auch die Sicherheitskontrolle nochmals 30 Minuten in Anspruch nimmt. Das liegt zwar alles nicht direkt in der Verantwortung von Wizzair, aber zumindest sollte man darauf Einfluß nehmen können. Wenn vorher eingecheckt wird, sollte es nicht mehr als eine Minute pro Passagier dauern, wie das ja auch an anderen Flughäfen möglich ist."

In fact WizzAir have 2 sizes of cabin baggage allowance and small is way too small and it felt like a trap to make money off unsuspecting passengers. They are unapologetic and perfunctory at the boarding gate - clearly they are used to unhappy punters being caught out by this! Food choice onboard not great"

When you check in online they don't send your boarding passes to your email which makes it hard to have them printed by the hotel. For NUMEROUS reasons I would NOT fly Ryanair in the future!"

I did not know that once you check in that you cannot view boarding pass and tried at vomputer diwnstairs and people at desk upstairs at Athens airport says common with Ryanair."
Negativ: "I woukd like you to mention to encorage people to print out boarding passes the same time you check on on your email. Otherwise 2 hrs prior yo boarding everything locks up on you and we had to go to 2 lines to write up reservation flight info and then stand in another line to psy for the cost of printong out boarding pass which was over 30 Euro for 2 people."

Positiv: "We knew what was coming and planned accordingly. We checked in online, make sure to print out your boarding pass, we arrived early expecting challenges and made sure we weighed or luggage ahead of time. After clearing customs we bought food and drink for the flight. The flighted loaded rather quickly and we backed out on schedule and arrived 10 minutes early. The flight attendants cam by constantly selling food, drinks, scratch off tickets and a bunch of other stuff but were never pushy."
Negativ: "The seats didnt recline and no seat back pockets for my stuff. Very little room, but adequate."

Positiv: "Der Flug ist pünktlich gestartet und gelandet. Die Landung war sehr sanft. Die Temperatur im Flugzeug war angenehm."

Negativ: "Questionable ethics in terms of check in. You have to check in online at least two hours before or prepare to pay a fee. This is not spelled out upon purchase of ticket. When checking in, you need to print or download boarding pass or pay a fee when arriving at airport. You must pay for a checked bag before arrival to airport or (you guessed it) pay a fee. We were fortunate to avoid all fees except for the checked bag fee (a convenience fee on top of the price to check a bag). Ryanair's emails provided no link or instructions to check a bag. Also, springing all this information on us two days before travel was sketchy at best. My guess is a healthy percentage of customers use Ryanair for flights in the middle of a vacation and investigating these details are the last thing on travelers' minds. Ryanair knows exactly what they're doing revealing the info when they do."

Negativ: "The plane's temperature was not regulated well and boarding ran late."

Positiv: "Leider war es uns nicht möglich, das Flugzeug zu betreten."
Negativ: "Wir konnten den Flug nicht wahrnehmen! Wir erhielten eine Bestätigungs-Email von Ryanair die jedoch nur aus HTML Code bestand und nicht lesbar war. In dieser E-Mail stand (angeblich), dass ein Online-Checkin durchgeführt werden muss, was wir nicht wussten. Am Flughafen, nach 2 Stunden Anfahrt, bekamen wir dann gesagt, dass aufgrund des Nicht-Online-Checkins eine Gebühr von 60 EUR pro Person fällig sei. Das ist übrigens genau der Preis des Flugtickets gewesen... Diese sollten wir am Schalter bezahlen. Wir gingen zum Schalter, ich ließ mich etwas darüber aus und sagte: "Ich sehe nicht ein, nun 120€ zu bezahlen". Der Kollege nahm meine Buchungsbestätigung und riss sie vor meinen Augen durch mit dem Kommentar: "Dann fliegen sie auch nicht!" Letztenendes sind wir dann von Köln aus mit unserem Privatwagen nach Berlin gefahren. 12 Stunden Autofahrt an dem Tag, weil wir morgens hin und Nachts zurück mussten. Fazit: NIE wieder Ryanair! Wenn man nicht mal in der Lage dazu ist, eine vernünftige E-Mail zu verschicken und dann noch so unverschämt mit seinen Kunden umgeht, dann ist echt was falsch. Günstig hin oder her. Hier ists einfach nur billig!"

Negativ: "Wir wurden unhöflich dazu gezwungen meinen Handgepäckskoffer aufzugeben und in den Frachtraum packen zu lassen. Ich musste alle meine Wertsachen (Laptop etc.) herausnehmen und einzeln mit auf meinen Platz nehmen. Da zwischen den Flügen nur wenig Zeit liegt, lag an Board überall Müll (Wattestäbchen, Kekse, Wasserflaschen etc.) auf dem Boden unter den Sitzen. Noch dazu sprach die Crew weder die Sprache des Abflug- noch die des Reiselandes. Ich bin schon so oft geflogen aber mit Ryanair war das mit Sicherheit das letzte Mal!"

Positiv: "Die Maschine hatte ( wie auch auf den hinflug) Verspätung. Die Passagiere wurden bei ungesunden klimaverhältnissen auf einer aussentreppe eine Viertelstunde stehengelassen"

Negativ: "Mails von Ryanair landen einfach im Spam. Wenn man nicht gezielt nachschaut, verpasst man wichtige Informationen - was nutzen die denn für einen Mailserver?! Unverschämt hohe Gebühren für Kleinigkeiten - hatten vergessen uns online einzuchecken, haben uns am Check-In-Schalter nun Papiertickets drucken lassen müssen für eine Gebühr von fast 50 Euro pro Person. Die Ticketkontrolle war absolut durcheinander, man stand dann frühs noch ewig im Kalten auf dem Freigelände der Rollbahn und der Flug startete fast 90 Minuten später - was für einen Tagesausflug schon extrem ärgerlich ist. Die Flugcrew bekam kein Lächeln hin, sondern schaute wie 7 Tage Regen. Der Komfort an Bord geht einfach mal gegen Null. Jeder Sitz einer Stadtbuslinie ist bequemer. NIE WIEDER RYANAIR!!!"
