The crew was amazing. The plane was crowded but I guess flying around Presidents week causes that

Delta screwed up my ticket and booking and did not make their best efforts to accommodate or offer a suitable resolution. In fact passed the buck to TSA, who of course had passed the buck to Delta.......bad experience currently without resolution

Verspätet

Alles ist gut abgelaufen. Es war ein kurzer Flug und wir haben eine schöne gute Aufenthalt gehabt. Dann haben wir ja sehr gut gelandet.

Leider wurde unser Gepäck vom Mumbai Flug nicht auf den Basel Flug gebracht, so dass wir ohne Gepäck in Basel ankamen. Auch wurde diese Information wohl erst spät nach Basel gebracht,da wir dort ewig auf unser Gepäck gewartet haben bis wir informiert wurden. Das trübt den ansonsten sehr guten Flug.

Exzellenter, professioneller Service.

Auf die Frage in der Business Class, ob es ein bisschen wärmer gemacht werden könnte, da es von unten kalt zieht, nur die lapidare Antwort, das käme wahrscheinlich von der Aussentür und die Temperatur wurde nicht höher gestellt. Also ein Flugzeug, wo es durch die Tür zieht. Na, ja, schlimmer geht's eigentlich kaum noch.

I’ve contacted kayak several times before my flight from frankfurt to the US. It is ridiculous that Lufthansa sells a flight with a 45 minute layover from a connecting flight, I sent email and calls about my concerns and one person got back to me telling me he will see if he can change my flight and he’ll call me back and said that I should be fine to make it since Lufthansa sells that flight. I never got a call back and had to run through the airport and ask to skip in line at passport check to barley make it to my flight. When I know there was easier connection flights

Eine Whiskey Sorte war nur für ein Glas vorhanden und war bei einem rund neunstündigen Flug binnen 15 Minuten vergeben. Äußerst ärgerlich, wenn die gebotenen Alternativen keine sind."

I had to run to catch the flight to Bucharest. At CDC there were only two custom officers for checking passport of EU citizens, on a Saturday morning with hundreds and hundreds incoming travelers. On top of it, one female officer was rude. Typical french :("

No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."

Negativ: "I am not sure why this happened, but our daughter, travelling away from home for the first time, was targeted at every step of her journey. From the terminal in DCA to Cincinnati, to CDG. Delta/Air France clearly singled her out. i am outraged! I have traveled many, many times and have sent hundreds of students on nearly the same trip -- and none have had as rough a time as she had. They will be hearing from me."

Negativ: "The boarding process was horrible and it involved climbing down steep stairs from the air tunnel to the tarmac to board a bus that took us to a far distance where the plane was parked. Had to new walk in the sweltering heat to the plane can climb up steep stairs in the heat! We were now kept in the plane for another hour with no aircondotion. It was boiling hot in there. We had to use the safety manuals to fan ourselves. We eventually left late and got to Lagos one and half hours we were meant to get there. Lastly not all the luggage arrived. Two days into my arrival and I am yet to get all my luggage. It was truly a horrible experience which was echoed by fellow passengers."

Negativ: "The flight was a chartered flight . Air France informed us that due to cabin crew shortage they couldn't operate an air france flight and hence they hired Air Belgium. Whilst the crew were nice , the actual plane was old and creaky. It wasn't up to the standards expected of Air France. They could have done better in getting a plane up to standard. A lot of the passengers were disappointed ."

Negativ: "Plane was canceled at the last minute with a transfer desk literally assaulted by 100s of people. Only 3 persons on the desk. No lane for sky priority. Queued for nearly two hours before some airport employee gave us instructions to travel by train without any other information or tickets etc. Had to buy my ticket. Couldn’t recuperate my suitcase. Had to wait for it the next day for three hours. Up to this hour I don’t know how I am going to be reimbursed (train and plane)."

Negativ: "fragte man sich leider auf diesem Flug. Keine Monitore mit den Infos zum Flug (wo sind wir, wie lange dauert es noch, etc...) Kannte ich so noch nicht. Bordpersonal war sagen wir mal nicht unfreundlich, mehr aber auch nicht. Höflich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam ist anders. Der Flug ging von Berlin. Es lag also auf der Hand, dass sehr viele Fluggäste deutsch als ihre Muttersprache haben. Das störte die Flugbegleiterin aber nicht. Sie sprach ein so schnelles und undeutliches Englisch, dass sie nicht bis gar nicht zu verstehen war."
Positiv: "Had to emergency reschedule the trip home due to a medical emergency in the family. Explained the situation and urgency to the AC client services rep. He got my wife and I on the next flight out (and first one in) from an alternate airport (Fort Myers instead of Tampa). They waived any rescheduling charges and billed flight differential charges of under $10 each. It was very much appreciated that in the middle of or crisis, we found a friendly and helpful response from an Airline that too often has received bad reviews. In my books, you folks are #1 when it counts. Thanks so much!"

It’s shocking to witness and harsh and rude shouldnt be descriptors of any company’s customer service agents, especially one who represents a country!!"
Positiv: "On-line checkin with app and mobile boarding passes like a breeze compared to Sunwing catastrophe. And what a great landing with no visibility at full throttle to counter cross winds. Impressive!"
Negativ: "Charged my wife’s seat even though she is Altitude 25K"
Positiv: "Alles gut, wie erwartet. Cool, dass Internet im Angebot war."
Negativ: "Klar, die Flieger werden immer enger... aber für die Umwelt ist es schon besser, wenn dafür weniger Flieger starten also beklage ich mich auch nicht so sehr drüber. Am Besten wäre es, wenn es mehr Züge gäbe für solche kurze Strecken."

Negativ: "I paid 450 Euro for a return 2 hour flight & I didn't get a 20kg allowance. I don't expect a check in bag on a US or European budget airline but this is the national carrier. It's the first time I've paid for a checked bag in all my years flying with different national carriers. I.e. Qantas, Air New Zealand, Singapore to name a few. All in all. Air Canada charging like a national carrier but the baggage allowance policy of a budget airline. Not good enough in my opinion."
Positiv: "flight to montreal had plenty of space, service was great, F& B selection was nice too, flights departed and arrived on time."
Negativ: "Return flight was more cramped. F&B service was SUPER slow."

Essen hat Geld gekostet - nicht gut. United Airlines hat zwar auch essen Gegen Geld angeboten, aber hat mindestens 3 Mal von sich auch Getränke angeboten. Also von sich aus."

Negativ: "my flights were delayed, crew could not help me find a hotel, instead had to sleep at the airport, plus my luggage was lost and still no idea what is going on. Had to miss work due to my flight being delayed, was supposed to fly from montreal at 4:30pm to Toronto, then catch my flight to Los Angeles, flight was missed due to weather. got to Toronto and missed my flight, the line to get help was absolutely ridiculous, stood there for 3 hrs along with other travelers. They booked me a flight from Toronto to Calgary but it was for the next day at 410pm on august 1st!!! I had to sleep on the airport floor and spend my whole day there instead of being home with my family I honestly would love a refund..."

Negativ: "My Original flight was cancelled 3 hours prior to departure. Had to wait long lines at Air Canada customer service. Due to slowness of process, was not able to take other departing flights to other close airports. Had to stay the night at hotel."
Negativ: "Flight delayed out of Boston. This seems to be the normal state of things. I dont think I've ever flow this route on and had an om time arrival This caused me to miss my flight in Toronto, forcing me to spend the night. I pressed their customer service rep for a hotel, but they refused claiming it was a weather related incident and they were were therefore mot responsible. The weather in Boston and Toronto was fine and at no poi t on the flight did anyone offer Any Reason Whatsoever for the delay. Moreover when i protested the customer service agent mocked me for not realizing it was a 'weather related incident'. I spent the night on the floor on YYC. Needless to say, Ill never fly Air Canada again."
Negativ: "People who insist on bringing their "carry on" luggage on board. The cases are clearly over sized and then they get to put them in the hold for free, meanwhile, those of us who are honest about the size have paid to check their luggage from the start. Everyone should be able to check one bag for free and anyone who brings more than real carry on should be charged a fee. It would speed up onboarding and off loading and would not create the danger of suitcases falling on people's heads when they are put in the overhead bins."

Positiv: "Everything was great...but there was a medical issue on board and it would be good to hear that the guy who got 'ill' is ok and that it was nothing serious that anyone else could have contracted from him. Paramedics boarded the plane when we landed, I assume it's nothing serious but would be nice to hear from air Canada to confirm. Other than this unfortunate event ... everything was great starting with the staff at the ticket counter."
Negativ: "This flight and my next connecting one (also Air Canada) were both delayed by 45 minutes each. That's an hour and a half of wasted time. Thankfully, I just assumed there would be a delay so I booked a later connection in advance. The weather was perfect and there was no explanation on either flight as the why we were almost an hour delayed. I'm expected to arrive 2 hours in advance of a flight. Why is it so hard for this airline to be on time?"
Positiv: "The legroom on Rouge is horrendous. My 6' teenage son was so wedged in we could not move/stretch his legs whatsoever. Problem is, Air Canada gives us no choice but to fly "Rouge" to our destination. Once my flight pass is completed I am seriously thinking of moving moyalty to Westjet. I can't take Rouge discomfort any longer. Also - due to turbulence on the flight they decided to withhold food and beverage service without any announcements the entire flight. Nor did they distribute iPads. Far into the 3 hour flight they came with water. That's it. The insult to injury was that on preparation for landing they said their "canned" announcements that they were coming to collect iPads and any remaining items. Oh and did I mention we left 2 hours late? And the fact that the Premium passenger got meals and we had to smell them all flight long? Funny how that works. Very disappointed, Rouge."

Negativ: "In flight entertainmento, had to rent a device to watch a movie on an 8 and 1/2 hour flight, there was no tv's on seat backs."

Positiv: "Boarding was extremely smooth. Staff were courteous, flight even left early."
Negativ: "We have flown hundreds of times (including Rouge) and NEVER had I had my check in weighed. Evidently it was 2 pounds too heavy and they made me check it, despite it fitting properly in the overhead. If you have these "rules" then Rouge you need to be consistent about implementing them. Rouge seats are NOT comfortable. Absolutely no leg room and paper thin seats. No electrical outlets and a terrible movie selection. I really wish they'd go back to "regular" Air Canada flights."
