It delayed our flight about 30-45 minutes - not much, but really painful when the flight is almost 12 hours. The crew didn't tell us what was happening either, but it was pretty obvious."

Hard to sustain oneself with that on a 12 hour flight! I asked the flight attendant for yogurt who just ignored my request."

I had to forcefully push back ti get some room."

Wie üblich wird nur ein Röntgengerät benutzt, da für das zweite kein Personal vorhanden ist! Dadurch dauert der Boardprozess wie immer länger als geplant."

Negativ: "One major safety concern, was that the take off safety briefing was still playing as we took off. On the flight back from Cairo the safety briefing first played in Arabic and then English. The English briefing only started once we were already in the air. If there had been an accident on takeoff, someone flying for the first time wouldn't know what to do or how to get out."

Positiv: "We flew JFK to CAI roundtrip in coach. The whole process from check-in to landing was good overall, and the meals were also of good quality and complimentary as was baggage check-in (compared to US carriers who charge you for everything)."
Negativ: "The bathroom got a little dirtier on the long haul flight compared to what I remember on other carriers, and phone support is only available during business hours which turned out to be ok, but could be a problem if you need to have a question answered last minute."

I couldn't check in online and when I called to ask they said that's because I'm making changes (pet) that's why I can't do it and I should do it at airport.. I'm Cairo airport the check point is as soon as you get thru the main door.. Waited in line for check in only to find that all 4 tickets (me and 3 kids) were cancelled and that we had to go outside again to the reservation office (had to go thru check point again) to reissue the tickets. They didn't even appologize for their mistake and they blamed the travel agency.. Very unprofessional and irresponsible people."

The Cairo Airport will be avoided on all my future flights. Imagine 5 layers of half hearted security just for 1.5 hours of international layover/transfer. For those of you who have been to Iraq, same setup just a little cleaner, instead of one thorough search you go through five "searches/checks"."

Negativ: "Staff snapped at customers, was very impatient and at multiple occasions rude. Entertainment system is okay, but the headphones are of such poor quality that it is difficult to follow the movies. On multiple occasions passengers misbehave, are aggressive towards other passengers and violate simple safety rules. Staff is nowhere to be seen or chooses not to intervene."

The plane is simply an old one with substandard amenities: only a centralized TV with poor program quality. My nearby seat was broke. Seats don't have the flange that helps you in keeping the head straight while sleeping: this feature is now very common for long-term flights. True, the price was very cheap, but the interior of the aircraft needs a remodeling if Egypt Air wants to have quality standards comparable to the main western airlines"

We was kept informed all the way as take off was perfect, and the landing at London Luton was the best have ever had as you normally land land then get an extra hard heavy jerk to slow us down extra hard braking. The Pilots of W6 4503 on 23rd of August 2017 is a credit to your company as they landed without the extra hard braking you normally get. Those pilots both of them should teach the other pilots's of your company how both of the pilots did it, and even teach other airline pilots the same IT WAS A VERY SMOOTH LANDING. Give the pilot's a commendation or an award as I would like those pilot's on any of my flights I have in the future. You can let them know it was me that told you to credit them in the highest award they can get please. Let their bosses, and company owners know this as well. So maybe if you call them in the office for something PLEASE CREDIT THEM for the PERFECT LANDING MORE THAN A CREDIT TO YOUR COMPANY as I put that ion bold to enforsize a perfect landing."
Negativ: "I was in 24B middle seat which was very cramped as the seat too small and back of seat too low, knee area not enough, no chance of getting to sleep as you cannot get comfortable enough as you cannot even sleep on the tray, kids screaming all around me, people behind me kept kicking moving my seat, people in front of me too loud Bulgarian's. At Varna airport me and others queued up in check in 2 and 3 patiently, and after about 20 minutes queuing two people jumped the queue in check in 1 as the second guy I had to tell him we have been waiting you cannot jump the queue and to go to the back of the queue, and a guy walked straight into check in 1 before check in 2 and 3 was opened and got his bag done, and a big group of people with prams etc was not even in check in lane 1 where they was sorted out well before us queuing as they just turned up and got there bag etc slips on the prams etc. A lot of the information on board was in Bulgarian and not in English only a very small thing NOT TO BLAME THE PLANE STAFF in any way."

Negativ: "The quality of service in the boarding, Modified types of cabine bags, practically you have to bring one change of clothes an nothing else in order to fit for the standards of the "small cabine luggage" . The boarding crew was very rude"

Negativ: "We arrived at a field in Israel with 2 backpacks and did not charge us extra, but on the way back they decided to charge us at the last minute for the same cases we had arrived with. Nothing we said helped and the attitude was cold and hard. The flight was good"

Obwohl vorher ein online checkin verlangt wird und auch alle Passagiere dies in Form eines Ausdrucks oder per Telefon App vorlegen konnten, brauchte es geschlagene 50 Minuten, bis man an die Reihe kam. Pro Passagier etwa 5-7 Minuten Wartezeit. Eine echte Zumutung!!! Zumal dann auch die Sicherheitskontrolle nochmals 30 Minuten in Anspruch nimmt. Das liegt zwar alles nicht direkt in der Verantwortung von Wizzair, aber zumindest sollte man darauf Einfluß nehmen können. Wenn vorher eingecheckt wird, sollte es nicht mehr als eine Minute pro Passagier dauern, wie das ja auch an anderen Flughäfen möglich ist."

The ones next to me were smelly both due to ling time, no see with soap&water and also some wine was involved in their breath, I think. Additionally, when I checked in, I asked for a window seat, the agent nodded, and when I got on the plane I found I was stuck in a middle seat. It was the longest two hours of my life."

People were not helped to stow carry ons and many should have been requested to check large carryon bags. They were out of beer even though beverages had just been loaded. Attendants could not clearly communicate the price of a beverage."

This was a total waste of money as there was only one Peterson dealing with fast track and long queues, this meant that ordinary queue was dealt with faster."

They tried my credit cards and when that didn't work, they asked for cash. I never carry more than $5. There was no order in the airport and it was absolute mayhem. I went from line to line. I will never use this airline aha in! TWO hours to get my boarding pass? Anthony Gallo"

Negativ: "I was stopped at both airports for not having my ticket in the system although I checked-in in advance and paid extra for seating; it was very stressful and uncomfortable"

Negativ: "How could you ask about entertainment when there is nothing to intertain in these planes! No screens, expensive and bad food, even the menue and magazines were not available on half of the seats, not to mention the worst and smallest seat i have ever been in, although i travel on many other economic airlines! There is nothing but poor, bad and boring flights. The sad thing is that i payed too much for this flight. Oh i forgot, it's also delayed and we wait for half an hour and then, they came with only one bus to take all the people to plane whwn there are many people who can't hold themselves in that crowded bus!"

Negativ: "Ticket agent was short with us and was bothered hat she had to check us in and questioned our flight. We had a cursing drunk guy in the boarding line for 20 minutes with no staff anywhere to help the passengers he was harassing. we left the airport late and heard horror stories from many other passengers about the lack of customer service."

Negativ: "Luggage was not put on plane, it arrived 8 hours later."

Negativ: "I booked my flight throw kayak.com. After that I got scam emails with my information, book number, direction, and my name asking for more money! Witch mean that our information is not secure ."

Positiv: "They charged us a bundle for food paid in advance that never showed up. The flight attendants spoke almost no english. All they could do was offer to sell it to us again. We tried, but there credit card machine was not taking any of our cards, they wanted cash, we didn't give it to them."
Negativ: "I think this airline is running some kind of scam. Always asking customers for more money, they took my credit card at the airport when I was complaining about my first flight being screwed up and unbeknownst to me charged more money when yhey were claiming they wanted it for verification purposes."

Positiv: "That it got me and my luggage there when scheduled"
Negativ: "The seats are cramped on Pegasus flights and you have to pay for everything, including something to drink."

Positiv: "We checked our bags in Madrid. They approved our carry-on and we flew out no problem. Arrive in Turkey to switch planes, they started to pull all the American and Canadian passport holders to the side and they pilled out a pocket luggage scale that we all know was inaccurate or rigged. They ripped off our approved tags fro Madrid and told us that our bags were overweight.... we had a small backpack for me and my wife had her purse. They weighed them and told us if we didn't pay 150euros, we could not board the plane. - yes, they said the purse was overweight. We talked them down to 70euros. When we finally got on the plane and talked with other passengers we found out we were lucky, one family had to pay 1400 euros and another paid 300 euros. We also left a Canadian lady behind because they would not accept American Express."
Negativ: "They are a fraudulent company. Almost all international flights that I know allow 50lbs per checked bag. Pegasus knows this, so when you fly in to Europe and use one of their planes to get to your final destination, they only allow 44lbs, so you have to pay a penalty to get through. Terrible."

Negativ: "Late take off and arrival, and when announcements are made in English the speaker talks too fast so even English speakers cannot understand"

Negativ: "There was a group of 16 or 17 year olds on the same flight that were so loud and standing up in the plane the whole time making it impossible to relax or try to sleep."

Negativ: "A woman was allowed past 5 checkpoints with her temporary passport which was later deemed invalid. We sat there for almost 2 hours while security tried to get her to leave the plane. The airport and Pegasus employees should have been more vigalent beforehand to not let her get that far. There was no attempt to make the situation better for passengers, many of which nearly missed their connections. Not even a bottle of water or apology."
