Staff were functional but looked and acted surly. It was a functional flight in that I arrived at my destination but it was not managed and I did not feel my business was wanted-only my money."

Our first class seats were comfortable, but with the supplied blanket, pillow and poor air conditioning it was a hot flight. The cabin personnel were wonderful as per usual, and my tasty gin and tonic soothed any discontent. I wish I could fly this way all the time!"
Negativ: "The private contractor handling wheelchair assistance was terrible. A Delta employee theorized that they do not pay enough to attract and retain personnel. Our pre-arranged chair was not there, multiple calls by our Delta assistant finally got us a ride to the chair holding area, but after about 45 minutes we gave up and shuffled off to the security area on foot. Thank goodness my hubby is mobile enough for that to have been an option. When we abandoned our wait we were still 4th in line for an attendant to push the chair. If Delta has any responsibility in this it would be in the retention and compensation for the private contractor."

Negativ: "Flight left late. When we landed the sky bridge was broken so we had to walk outside, which isn't a big deal but it took a while sitting on the runway for the stairs to come. Then we proceeded to baggage claim and waited a few minutes and one of our 2 bags was there. The crew member then said "that's everything. If you're missing bags come see us." Well about 5 people on a small flight had to see them. My bag was stuck in JFK. I was told id have to come back to the airport tomorrow. At this point id been traveling for close to 24 hours. Im not a happy camper. I usually fly JetBlue and this has never happened with them. Delta acted like its a normal thing with them. I paid 25 dollars to check each bag. How can both my bags not reach their final destination together and how come this seems like a normal procedure for Delta. I paid you for a service and now I have to drive back to the airport or wait for you at home to deliver my bags whenever Delta feels like it. I probably won't fly Delta again unless I absolutely have to."

Positiv: "Two Delta agents a kiosk assistance were not aware of the Hurricane Irma policy of waiving baggage fees to my destination. I informed them that the website indicated it would waive baggage fees to certain destinations if checked in at the airport before a certain date. Another Delta agent nearby had to show them a copy of the policy before I could get my baggage fees waived."

Negativ: "Old crew was surly. Plane had much problems and finally replaced. Left 5 hrs late. Delta claims it doesn't have to compensate for a late flight - just a cancelled one so guess which this was The baggage fees are obscene and the gouging of the customer is immoral. No wonder people hate the airlines."

Even United economy plus is bigger. Plus if you want to change anything you have to pay include just to try and go stand by on an earlier flight."

They just said “Check the departure information board when you arrive.” We made to our AA flight only it happened to be in the same terminal."

Wir haben verzweifelt versucht, telefonisch mit der Airline Kontakt aufzunehmen, was jedoch aussichtslos war. Warteschleife ohne Ende... Man konnte uns an diesem Abend keinen Ersatzflug mehr anbieten, sodass wir auf eine deutsche Airline ausweichen mussten. Hier hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Leider sind die Kosten für den Rückflug sowie das Gepäck futsch. Sehr schade für British Airways"

Super Besatzung wirkte auf mich gestresst ganzes Team war auch untereinander nicht harmonisch. Bordunterhaltung gabs nur in Oben alle 3 bis Sitzreihen einen TV dort konnte man Film schauen, nicht nach eigener Wahl. Sonst konnte man Film und Unterhaltung im Händy oder schauen Tablet herunterladen.Brauchst einfach gute Batterien dafür es gab keine Auflade Möglichkeiten, nur am Airport."

Then, I could not find my carry-on in Lima and hell started. I asked one guy that had an orange apron and was helping with the bags. I told him that I did not see my carry on. He sent me to American lost baggage upstairs. I had to wait 40 minutes for the office to open. Then the woman working there was very unprofessional and rude and told me that I should have made a claim at the counter in the baggage claim area. Well, there are no signs that indicate that there is a counter where to claim your lost bags, you have to just be clarivident and know according to LATAN personnel. They found my bag and call us around 3:45PM, when they close at 5PM. Well getting to the airport before 5pm was a Mission Impossible action movie. Try getting to the airport in Lima during rush hour...finally, I got there on time to get my bag, had another encounter with another personnel that, again, attempted to blame it on me instead of doing her job efficiently and with a smile on her face...What is wrong with airlines personnel???"

Evidently it was 2 pounds too heavy and they made me check it, despite it fitting properly in the overhead. If you have these "rules" then Rouge you need to be consistent about implementing them. Rouge seats are NOT comfortable. Absolutely no leg room and paper thin seats. No electrical outlets and a terrible movie selection. I really wish they'd go back to "regular" Air Canada flights."
