Es ist mir dann gelungen, auf meinem Handy den Flug auf eine andere Route, einen Tag später als ursprünglich gebucht umzubuchen, aber ich habe dann meine "preferred" Sitze und mein extra Gepäckstück, für die ich bezahlt hatte, verloren. Spät Abends habe ich dann, nach 30 Minuten bei der Lufthansa eine Dame erreicht, die mir dann "preferred" Sitze zugeteilt hat. Auf die Frage, ob meine Bezahlung für ein extra Gepäckstück auch anerkannt würde, bat sie mich in der Warteschleife kurz zu warten, aber nach weiteren 45 Minuten in der Warteschleife gab ich auf. Am nächsten Morgen, beim einchecken, waren meine "preferred" Sitze anderweitig vergeben und ich musste mich damit abfinden, trotz ursprünglicher Aufzahlung, im hinteren Teil des Flugzeuges zu reisen. Ich nehme sehr stark an, zum letzten Mal mit der Lufthansa, es gibt ja auch andere. Durch den Streik der Lufthansa Piloten, bin ich nicht die Route Porto - München - Graz geflogen, sondern einen Tag später, Porto - Frankfurt - Graz. Eine Vergütung für eine durch den Streik der Lufthansa Piloten erzwungene extra Übernachtung, habe ich nicht bekommen."

They were so non Chalant about so many people missing their connecting flights. It was like they already knew they were going to put us on Lufthansa 2 hours later... polish airlines Is awful- the airport personnel even worse. No one respects standing in line. Airport officials kept cutting into the security lines which literally cost me the 5 minutes that I could have made the flight. I am very diasspointed and kayak should not advertise this airline."

Why they have reclining seats is a mystery - it doesn't make it appreciably more comfortable for the person reclining and it reduces leg room for the person behind, makes it more difficult to watch the screen (despite the tilting feature) and means that the tray table is resting on your knees during meal times."

The food is tasteless and small (I have ordinary needs)."

About entertainment, very few selection of music , movies and pretty much all was in Polish ."

Da die Fluggesellschaft (Air Serbia) telefonisch nicht erreichbar war (auch auf Anfrage Flughafenpersonals wurde nicht geantwortet), musste ich das Gepäckstück erneut zahlen. Derzeit versuche ich Air Serbia wegen dieser Causa zu erreichen, um mein Geld zurückzuerhalten. Bisher leider ohne Erfolg. Darüber hinaus hat der Flug sowohl bei der Hin- als auch der Rückreise Verspätung."

Wenn man normales Gepäckstück dazu buchen möchte, (nur noch das Handgepäck ist inklusive - und hier achtet Air Serbia darauf, dass dieses nicht über 8 Kg wiegt), wird man auf eine Serviceseite umgeleitet. Dort muß man neben dem Preis noch extra Gebühren für das Dazubuchen eines Gepäckstückes bezahlen, das ist schon heftig. Dann funktionierte weder auf Hin- noch auf Rückflug dieses Dazubuchen des Koffers auf Anhieb, wir hatten zum Glück den Ausdruck der Bestätigung dabei. In Prag dauerte das Boarding deswegen für uns 10 min, zum Glück waren wenigstens die Angestelltern nett und entschuldigten sich für die Unannehmlichkeiten, in Tirana mussten wir vom Boarding unverrichteter Dinge wieder weg, zum Air Serbia Schalter und die Buchung des Gepäcktückes bestätigen lassen, und uns dann erneut hinten an der Schlange anstellen.... Das ist Service schlechtester Güte und dringend verbesserungsbedürftig. Man sollte doch wenigstens direkt bei der Flugbuchung auch den Koffer bezahlen können. Sonst dann lieber doch paar Euro mehr und die Lufthansa.."

To enter the gate, we were completely rescreened, although we had been screened to go from Bucharest to Belgrade. We waited on the bus for 15 minutes. Only a few seats on the bus so it is a standup experience. Finally the bus started driving to the parked planes, but turned away and drove to a where you would exit the bus after arriving. They told everyone to go upstairs where they explained that there was a "technical problem" on then plane and it would be delayed an hour. They sent everyone to gate A4a, where everyone was prescreened again. We waited in a hot gate for an hour, then boarded the bus and to make a long story short, we arrived in Zagreb 1 and a quarter hours late."

This is how they worked it...They try to board multiple flights off the same counters. You stand in line for 1 hour and no movement happens- literally!?Then, since the next flight is about to be delayed - they announce for you to stampede forward, to make your flight. Then the process actually begins and 20min later and some bureaucracy on extra luggage you get your pass. Then you run through passport control and security, exhausted and frustrated (as was everyone else). Etihad should instruct Serbian Airlines in which they invested, how a plane (s) are to be boarded. After all it's over 100 years since the first commercial flight took place, its not that much of a mystery any more:)"

Negativ: "I had to run as fast as I could to catch my connecting flight in Abu Dabi. Online it said I had a 1.5 hour layover but when I arrived I had 7 minutes to get to the other side of the airport. They also lost my luggage."

Negativ: "The incoming flight was delayed until next day, with no effort on behalf of Air Serbia to communicate this. No space left for reproach, no effort of any kind of compensation. Once on board, the staff were great and did their best to accommodate this business traveller. The return flight was standard on terms of food and service, nothing special, nothing bad. The checking was another story, with lots of confusion and missed opportunities to make a difference. Mixed bag, overall."

Negativ: "The cabin temperature was too warm and we had to keep asking for water to stay hydrated. Not enough drinks were offered. It was a long, uncomfortable flight."

Negativ: "This is a rating for our entire experience which was awful. In our area you were unable to check in online or use a kiosk. That meant every person on the flight had to check in at the airport. There were no lines, no directions, just a mob at the desk. Once onboard the intercom went out during taxi. We had to turn around. No information was given as we sat on the taxiway. We finally took off late and again no information was given about connections. When we asked we were told "don't worry the Belgrade airport is small". luckily the flight from Belgrade to Athens was also late so we made the connection. Departing Athens was difficult as well. Online Air Serbia was showing our flight was cancelled due to a possible air traffic controller stike which did not happen. We called Air Serbia and were informed the flight was not cancelled. "Just show up at the airport" we were told. We showed up more than 2 hours early and waited in line to be told we were not in their system along with 2 other couples by a very curt airport employee. We waited an hour, despite all of us having proof of paid tickets. Again, no information was given. They finally confirmed the first leg, Athens to Belgrade but not the 2nd, Belgrade to Stuttgart. We waited again and finally were given boarding passes. We were not apologized to, offered an up grade or really afforded any customer service. One of the other couples discovered on their own, that due to the possible strike, Air Sebia had indeed cancelled everyone's bookings and "forgot" to re-enter some. Leaving Athens we were also late on take off. Again not given any information and barely made our connection to Stuttgart. At this time given our experience we could not recommend Air Serbia."

She was INCREDIBLY rude and I was forced to by another flight to New York that cost 1,000$ !!! The manager detoured me to the flight info desk wothout even slightly attempting to get me on my flight. I am OUTRAGED by AirBerin and the manager. I will NEVER fly AirBerlin again in my life."

The passengers who paid extra for snacks with the ticket were served first and even after I said my ears were hurting and I needed something sweet to chew on (I was going to buy something to eat anyway) I wasn't served till roughly 75 minutes into the flight. The crew was inconsiderate towards passengers who bought economy seats and was focusing only on passengers who paid extra for seats and snacks. If that's the case then they should stop serving other customers anyway and tell us beforehand so that we can arrange our own food/drinks from the airport lounge"

FlyDubai staff in general is less courteous and cooperative than emirates. 3. T2 is minimally maintained terminal with even basic amenities missing in some parts of terminal. 4. It also feels less secure."

Und schickte uns in den Flieger nach Dubai !, Hier angekommen, keine Chance alle Abteilungen bis 02 Uhr in der Früh probiert. Eine Dame meinte dann , morgen Sonntag um 11 Uhr wenn wir am Flughafen bleiben können wir ein Touristen Visa beantragen. 1) ich rief in unserem Hotel an das sie dem Chefermittler sagen er braucht nicht weiter auf uns warten und wir kommen erst morgen wenn alles gut läuft. 2) wir füllen den Antrag für das Visa aus und buchen ein Hotel am Flughafen in Dubai ! Entstandener Schäden bis hier her, 1 Nacht im Hotel € 439;- Transferkosten € 86;- den wir nicht in Anspruch nehmen konnten Nacht im Flughafen Hotel mit Visa dhs. 1483,60 Abendessen und Frühstück am Flughafen € 120 ,- Taxi zum Hotel wenn morgen alles gut geht - den Preis weis ich noch nicht !, Von den Unannehmlichkeiten hier spreche ich gar noch nicht ! Grausiges Flughafen Hotel usw,,,, !!! Verlust eines Urlaubstages !, Ich bitte Sie umgehest sich mit mir in Verbindung zu setzten für dieses Chaos meine Wohlverdienten Urlaubs ! Negativ: "The crew was incredibly rude. One flight attendant yelled at me to take my seat even after i told him the seat was wet. He insisted the plane didn't come from anywhere so it could not be wet. I showed him how it was so wet that it soaked my pants and told him it smelled like beer. He seemed annoyed i was bothering him and said he would replace the seat cushion. It took ten minutes before he replaced the cushion. When he did he threw it over the seatbelt preventing me from bucking up. I told him the arm rest and side of the plane were sticky from whatever had spilled. He ignored me and walked away. Another attendant came by and told me to buckle up before landing. I explained the situation that I did not have access to the belt to her for the second time and she rudely told me to move my seat. When I requested a new seat before the flight the first attendant told me no that was the seat I had paid for. Ignoring the fact that I had also paid for a dry seat. Now when the flight is landing my safety suddenly became a priority. Its safer to say I will not be recommending this airline."

Negativ: "While passengers were clearly notified about new lap top/ tablet ban, many passengers appeared to disregard and still showed up with these items as carry on in Dubai? All the boxing and shrink wrapping apparently caused a 1.5 hour boarding delay, which isn"t fair to those who follow instructions. Even the pilot blamed American government? Why can"t people listen.? This rule was well publicized in media."

Positiv: "The crews were great on both legs of the flight. Seating was not too bad. When boarding finally started, it was fast."
Negativ: "Both of my flights were delayed, and in both situations no one would tell anyone what was going on. Leaving passengers in the dark about their travels is a terrible experience."

Negativ: "i am 6'8 tall so normal seats are not for me just wondering why having a free row ( no 15) of exit seats in the flight from Dubai to Zanzibar i needed to pay for it and on my way back row 15 was free of charge? one way charge one way not? something is far from easy to understand..and why having a combined flights (Emirates and Flydubai) i couldnt check in online? and will i get any response?"

Toilets at both ends of the trip are marginal. Haven't seen an option to pay for lounge access at KKIA."

Negativ: "Sechs Mal die Boardkarte kontrolliert, ist ein wenig übertrieben. Dass nicht einmal Wasser an Board kostenlos ausgegeben wird, ist mehr als knauserig. Kein kostenloses Unterhaltungsangebot im Flieger. Kurzum: Wir bedauern es sehr, dass Emirates nicht mehr in die Ukraine fliegt. Da ist erheblich mehr Komfort und Verpflegung angesagt."

Negativ: "Bei der Ankunft in Dubai mussten wir geschlagene 2 Stunden auf die Koffer warten, weil die Airline nicht in der Lage war, die Zustellung der Koffer zum Laufband zu organisieren..."
