Even if they had fewer films, say 40 instead of 56, the ones they have would be more popular."

We complained to the attendant about it but she was unable to determine the cause. Many hours later, a different crew member identified the noise source and stopped it by simply flipping a switch. This disruptive noise could have easily been avoided but the ignorance of the crew member to whom we complained failed to solve it. By the time the second crew member identified the problem there was not enough time to sleep. This experience was extremely disappointing. We paid extra to fly business class so we could sleep, but this ridiculous crew error fouled our plans. We asked the crew to file a report about it and they did. Look into it. We expect a refund of the extra fare we paid, or else we will never fly Austrian Airlines again. I am an affluent person and I travel internationally 6 times per year. You would be smart not to anger me and lose my business."

Negativ: "Arrived at the airport 2 hours before departure, I was not aware you can't checkin at the airport and need to pay 30 euros for it. The treatment and the attitude from the personnel at the check in counter was rude, they were short and unkind The staff member in charge of charging for checking was incredibly slow, there were 4 people in line including me and it took her 40 minutes to charge me the 30 euros This was after I already stood in line for the ticket for another 30 mins I almost missed my flight due to their poor handling"

Negativ: "It was a full plane ride but they didn't seem to be boarding on time? After checking in we scanned our passports using the machines and then we were in what I thought was the boarding area so we relaxed and waited by the screens in a coffee shop. But when our flight gate was announced there was another passport control to get into those gates with a big line which threatened to delay our boarding. There wasn't enough room for everyone to put their bags in the overhead locker which meant there were even more delays and it felt a bit rushed to get off. When we arrived I was queuing down the stairs to get to the queue for passport control which took about 45-60 minutes to get through with no toilets. I was also charged 40 euros per person for not checking in and printing the boarding pass which is my fault, but the charges do seem excessive."

Positiv: "Nice clean plane, friendly airline staff (as friendly as they get, we all know how they have that teflon attitude), OK food, I sat between 2 Bulgarian passengers which were very well behaved, one screaming baby nearby (as there always is) and no-one playing football with the back of my seat all the flight (you know who you are - hope someone does it to you), and no-one fidgeting all flight so all in all a good experience."

Pro Passagier etwa 5-7 Minuten Wartezeit. Eine echte Zumutung!!! Zumal dann auch die Sicherheitskontrolle nochmals 30 Minuten in Anspruch nimmt. Das liegt zwar alles nicht direkt in der Verantwortung von Wizzair, aber zumindest sollte man darauf Einfluß nehmen können. Wenn vorher eingecheckt wird, sollte es nicht mehr als eine Minute pro Passagier dauern, wie das ja auch an anderen Flughäfen möglich ist."

Positiv: "There really isn't a lot to like except the base ticket fare."
Negativ: "They ticketing agent lost my luggage, after misreading the "package" I had to purchase just to check a bag. They had a push cart in which they sold perfumes and cosmetics. They charged for everything, including coffee and water."

Positiv: "They charged me for not checking in 3 hrs prior and didn't really make that clear before when I purchased the ticket. Even if they did, I never seen a airline do that. It's a borderline scam. Then the flight attendant continued to swipe my card when it was declining since I had restrictions on it. In which in return had my card shut off. Negativ: "Priority on-boarding was fine to start with, until the later passengers started bringing on too much hand luggage and long coats stuffed with clothes, and stuff. Cabin Staff just wanted to get away as fast as and gave up preventing these degenerate snowflake freeloaders from stuffing their bits and pieces in several storage cabins along the cabin. Of course these people went to all of the lockers in turn and rifled through them as their stuff was spread across several lockers. Luckily my bag, with it’s many padlocks, was completely locked down, and it survived an attempt to open it. My partner was not so lucky, however. Clearly the cabin staff are under pressure to get moving and keep the passengers happy. But it is obvious to m that these ‘later’ passengers are working a scam to steal from other passengers. RyanAir need to make these argumentative over packers, put their stuff in the hold, without question or get off. Off-boarding was also a joke, the priority boarders at the front of the plane that Paid the most, had to get on a bus to the terminal that was the last to move...so forcing a lengthy queue at passport control, it took over an hour to get into the terminal. As the less exoerienced traveller faffled about with their documents, multiple children, and no queueing system. It was chaos on the Spanish side. RyanAir would avoid the delays by having better trained assertive staff, and a little better administration on the ground to ensure that priority boarders get what they paid for. Otherwise I might as well fly SwissAir, or Lufthansa, which are only a 15% price point away. [after seat booking and other RyanAir add on costs.] Passenger===Disappointed [and literally was robbed in flight.]"

But then she said it also needs to go up and down if I put it sideways. Basically my bag by volume is much smaller than the standard, but is about half centimeter wider. This was enough for her to force me to pay 50 Euros. I didn't believe I should pay but there was no option. It was either pay or not fly since boarding was almost finished. She made me sign a paper to"acknowledge" that my bag wasn't the right fit. I had no option. I really feel this treatment was un-dignifying. I will never fly with Ryanair again."

My computer wasn't working on the website for some reason, so I was stressed. Fortunately able to check-in using my husband's computer. But then I was stressed because we couldn't print-out the tickets and I thought that they would charge us another arm-and-leg. They didn't, but the poor couple next to us in line had to pay the $50 extra per person for not checking in early - Rediculous! 3. There were about 5 long lines to go thru for check-in, basically showing/reshowing passports...it took forever! And so crowded. Rediculous! I will NEVER fly RyanAir"
