The United Airlines was very empathizing with me and my situation and they issued me other boarding passes at no cost. United Airlines suggested me to tell the Austrian Airlines about what happened and they were sure the Austrian Airlines would understand but they were wrong; no understanding on behalf of the Austrian Airlines."

If you want a window or isle seat, it would’ve cost you 30 euro to reserve it. The crew is very nice. I guess because the air fare is very cheap, they need to do everything to make the extra cash."

Negativ: "I specifically selected three seats for my Wife and two children ages 7 and 5. I did not fly back with them and at check in the three seats were confirmed on a boarding pass printed at their departure location. Upon checking in on the connecting flight in Vienna, the seat assignment had been completely disregarded and three seats located 10+ aisles apart were given to a family traveling together??????? This makes no sense and must be due to booking through a third party. Unacceptable and not worth the $40 per ticket savings."

Positiv: "Even though I was very disappointed at what the Austrian airline did to me, the staff and crew and captains where professional and the flight was comfortable especially on Lufthansa. However, I missed the experience of enjoying the flight with the group of people that I joined on the way to Vienna and to Egypt."
Negativ: "I didn't like the fact that they cancelled my Austrian flight to a completely different company (Lufthansa). I paid extra money when I reserved the tickets in the USA to make sure I am on the same plane as the other three families that i wanted to be with as a group. They had reserved their tickets and I got the flight numbers and when I reserved my booking I paid extra to be on the same airplane as the rest of the group. My plan worked going to Vienna and to Cairo (although one of the planes were delayed 3 hours which ruined our stay in Vienna) but on the way back from Cairo to LA, I couldn't be with the group because I left 2 hours early and arrived in LA 2 hours late. I pleaded that I came with a group but they said I have a different booking so they couldn't honor keeping me on the same plane as the group. I am very disappointed and will avoid my future travel with Austrian airline"

This caused a big problem for me in the airport, where I: 1- Wasn't allowed to catch my flight ti Vinnea and this was both financial and time lost for me. 2- I was locked in Dussluff airport for more than 14 hours, I was threatened to be sent back to USA or any other country. This caused physiological damage for me, as I been treated like an animal 3- I was asked to pay for my new ticket ( Dussloff - Istanbul-Amman )"

The noise cancelling headsets were good quality noise cancelling, and comfortable. I can't wear some other airlines headsets at all and use my ear pods with an airline adapter jack."

Die 747-400 erscheint mir mittlerweile doch sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Ich empfand sie (vermutlich wars die Klimatisierung?!) als deutlich lauter als den A380"

KEIN SERVICE, EINFACH NUR SCHLECHT UND ÄRGERLICH!"

Negativ: "Horrible. First, we lost a suitcase. It could happen but for two days they did nothing and only told us stories (so as not to use the word lies). Within a few hours (and thanks to airline assistance) we were able to locate the suitcase. Even then it took them two days to bring it to us, two precious days off our planned vacation (7 days) At the end of the shortened vacation, we got to the chek in, and told that since the ticket I had purchased form them two months earlier was too cheap ... and since the flight was Over booked, they would take me off the plane if all the passengers would arrive. It's unnecessary to describe what I felt until the plane took off. They apologize constantly, but do nothing practical. a bae company. no me nor my freinds/family will go with KLM"

Und da das Weiterflug-Gate direkt in der Nähe war, konnte man den Flieger auch ohne erneute und unnötige Sicherheitskontrolle erreichen. Allerdings gab's auch keine Passkontrolle. Mir sollte es Recht sein."

Es wird schon der Final Call ausgerufen, während die Passagiere alle in der Schlange vor der Abfertigung stehen. Und dann bei strömendem Regen zu Fuss zum Flieger, weil er nicht andoggen kann. Alle nass ins Flugzeug. Aber, das liegt natürlich an der Abfertigung in Birmingham und nicht an KLM."

Ground staff in Marseiile great but gate crew didn't control carry on baggage and many of us could not use overhead bins because of passengers who stowed more than one and often oversized suitcases above, so we and many others had to place carry on suitcases under seat. Attendant on plane totally unhelpful and could have rearranged a few bags to make room but preferred to stay in back of plane and talk. To be fair, rest of flight was pleasant although late due in part to boarding issues."

Negativ: "Flight attendance kept waking me up to lift my seat so the passenger behind me can "enjoy their vegetarian meal". After I requested not to be disturbed ever again with that kind of requests, they woke me up for breakfast again. I was the only passenger around that they requested to pull my seat."

Positiv: "I am not sure where to start from but each lot employee I talk with had poor English and not the tinyest willing to help just to move , I had a flight back from cezh republic to JFK with a stop in Warsaw When I got to the front desk in the air port to print my ticket the Liady ( work at Sation 236 ) was very rude and anti costumer service she print me only my first fly ticket and when I ask why she " I don't know " I said ok so when u get there you know which get I go or where I will print the other ticket she say I don't know Ok and then I ask her can u check if it a room I. My flight from Warsaw to JFK in business it this moment she tell me I can switch sit and ask me to go I was shocked but this was only the bigining when I got to Warsaw I ask in the gate counter where should I go to print my ticket after I try to explain him 10 times what I mean ( he didn't speak English at all ) he told me to go pass the passport check and in gate 21 they will print it to me I fly a lot so I ask him if he sure becuse I am petty sure I will need my ticket the guy at the desk repeat imhim self so I want and waited 25-30 min in the line so the police officer in the passport check will tell me I need to go print my ticket So after the officer from the passport desk call someone he direct me to go to hate 26 and there they will print my ticket I want them and again wait for 15 min to print my ticket ( it was only me this is the sad thing I don't know what tool 15 min to print a ticket ) and it amazing how unsocial and 0 in customer service the lot polish employees I meet And this is without talking about the delay in my coming flight for 2-3 hrs ( a delay it something that happen a lot yes but the way they handled it again 0 in costumer service )"

Negativ: "LOT is not an airline that impressed me in any way. When I flew from Los Angeles to Warsaw, my bag was weighed, and I was told it was over limit. This, in spite of the fact that I weighed this bag on a calibrated scale prior to entering the airport, and my luggage was 5 pounds BELOW the limit. This seemed a blatant attempt to gain additional money from me, because I know the bag was not overweight. The food selections were average at best. Leaving Warsaw traveling to Los Angeles, we left almost an hour past our original scheduled departure do to the need to obtain additional supplies. On my next trip to Europe, I will look for alternate flight providers."

I paid for 3 drinks, were brought only 2 and when I asked for the 3rd one they didn't understand what I want. Crew speaks only polish, they have little knowledge of English language. They are not helpful and they don't care about passengers! Delays on every flight, Friday LOT airline doesn't have to many flights out of Warsaw! Be aware, in the event of a delay and loosing your connecting flight you might end up spending a night in Warsaw. I WILL NEVER USE LOT AGAIN and I will make sure to spread the word!!!"

Negativ: "The meal service is a bit inconvenient. First round, they sell food. Second round, they give out complementary drinks (tea, coffee, water, no juice or soft drink). Third round, they give out a complimentary snack. It takes ages (more than half way through the flight) for free snack to come around! I would rather eat my bar before getting my drink. If you could reverse the order I think it would work better. That is, give out the free snack, then the free drink, and then lastly sell drinks and snacks to those still hungry."

I wish this person would seat among them for 8 hours to enjoy it fully."

Negativ: "I needed to make an international call to Poland to order a special meal.There was no option to do it online. The special meal was served in a timely manner, however, the food seemed not natural."

Eurowings-Telefonhotline war nicht erreichbar. Umbuchung dann aber via Web möglich. Die Koffer waren innerhalb zwei Stunden nicht auffindbar, mit Gepäck Service Center an TXL etc. Bin gespannt, ob Kosten unserer Anachaffungen übernommen werden. Essen (Smart-Tarif) nicht toll; keine Option ohne Kuhmilch."

Positiv: "Daa Bordpersonal war freundlich und sehr auf die Einhaltung der Sicherheit bemüht. Der Flug ist nahezu pünktlich gestartet und pünktlich in Köln/Bonn gelandet. Beim Flugzeug handelte es sich um eine alte AirBerlin Boeing 737 operated by TUIFly."
Negativ: "Check in und Kofferabgabe auf dem Flughafen Heraklion war mühselig. Erst zum Ende des Check in wurden weitere Schalter geöffnet. Koffer müssen selbst vom Check in (Waage) anschließend noch zur Durchleuchtung gebracht werden. DutyFree im Flughafen ist teuer im Flieger ok."

Positiv: "Staff at the airport (ticket counter and check-in) were very polite."
Negativ: "The flight was delayed. Then, after flying to Berlin, the staff said we couldn't land there because of weather. They decided to fly us to Leipzig-Halle (another city a two hour drive away) and said they would provide busses to take us back to Berlin. But then, when we got to Leipzig, they said oh we might be able to fly you back to Berlin, just let us refuel. So we all sat in the plane for an hour and a half while they did that. Then, they announced that they couldn't go back to the Berlin airport because there were too many planes landing there. So they told us to get off the plane, go into the arrival hall and we would get more information there. When we got out of the plane, we were greeted by an information lady who informed us that no trains were running at that hour (it was about 11:30pm), and Eurowings would not provide us with accommodation or transportation back to Berlin. The information staff told us that our options were to personally pay for either a taxi back to Leipzig (two hours away!) or rent a car, or wait until morning to take a bus or train. I was able to stay with a friend in the city, and paid to take a bus to Berlin the next day, but what about everyone else who didn't know people in Leipzig and had to fend for themselves? As a young woman traveling by myself in a foreign country, landing in an unexpected city in the middle of the night, it could have been a potentially dangerous situation. I am extremely frustrated with Eurowings. I paid them to take me to Berlin, and they didn't. I talked to customer service on the phone, and they told me that I should make my own travel plans to return to Berlin and they would reimburse me later. Aside from the fact that there weren't buses, trains or flights running till the next morning - I shouldn't have to make my own travel plans! My plans were to fly Eurowings from Duesseldorf to Tegel, and they should be responsible for getting me there. I am never flying Eurowings again, and sharing the story with any friends who travel in Europe. They absolutely do not care about their customers."

Apparently that cost me 10 euros and it was something i should have unticked when reserving my seat. the flight was also delayed an hour with minimal apology."

Negativ: "Stark ausgelastete Maschine, in den hinteren Reihen kaum Stauraum, da mehrere Fächer für Crew und Ausrüstung reserviert. Vom Purser via Lautsprecher die Bitte, zügig einzusteigen - die Crew helfe mit dem Handgepäck. Mit Mühe konnte ich meinen (LH-)Trolly aus dem Worldshop verstauen. Nach Boarding Complete steht plötzlich eine FA mit meinem Koffer im Gang und befragt einen unbeteiligten anderen Passagier, ob er allein reise. Weil dieser Herr die Welt nicht versteht, wird die Stewardess laut und pampig. Ich stelle klar, dass sie mit meinem Koffer hantiert, woraufhin sie sich vor meiner Reihe (ich sitze am Fenster) aufbaut und mich grimmig anschaut. Nach dreimaliger Aufforderung, mit mir zu reden, bekomme ich dann erklärt, dass mein LH-zertifizierter Koffer zu geoß sei, ich ihn zudem falsch in den Overhead-Bin gesteckt hätte. Zur Vermeidung von Ärger auf dem kurzen Flug willige ich ein und bitte, mir den Koffer zu reichen, da ich nicht die anderen Passagiere hochbitten möchte. Entgegen der vollmundigen Ankündigungen zur Hilfe beim Gepäck werde ich nur angeblafft, dass sie nicht dafür zuständig sei, Gepäck zu heben. Mein persönlicher Apell an diese FA: Liebe Saftschubse, fliegen Sie doch mal privat mit Ryanair! Dort können Sie sehen, wie Damen Ihren Job professionell, effizient und mit einem hohen Maß an Freundlichkeit erledigen, obwohl das Gehalt weit unter Ihrem liegen dürfte."

Am Flughafen dürfte ich am Shalternummern 50 51 52 53 54 der Check in machen aber in der Tat nur 52-54 waren aktiv und sie waren auch für die Passegieren di nach Düsseldorf mussten verfügbar .... Das heißt 2000 Menschen zusammen die nicht wüssten wo die Reihe anfängt....dazu sehr unfreundliche und unorganisierte Personal... ich habe gesagt, dass jemand der Anzeigegerät korrigieren sollte, oder die Reihe führen, weil die Menschen nicht wussten wohin zu gehen ... es würde mir von Schalter 52 geschrien, dass ich Ruhe machen müsste sonst hätte ich sogar den Flug verloren...nach einer Stunde Wartezeit habe ich wieder neue angefangen weil der Mann am Schalter 50 hatte gesagt "sorry wir machen hier kein Check in das ist nur für M50??????" Das heißt????"

Negativ: "I could not check in online the evening prior as there were no more standard seats to select, and therefore could not purchase an extra check-in bag with online prices. I called Eurowings and they advised to just go to the airport and check-in. Was forced to pay a much higher price at the check-in counter at the airport.
