Ich habe 1-1/2 Stunden vergeblich versucht jemanden der Lufthansa telefonisch zu erreichen, um meinen Flug umzubuchen. Es ist mir dann gelungen, auf meinem Handy den Flug auf eine andere Route, einen Tag später als ursprünglich gebucht umzubuchen, aber ich habe dann meine "preferred" Sitze und mein extra Gepäckstück, für die ich bezahlt hatte, verloren. Spät Abends habe ich dann, nach 30 Minuten bei der Lufthansa eine Dame erreicht, die mir dann "preferred" Sitze zugeteilt hat. Auf die Frage, ob meine Bezahlung für ein extra Gepäckstück auch anerkannt würde, bat sie mich in der Warteschleife kurz zu warten, aber nach weiteren 45 Minuten in der Warteschleife gab ich auf. Am nächsten Morgen, beim einchecken, waren meine "preferred" Sitze anderweitig vergeben und ich musste mich damit abfinden, trotz ursprünglicher Aufzahlung, im hinteren Teil des Flugzeuges zu reisen. Ich nehme sehr stark an, zum letzten Mal mit der Lufthansa, es gibt ja auch andere. Durch den Streik der Lufthansa Piloten, bin ich nicht die Route Porto - München - Graz geflogen, sondern einen Tag später, Porto - Frankfurt - Graz. Eine Vergütung für eine durch den Streik der Lufthansa Piloten erzwungene extra Übernachtung, habe ich nicht bekommen."

We had to jump through the lines and cut in front of people explaining everybody our predicament and making people upset. Got back stressed and tired"

We needed immediate assistance from a HUMAN BEING to change our reservation, that was impossible. We were forced to purchase new tickets, the cost was $2,500, we had to stay overnight in a nearby hotel, the cost was $220. We are returning one day later than planned all because we could not reach you."

Relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating, great in-flight entertainment, although I have the go-go in-flight data/entertainment plan with t-mobile (highly recommended), the flight included a decent selection of movies, television programs, etc. The food far exceeded typical "airline quality," even for an international flight - and included a fabulous little snack box with locally sourced gourmet and specialty items such as chocolate from Belgium, fine cheeses from France, and crackers from England. Drinks = gratis, and crew was exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to make flight as pleasant as possible."

We paid more for a non-stop flight we did not receive, lost wages because we both worked half-days to accommodate this flight departure time, and lost half a day of our trip. When we did fly on SAS to return, I found the service and amenities lacking. Why serve drinks well before your meal time and then not come back through with drinks again? Overall, it was not the best flight experience."

Positiv: "Attendants allowed any standing to ease weary legs as long as it was out of the way."

Negativ: "Everything...I was not on the flight. The fight was cancelled due to the on-going Swedish pilot strike. The first option SAS provided was getting out in a week. I said that would not work. They then scheduled me on Lufthansa, but due to delays in Frankfurt due to weather we missed out connection to ORD. 4+ hours after standing in endless lines Lufthansa resheduled us the next day. But, it took nearly two days to get home."

Negativ: "Customer Service was terrible at the counter. Check in was aweful. Surpirse very expensive bag fee. There was no effort to make me aware of the bag fees before the flight. Automatic recheck of bags didn't work. Everything took longer than expected and nobody was interested in helping solve the problem."

Negativ: "This is not SAS's problem, but it was not very pleasant to have to board the plane by steps in the pouring rain. Got through it, though!"

The flight team was cold and offered nothing for our inconvenience. Our meals were delayed (I feel for the diabetics on board). When we go to Chicago, an announcement came overhead thanking us for our patience. Little effort too late. There should have been a personal apology for the flight crew to every passenger. It would have cost them nothing to do this while they were passing out drinks or meals. At the very least drinks should have been comp-ed for the Copengagen to Stockholm leg of the flight. This was a bad situation, yes. But, SAS missed numerous opportunities for service recovery to ensure my future business."
Negativ: "Flight crew was distant and didn't seem to appreciate what a huge inconvenience this was to people. Many people missed connecting flights. I am not diabetic but this was a horrible situation for people that have to plan and schedule their meals."

There was no way to forward the luggage, except pick it up, and then stand in long line, check in, etc etc., as if it were an entirely new flight. On phone they told me there would be expedited procedure. It was like taking an entirely new flight. All other countries have this worked out. What happened? I nearly missed my second flight."

Usually I love flights to Europe because I get to watch many movies.On both flight there was a very Limited small movie section compared to other airlines i flew with. On my first flight I watched two movies i was interested in on my flight back the same movies were offered but in an even smaller section. Since I had nothing to watch I felt very very bored"

Even though we had about hour and a half for transfer, take getting off board into consideration, we were on the run to our next gate for about 50 minutes without stopping, barely had a chance to use a restroom. Longer transfer period is needed most definitely. Also at least complimentary glass of water would be nice on the board."

Die hinteren Reihen hatten auf einem 13,5 Stunden-Flug nie die Möglichkeit vegetarisches Essen zu bekommen und es gab zwischendurch keine Snacks oder Getränke, man konnte allerdings zu den Flugbegleitern gehen und danach fragen."

Sowas kennt man sonst nur von Ryan Air oder Vueling. British Airways orientiert sich offensichtlich an den Low-Cost-Carriern. Nur eben ohne Low-Cost."

Positiv: "Der Flug SFO - FRA war so gut wie pünktlich und war sanft wie Butter, da hatten wir alle echt Glück. Das Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit. Der Flug von FRA nach TXL war dann über eine Stunde verspätet, aber gottseidank war der Hydraulikschaden, der die Maschine einsatzunfähig machte, vor dem Abflug beim Check entdeckt worden, nicht auszudenken, wenn das nicht gecheckt worden wäre. Danach ging es auch zügig und überschaubar weiter."
Negativ: "Was immer doof ist: ich sage beim Check-In, aber auch beim Betreten des Flugzeuges dem/der meinem Platz nächststehenden Purser Bescheid, dass ich sehr schwerhörig bin und mit zwei Geräten unterwegs bin und bei Dingen, die man wissen sollte, eine direkte Ansprache brauche. Beim Flug von SFO nach FRA hat die Stewardess sich das sogar mit Kugelschreiber auf der Hand mit meinem Sitzplatz notiert, aber es hatte leider keine Auswirkungen. Ich würde mich also über Textskripte bei Ansagen auf dem Monitor sehr freuen, ebenso über deutsche Untertitel bei den Filmen. In den Überseemaschinen ist die Übertragung der Ansagen meistens klanglich ok - in den Inlandflügen, so wie von FRA nach TXL war die Lautsprecheransage so verzerrt, dass ich nichts verstanden habe. Wenn dabei wichtige Informationen gewesen wären, hätte ich leider Pech gehabt. Das ist sehr behindertenunfreundlich."

Positiv: "Der Fkug nach London war vor zwei Jahren und ich kann mich nur daran erinnern, dass das Personal nett war und alles flugtechnisch gut geklappt hat."
Negativ: "Was total doof war: ich habe im Flugzeug mein Handy verloren und das schon nach dem Aussteigen gemerkt. Es gab keine Möglichkeit, nochmal in das Flugzeug zu kommen oder mit der Crew Kontakt zu bekommen. Alle weiteren Versuche, dort jemanden zu erreichen, waren geradezu grotesk lächerlich: wenn man wg. Verlust die Fluggesellschaft anrief, sollte man das Fundbüro am Zielflughafen, also London, anrufen. Wenn man dieses anrief, sollte man die Fluggesellschaft anrufen. Ein endloser Kreisverkehr ohne Ergebnis. Wirklich lächerlich(Ryanair übrigens). Gottseidank war es ein 20,-€-Cellphone rein zum Telefonieren, ohne Daten oder Bilder, das wäre sonst katatrophal. Selten so etwas Kundenunfreundliches erlebt."

Positiv: "Es nervt ohne Ende, dass für einen kleinen Flug hinterher 3 mal gefragt wird wie es war. Es war ein Flug wie jeder andere auch nur dass diesmal hinterher mein Postfach vollgespamt wird. Deshalb werde ich nicht mehr über Swoodoo buchen!!!! Hinweis British Airways hat auch schon gefragt wie ich den Flug fand. Sprecht Euch ab um Eure Kunden nicht zu nerven."

Wir mussten also unser Gepäck abegeben und konnten erst 25min zu spät starten. Man sollte vor dem Boarding mehr Kontrollen des "Handgepäckes" machen. Dadurch, dass ich dann auf mein eingechecktes Handgepäck warten musste, hat sich mein Zeitplan um 45min nach hinten verschoben und ich habe einen Termin verpasst."

Negativ: "This was really a bare-bone flight. They did serve a drink and peanuts, but it was a lunch time flight so one would expect at least some food. Heathrow was busy so went into a holding pattern which added time and some passengers became worried about their connections. Upon landing they mixed up baggage pickup and we had to wait a long time running between two conveyor belts looking for it."

Negativ: "They ran out of our food preference so we got the mushroom risotto which was not very nice. On the way over to London from Houston they had a complementary snack bar that we thought was generous. This was not offered on the flight back to Houston despite us being in the air for a longer time."
