I’m still trying to get in touch with them to ask about my baggage but they’re unreachable."

Negativ: "The flight SU 103 leaving from JFK to Moscow on October 6 2016 was cancelled due to technical reason. The plane took off flew over JFK for 2 hours and made an emergency landing back in JFK. The customer service was horrible. People were in line for 3 hours at the aeroflot register to get into hotels after the flight cancellation. Today is day 4 after the flight - I'm trying to return my money for the flight - the customer service pretty much is not existing - no one picks up the phone - no one replies my emails. I have to go to the credit company to dispute charges for the cancelled flight."

Negativ: "My flight from Moscow to Frankfurt on Sept 9 was a problem. You changed a large plane to a smaller one & - no seats! I got bumped to a later flight. Inconvenient!!!!"

Waiting time and cues in the airport as well. Code Sharing might have been successful for their profitability but at the expense of deteriorating their own brand name. Flight attendants just often watch people struggle to put their hand luggage into the overhead cabins.. etc. etc.."

It was decided we would after the pilots decided their shift was over. We now needed a new crew, and it wasn't until 9 pm that night that a crew would be available. Because of this delay, I missed my connecting flight in New York to Abu Dhabi."
