The flight was missed in trying to find what went wrong and when called the flight network they told that due to insufficient time between booking and departure time they canceled the reservation. No message was sent for cancelation and it caused a lot of troubles and grief to all involved."

Why not give strollers at gate just like all other airlines! I was prepared and had the double stroller with me! Never again on Emirates with kids!"

Irgendwann fing eine roten Flüsssigkeit an, auf uns zu tropfen. Wein. Die Aufmerksamkeit der Crew hierfür zu erhalten war schwierig. Schließlich fanden sie die Ursache (zerbrochene Weinflasche in Business auf dem Oberdeck) und setzten uns um. Schwach. Wir werden Emirates in Zukunft möglichst meiden."

Positiv: "Gefallen haben die neue Kabine, das technisch aktuelle IFE und die Holzoptik-Akzente um Fenster und in den Toiletten."
Negativ: "Unser Flug hatte 6 Stunden Verspätung. Morgens um 04:00 Uhr durften wir zwei Stunden Schlange stehen, um einzuchecken und einen neuen Anschluss zu bekommen. Wir konnten aber keinen alternativen Zielflughafen wählen. Das wäre vielleicht in DXB möglich gewesen. Nicht in HKG. Abflugzeit war plötzlich ca. 30 Minuten früher, als man uns am Vorabend gesagt hatte. Also zum Gate gehetzt, nachdem Checkin endlich absolviert war - und dann doch noch eine weitere Stunde Verspätung gehabt. Im Flug Nachtcatering für Tagflug - zuerst Frühstück, später ein leichtes Mittagessen (ursprünglich Mitternachtssnack). Das hätte man in 6 h umplanen können. Zu schlechter Letzt gab es kaum Getränkeservice und die Crew schien die meiste Zeit schwatzend hinter geschlossenen Vorhängen in der Galley zu verbringen. Schon recht unprofessionell."

Negativ: "There was a long line for boarding in Entebbe and very few staff attending the process. I did not have access to online checking, although I received the message that I can do it online. Horrible scramble eggs. I could not eat it."

I am quite tall and having the person in front of me recline is uncomfortable at all times, but while eating, there just isn't very much elbow room. Also the temperature in the cabin is really too cold. The entertainment system uses a two-prong plug for the headset, which requires you to bring an adapter if you want to use your own noise-blocking headset or headphones."

It took over 2 hours to get through checked baggage and customs in the middle of the night because after we had already filled out all information regarding piece of luggage with one baggage counter employee. Japanese Customs refused to let us through due to "unaccompanied baggage" since the piece was lost by the airline and had us go back to another baggage employee who couldn't grasp that we already went through the process and had no clue what to do."

Positiv: "I’m very disappointed by the supervisor treatment at the time I was checking in and weighing my luggage. It is very frustrating to see that I was forced to pay US$ 175 for an excess of only 9 Kg. Even after I told him that my other luggage didn’t have the maximum weight he insisted either to throw away my items or pay the amount. The supervisor was ready to either not let to board the flight or leave my luggage. I could have appreciated if either charged only extra 9kgs or move the excess volume to check in luggage that was not full. The supervisor was not ready to listen and he constantly treats me in a disrespectful manner. Given to the mistreatments I had I have vows not to travel with Emirates anymore and also advise my friends and colleagues not to use it. I hope you will use this feedback to improve your customers services."

I love emirates but the Dubai airport makes me reconsider flying with them again."

I didn't like their (Turkish Business lounge)policy for not letting me have the room to sleep as the layover was more than 7hrs. I was told to ask for a hotel at reception. When i did, they said that they dont have any hotel inside and cant take me to ourside hotel too. The staff at reception of lounge was not courteous either. I only needed the room to sleep for 3 or 4 hrs. Anyway, the flight itself was great, no complaints"

They tried to lie to me that they didn't have champagne but I saw them opening 2 bottle when I went to the front lavatory. Between meal services crew is non existent."

Missed our flight by 90 minutes, the customer service people were rude at the airport and we had a 7 hour delay. What are you thinking???"

Positiv: "Our 11.5 hour flight took 16 hours due to weather in Chicago. We were forced to land in Detroit for over 2 hours. The crew smiled while they answered questions and dealt with some very difficult passengers. The food was Turkish, but very tasty and in large portions. The entertainment included several movies that had just recently been released to DVD. Overall it was great service."
Negativ: "The communication was not what it should have been. While in Detroit, we were often left for extended periods of time with no update or information as to when we would be able to complete our flight. I realize they were at the mercy of O'Hare, but they should have made some announcement every 15 minutes or so just to "keep us posted" if nothing else. Also, there was quite a bit of confusion for passengers whose final destination was Detroit. I had to explain to the Flight Attendant that they needed to explain to the passengers why they couldn't deplane there. She phoned the pilot and he provided an appropriate explanation. This really my only complaint."

Um....no thanks-please get new cups!"

Ich habe auch mein Ticket (79 Euro ) mit der dB für eine Bearbeitungsgebühr von 19 Euro tauschen können .. und die was nicht schuld und hat einen schlechten Ruf ;) gerne flexibler werden wenn Flexibilität von Passagieren erwartet wird . It took at least 30 minutes to get off the plane and then getting through customs was a nightmare. Arrival board at O'Hare said plane was on time, but listed gate as 0, which of course doesn't exist so our ride home had no idea what was going on or what was taking so long and ended up waiting over three hours for us to get through everything to meet them."

Every time I fly with American I'm reminded of why I don't like the airline and I will do my best to avoid them moving forward regardless of competitive ticket pricing."

Then I went through security, which the check-in staff had tried to expedite, and got stopped for a random inspection. Then, after boarding passes were scanned, I was again stopped for a random search that took apart every zippered corner of my purse and my carry-on bag. But again, everyone was lovely to deal with. By the time I got on the plane I was grateful for having caught the flight, and for the kindness of the Paris staff, and marveling at what an obstacle course it had been. And I had enough leg room."
