( please note he marked on his check board, who is getting which meal on the first class)"

I asked again several minutes later after I hadnt heard or seen my name on screen, and they rushed me onto the last seat on the plane right before doors closed. I dont think I should have been dismissed so quickly and probably wouldnt have made it on the plane if I wasn't persistent I wish Delta offered better flight snacks in general. Pretzels and peanuts are disappointing. If not, then maybe offer snacks for purchase (on all flights). This was a 2.5 hour flight and they had nothing. I was starving. (Jetblue Southwest Virgin do a better job w food)."

Am Online bagage drop off äußerst zurückhaltender Service. Der elektronisch gebuchte Sitzplatz wurde nicht auf der jetzt ausgestellten Bordkarte übernommen, sondern ein willkürlicher, weit entfernter Platz. Die Dame am Schalter konnte auch keine nebeneinander liegenden Plätze für mich und meine Frau buchen. Das sollten wir mit den Passagieren ausmachen, die würden vielleicht tauschen. Und ein Blick auf den Sitzplan, das ist leider verboten. Bei so einer Kundenorientierung kommt die Lufthansa üblen Billigfliegern gleich. Vielleicht sind dort die Flightattendents jedoch weniger hochnäsig."

In fact, one air hostess went so far as to ask me to tell my Lil one to MUTE the volume of his ipad."

Negativ: "The seating on this aircraft is inadequate for a long flights. Tall people really suffer due to seat size and spacing. There was a 6"6" man of median weight for his height who was in the middle seat next to me and he could barely fit into his seat. It was not his fault, rather the unrealistic expectation that airline seats actually fit today's customer. Not only is there not enough leg room, but the width of the seat leaves no room for arms or shoulders. No one should have to ride 7-plus hours touching the shoulders of the passenger next to them! I used to prefer to fly on Lufthansa because their seating was more comfortable than other carriers, but I will try another airline next time."

American Airlines was supposed to provide transportation back and forth from the hotel however a car never showed up at the hotel to pick us up and I needed to get my own taxi at the last minute (American did however reimburse me for the taxi fare at the airport). I never received an explanation as to why my reservation was cancelled and was never offered any type of compensation for such a major inconvenience. They dd ultimately waive my 25 bag fee but it wasn't very easy to even get that from them. I felt that they should have been more empathetic towards my inconvenience and offered me any type of compensation to make up for such a horrible experience. When I asked about possibly being upgraded to first class they told me absolutely not! A little graciousness can go a long way, American Airlines showed that they could not care less about my inconvenience (other than Rodrigo at the counter the next morning who actually showed he was truly sorry for the situation and at least ended up moving me to a row with more legroom). Other than this, I was extremely disappointed with this experience and how it was handled."
