Then there was no sign for where we should go since upper deck on 747 so we went in "economy" line as indicated on ticket and then was sent to correct line when we got to the front, wasting more time. The seatrs were the most uncomfortable I have ever beeon on for a long flight. I also paid extra to be in the exit row, to have people constantly congregating in front of us.The food was also mediocre."

The metallic one folding down from under the seat in front cannot be secured back and is always in the way if the passenger needs to stretch his/her legs. This seems to be a new appliance, and I jut wish they would do away with it altogether. More is not necessarily better."

I was not informed when I booked the ticket that when you transit through 2 schengen countries, you need a transit document. I was informed about it at then airport. Not only did I miss my flight, I had to book for the next day at a outrageous price. SUPER BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE...BOTH KAYAK and PRICELINE. Will never recommend you guys to anyone."

Negativ: "Unorganized boarding process and minimal info or announcements regarding delay. Failure to respect SkyPriority status at boarding were disappointing. (Staff allowed it to be a bit pushy and chaotic and people were able to force their way in line, ahead of those who had been waiting in line.) Seats were okay but no recline and underseat storage was small. (Backpack wouldn't fit underseat and had to be stored in overhead.) Passengers crowding from back of plane upon arrival made it hard to deplane and felt rude."

Negativ: "Das Boarding und Disembarking hat schier ewig gedauert, weil der Flieger nur 1 Tuer hatte, die Gaenge viel zu schmal und die Gepaeckfaecher viel zu klein sind. Kann ja verstehen, warum das so sein muss. Vielleicht sollte man beim Boarding einfach regeln, dass die Leute in den hinteren Reihen zuerst einsteigen und zuletzt aussteigen, damit es nicht so ein fuerchterliches Gewuehle gibt. Und es sollte moeglich sein, Gepaeck kostenfrei einzuchecken."

Anschluß verpasst, das ergebnis war eine um einen ganzen Tag verspätete Ankunft am Ziel. Das ist schon das 2. Mal mit BA, ich hätte beim ersten mal schon daraus lernen sollen und diesen Billigflieger nicht mehr nutzen sollen.,"

Positiv: "The zone system seems to work well for boarding and the cabin crew on my flight to London were superb, helpful and polite to myself and others, despite a few impatient passengers."

"We're still missing passengers" " If you are in section 3 you need to come to the gate right away" he made the second call when there was one person infront of me in the line. Like everyone was in line we just hadn't been processed yet. I don't know why we need to be rushed onto the plane by impatient staff. My entertainment device stopped working in the middle of a movie and didn't work for the rest of the flight."

Negativ: "I booked this flight a couple months ago to find no seat assignment which should be booked at Chechen but was not. Then I was given the back seat against the wall which does not recline. There were standby people on the flight who got much better seating than I. I seemed to get the last consideration. I am treated much better on other airlines with much less early booking. also later after take of it was made known to me there were empty seats further up in the cabin. When I email Air Canada they said they would get back to me within 30 days about my concerns."

Negativ: "We were walking towards our seats near the end of the aircraft when this flight attendant stopped us from loading our hand luggage in the overhead bins. She made us stuff them under the seats in front of us. There was space im the overhead bin, but there was a bunch of stuff that belonged to the cabin crew. Rude."

(Also, the crew didn't seem to include any French speakers - weird for Air Canada.) I preferenced AC for this flight. Next time I would avoid them if it's Rouge."
