Everything was great as expected and recommended by my uncle who travels with your respected company at least twice a month till I got to Frankfort airport to take flight# 0582 from Frankfort to Cairo. I was stopped while heading to the plan by the flight manager as he called himself later, and told me that I have to only have one item on the plan, I already had one carry on and my hand bag that has my laptop and the charger, I told him that I was told by Lufthansa customer service the night before traveling to confirm the luggage weight and size that I’m allowed one carry on plus personal item like a hand bag or lap top bag and they have to meet specific dimensions. I even offered to call the customer service number for verification, he replied ‘’I don’t care, I’m the flight manager and you will do what I say’’. His words were really hurting, I showed him the tag on my carry on that I got from the previous flight it said (approved carry on) don’t remember exactly what it said, he reached to my carry on and tare that tag, I didn’t think that was appropriate even if the tag had no value he doesn’t have any right to touch my luggage without my approval, then he tried to grab my ticket from my hand saying I will get you off the flight, I got really upset and told him don’t touch my belongs. There was a moment of silence because I think I raised my voice (my apology to him and to the company for that), I realized that the conversation is not going any where so I decided to file a complaint (not because he wanted to me to only have one item but mostly because of his attitude) so I asked him for his employment ID number he walked away without saying anything, waited till he walked close enough that I can ask him again this time he refused to give me his employment ID number, asked him for his name he said it so softly, I asked him to spell because I didn’t hear it right he said it so softly he refused, then I had to look for his badge and the name on the badge I believe his first name started with P and last name started with T. I waited a few days till I got to talk to my uncle and told him what happened as he is the one who recommended Lufthansa and he has a lot of experience with your services he said that they might need to do that because the flight was complete and they want to offer luggage place for everybody, but what I surprising is there was many empty seats on the plan my seat was 032C and the 2 seats beside me (032A and 032B) were empty also there was a lot of carry-ons room everywhere. So I don’t know why he was this way with me, I’m really disappointed specially that is only my first flight with Lufthansa since 2015, that flight manager made me have an extremely rough experience. one more thing when I told him I’m going to compla"

Positiv: "I flew in Business Class from JFK to Munich and then back to JFK via Frankfort. Both flights were on time and very smooth overall in both directions. The cabin crew was good both ways and all spoke English well. Lufthansa long haul flights still use the older 2 x 2 x 2 seating arrangement (unlike the more modern and common 1 x 2 x 1 arrangement where all seats have aisle access)...so if you don't want someone crawling over you trying to get to the toilet while you are trying to sleep be sure to choose a center seat (both with direct aisle access.) While not totally uncomfortable, the Lufthansa business class sleeper seats are narrower...less well padded...and have less recline options than those used by most other long haul airlines, especially the very narrow foot-wells. The pillows and blankets could be better too. The food was OK - but not on a par with what most other airlines serve on long haul flights. The JFK to Munich flight was non-problematic in all respects. However, there was a screaming baby in my aisle (Row 4 on a 747-8 only 2 seats away from me) on the Frankfort to JFK leg...which I found TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE."
Negativ: "What airline would permit a lap baby (less than 2 years old...a periodic screamer...and totally unmanageable by its solo-travelling mother) to occupy it's Business Class section on a 7+ hour flight - while inconveniencing (and aggravating) all other nearby Business Class passengers who paid thousands of dollars/euros to ride in Business Class so they don't have to put up with this kind of nonsense? The answer is: "LUFTHANSA!!! And YES, this actually happened on my Frankfort to JFK flight (LH 400 on 23 January 2017.) I'm not sure if the woman in question paid for two seats or not but this unmanageable kid finally calmed down and fell asleep - but he did so in the seat next to her. If this unmanageable lap kid was allowed to do everything he did (including to use a Business Class seat for free IF that is what actually happened) then this just adds insult to injury. WAKE UP LUFTHANSA!!! People pay huge sums to ride in Business Class to avoid this situation - and it's time you BANNED this situation from even occurring."

The evening before there were no info about cancellation on internet. But a representative re-booked my trip on the same day with 2 different companies from the other airport and provided a free taxi. So I arrived to my final destination only 3h late. So my ratings will go only to "overall" as OK. On the other flights with Lufthansa the "Entertainment" and "Food" are usually Excellent"

Negativ: "Ich wurde nie davon unterrichtet, dass meine Flüge von Porto nach Graz wegen eines Pilotenstreiks gestrichen waren. Ich habe das zufällig von einem Freund aus Graz telefonisch erfahren. Ich habe 1-1/2 Stunden vergeblich versucht jemanden der Lufthansa telefonisch zu erreichen, um meinen Flug umzubuchen. Es ist mir dann gelungen, auf meinem Handy den Flug auf eine andere Route, einen Tag später als ursprünglich gebucht umzubuchen, aber ich habe dann meine "preferred" Sitze und mein extra Gepäckstück, für die ich bezahlt hatte, verloren. Spät Abends habe ich dann, nach 30 Minuten bei der Lufthansa eine Dame erreicht, die mir dann "preferred" Sitze zugeteilt hat. Auf die Frage, ob meine Bezahlung für ein extra Gepäckstück auch anerkannt würde, bat sie mich in der Warteschleife kurz zu warten, aber nach weiteren 45 Minuten in der Warteschleife gab ich auf. Am nächsten Morgen, beim einchecken, waren meine "preferred" Sitze anderweitig vergeben und ich musste mich damit abfinden, trotz ursprünglicher Aufzahlung, im hinteren Teil des Flugzeuges zu reisen. Ich nehme sehr stark an, zum letzten Mal mit der Lufthansa, es gibt ja auch andere. Durch den Streik der Lufthansa Piloten, bin ich nicht die Route Porto - München - Graz geflogen, sondern einen Tag später, Porto - Frankfurt - Graz. Eine Vergütung für eine durch den Streik der Lufthansa Piloten erzwungene extra Übernachtung, habe ich nicht bekommen."

Was told we had to pay for the suitcase.... Hmm. I thought that was one of the reasons we were paying 4 times as much as a RyanAir ticket. 4. On the return fight couldn't check-in online. 5. At the airport we were told to go the Aegean desk. 5. At the Aegean desk we were told we had to pay for the suitcase again, had to cross the airport to do that. 6. Finally found that desk, not called "Aegean" like we were told, but "GlobeGround" 7. Plane was delayed. 8. At the a Athens airport we were told Taron shouldn't have charged us. What's going on here?"

The employees already knew the luggages are in a mess, and so were the claims. When taking LH, we have to accommodate luggage delay into our planning."

Negativ: "Ganz schlecht die Gepäckreservierung über das Portal. Wenn man normales Gepäckstück dazu buchen möchte, (nur noch das Handgepäck ist inklusive - und hier achtet Air Serbia darauf, dass dieses nicht über 8 Kg wiegt), wird man auf eine Serviceseite umgeleitet. Dort muß man neben dem Preis noch extra Gebühren für das Dazubuchen eines Gepäckstückes bezahlen, das ist schon heftig. Dann funktionierte weder auf Hin- noch auf Rückflug dieses Dazubuchen des Koffers auf Anhieb, wir hatten zum Glück den Ausdruck der Bestätigung dabei. In Prag dauerte das Boarding deswegen für uns 10 min, zum Glück waren wenigstens die Angestelltern nett und entschuldigten sich für die Unannehmlichkeiten, in Tirana mussten wir vom Boarding unverrichteter Dinge wieder weg, zum Air Serbia Schalter und die Buchung des Gepäcktückes bestätigen lassen, und uns dann erneut hinten an der Schlange anstellen.... Das ist Service schlechtester Güte und dringend verbesserungsbedürftig. Man sollte doch wenigstens direkt bei der Flugbuchung auch den Koffer bezahlen können. Sonst dann lieber doch paar Euro mehr und die Lufthansa.."

Negativ: "They were very unpolite. They completely ignored multiple requests. I was ignored and not even asked get a drink (I just needed some water). They said they offer the food and drinks to others because they paid. Money wasn’t an issues. Besides I wasn’t even offered a drink neither asked for money. I found it really rude."

Negativ: "I am almost 2 meter tall (6'4) and I asked more than 30 days before the flight to receive a seat with extra room for the legs, I was told that the flight was fully booked and there are no seat that are available. I then asked for the same in the check-in and received a similar answer. When I arrived to the plain I saw that I can't seat because there is no space so I asked the flight crew to try and find a solution but they said they can't do nothing. Only after I insisted and spoke with the cabin manager they checked and found a place - in fact there were 2 seats with extra room for the legs that were available!! and the flight had many other open seats (they just lied about it). A lot of the personal television did not work and the crew did not assist and did not solve the problem, but just said that this happens and that they can't do anything. This is just ridicolus for a more than 8 hours flight! The airconditioning did not work properly and it was exteremly hot. In general it was an horrible experience, the crew was very unpleasent and did not want to help and the food was just disgusting. I do not recommend to anyone to fly with Air Serbia, you better pay the extra money and fly with a real company."

You stand in line for 1 hour and no movement happens- literally!?Then, since the next flight is about to be delayed - they announce for you to stampede forward, to make your flight. Then the process actually begins and 20min later and some bureaucracy on extra luggage you get your pass. Then you run through passport control and security, exhausted and frustrated (as was everyone else). Etihad should instruct Serbian Airlines in which they invested, how a plane (s) are to be boarded. After all it's over 100 years since the first commercial flight took place, its not that much of a mystery any more:)"

Negativ: "At JFK our pre booked seats were changed , and I had them changed back, there was some BS excuse for that I was questioning a flight attendant as to why the plum brandy wasn't on the menu,(national drink) I was told to fly first class the next time The flight back from Belgrade to JFK. I was told by the same flight attendant (Ana) that I was holding up the line, I was trying to put the carry on luggage over the seats. There was a 40 min delay in landing, the bathrooms were locked, once again the same flight attendant made a big deal of this, that I have to make it quick. The signs for the 1st class , bathroom should not be visible from the economy class seats because it confuses passengers, in the economy class, some of the passengers were sent back and not allowed to use the bathroom."

Negativ: "It was a propeller plane. It was very noisy. Our seat was number five. Next to the propeller. A lot of empty seats and we asked to be moved to a different seat but was not accommodated. I would suggest Providing earplugs to the passengers. On our return trip we were in route to. A little bit less noise, but still need your plugs. On our return trip the luggage took a long time to reach baggage claim, but 40 minutes. The flight was only 15 minutes long."

I am OUTRAGED by AirBerin and the manager. I will NEVER fly AirBerlin again in my life."

Negativ: "Very very routh unprofessionally and disrespectful check in person . I did not receive by boarding pass through the email and was charged with 35 euros to have my boarding pass printed ! The clerk raised his voice and was disrespectful to me and other customers. The flight itself was ok, nothing special but not bad either."

Obwohl vorher ein online checkin verlangt wird und auch alle Passagiere dies in Form eines Ausdrucks oder per Telefon App vorlegen konnten, brauchte es geschlagene 50 Minuten, bis man an die Reihe kam. Pro Passagier etwa 5-7 Minuten Wartezeit. Eine echte Zumutung!!! Zumal dann auch die Sicherheitskontrolle nochmals 30 Minuten in Anspruch nimmt. Das liegt zwar alles nicht direkt in der Verantwortung von Wizzair, aber zumindest sollte man darauf Einfluß nehmen können. Wenn vorher eingecheckt wird, sollte es nicht mehr als eine Minute pro Passagier dauern, wie das ja auch an anderen Flughäfen möglich ist."

More than the cost of the one way flight! Nobody could help at the airport despite me explaining in detail that I had tried multiple times to book online to save $. Seats were smallest I've ever been in, lines were extremely confusing and unorganized in boarding, and the air conditioning wasn't working. Will never fly wizz air again"
