When we finally got to the front of the line the woman said we had to pay for our checked baggage elsewhere and then come back for the boarding passes. Unheard of elsewhere. The people in the office where you pay for checked baggage took their time and chatted and had no sense of urgency. The first woman we spoke to apparently filled out the form incorrectly. We had to rush to get to the plane and we barely made it through long security lines. We almost missed the plane due to the lack of early information and check in, the cumbersome payment process, etc. It was the worst check in process ever."

When landing it was very difficult to find anyone working for Swiss to assist me. Then someone told me that my flight would be leaving in 3 minutes. I asked to be rushed through line, but everyone said not too worry because plane would wait for me. When I arrived at gate there was no one there. Then it took quite a while to find another Swiss employee to help me. There seemed to be a lot of confusion."

Idea was she would place the dog on the table space next to her seat. It would be exactly the same for both seats. Do not know what they were thinking. There were other business class seats on the other side that had the table space ext to the window away from the aisle. That would make sense for the lady with dog. Business class was full and I was the last to get on, 45 minute connection in Zurich from terminal A to E, my seat was given. But as I objected, they moved the dog lady and gave me back my seat. But they never asked a person in the seat that would have made sense to give her to trade seats."

Negativ: "My seat (33A) was would not recline. I alerted the stewardess early on, she called a male colleague, both smiled and reassured me that they will deal with it later on. The uncomfortable seat became even more cramped as at the end of the dinner service the passenger ahead reclined his seat. I tried to catch the attention of the cabin crew - in vain. On disembarkation I saw the stewardess and reminded her of her promise of help . She sweetly wished me a "pleasant weekend". The cabin crew did not seem to care much over the discomfort of an elderly traveler in economy class."

I wish the stewardesses would make a quick check up and down the isles in case someone dozed off. The first meal that I received was very good but I am glad I didn't miss it when they came around. Especially that I traveled alone. I do have to say that the comfort of the seats on the way to Europe was much better. It was a different airline."

Positiv: "The staff were friendly and all smiles. Seats were comfortable and we had a quick, smooth flight from Edinburgh to Amsterdam. The breakfast supplied was an egg and mayonnaise sandwich plus a drink, which seemed about right and very Dutch in character."

It's unnecessary to describe what I felt until the plane took off. They apologize constantly, but do nothing practical. a bae company. no me nor my freinds/family will go with KLM"

Und da das Weiterflug-Gate direkt in der Nähe war, konnte man den Flieger auch ohne erneute und unnötige Sicherheitskontrolle erreichen. Allerdings gab's auch keine Passkontrolle. Mir sollte es Recht sein."

Negativ: "The "Czech Airlines" flight I purchased was actually an Air France flight number. When I arrived later than planned but still within good time, which was my fault, I reported to the Czech Airlines check-in (D2). This is very, very far from the Air France check-in (A2). No person and no sign was at Czech Airlines gate saying to go to Air France instead. By the time I determined what to do by talking ro the airport information booth and I walked to Air France instead of Czech Airlines (at CDG airport this is 5 minutes walking very fast speed on conveyor belts.. perhaps more than half a kilometer), I was past the boarding time limit, but the flight had not yet left. Then I could not print the boaring pass because of the time. When I asked an Air France employee for help, he simply said "you cannot board" and stood there smugly. He must feel great being a 25 year old who can turn people away from international flights at his own discretion to completely ruin their day especially when the plane is still on the ground. I have not even explained yet about the similarly awful experience I had when I booked the next flight (Czech Airlines at 09:45) for a much higher price (118 euro) and was not told that this Czech Airlines flight is "really" a Czech Airline flight. After paying much more to a Czech Airline person, nobody informed me to stay at the Czech Airlines area (2D) so I naturally went back to Air France since I had already had so much trouble. When I arrived there, of course, they tell me to go back to Czech Airlines and now I was again late. Thank God that I was able to confront a random trolley man who Kew where the Czech Airlines people were and try tried very hard to get me to the plane even though the boarding time was over. All in all, this was the worst travel experience of my life. I have now wasted 40 more minutes of my approximately 2.5 days in Prague to tell you this. I hope you consider it."

We would have chosen to not sit together rather than endure that had we been given the option. Also, the menu they distributed said they serve ice cream but we asked and then didn't have any. Don't get my hopes up!"

Negativ: "The biggest problems were the early departure time and frequently changing gate assignment, and the fact the service is not daily. I had to get up at 4:00 to catch a 4:30 shuttle to the airport. At. Arriving at the airport by 4:45, I had to walk back and forth inside the terminal to find the right check in area, and then a long way to get through security and a long walk back to get to the correct gate. I reached the gate at 6:10 for a 6:15 loading open. During check-in the attendant told me the boarding gate had changed and suggested a paper boarding pass scanned better than one on a tablet or phone. She printed me a new one, but it still had the old gate number on it. Had the flight been offered for the next day too, I would have rested another day in Amsterdam from my transatlantic flight."

Negativ: "Transavia - as opposed to my alternative on this route (Ryanair) - still has a strict 1 piece of hand luggage policy. Now that Ryanair has abolished this rule and allows a carry-on suitcase + a small handbag / laptop bag etc. This really makes a difference in travelling comfort so I expect Transavia to follow soon."

Negativ: "Our evening flight was delayed from 18:50 to 20:00, and even then it didn't depart until almost 20:30. No idea if it was the airline's fault or the airport's, nobody made any announcements, nobody made any apologies, nobody made an effort to make up for the fact that we arrived at 23:00."

Positiv: "Tolle Webseite, sowohl für Laptops als auch Smartphone. Sehr übersichtlich und super Navigation zu Buchungen, Zusatzoptionen, Check-In etc. Der Sitz im Flugzeug (bei Exit) ist schön groß. Der Kapitän war super lustig und bemühte sich, die Gäste bei Laune zu halten. Angenehmer Flug. Freundliche Crew. Super fand ich, dass auch ältere Steward/essen (ca. Ende 40) dabei waren, und nicht nur blutjungen Damen wie bei vielen anderen Fluggesellschaften, was für einen gleichberechtigten Arbeitgeber spricht!"
Negativ: "Mobile ticket ist noch nicht vorhanden. Check-in nur innerhalb 24 Stunden und nicht früher. Es wird wirklich nur ein Handgepäckstück per Gast erlaubt (bei Easyjet sind es ein Handtrolley und eine kleine Laptoptasche oder Handtasche)."
